This property was so small and tight. The driving areas and parking was so incredibly tight. The front deak was crammed in a room and not easy to locate. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place or come back.

This is our second time staying here and enjoyed one of the newly remodeled rooms. Very spacious with lots of storage. Our dog especially enjoyed the huge dog park on site!

This property was spotless.The people at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. There is a great park with a walking trail right behind it to walk your dogs. It is decorated in a super quaint santa fe way. :-). Rooms are very spacious. We will definitely stay here again as we roadtrip from Missouri to California.

The location was good. The general property was clean as was our room. There was a smell in the room and the door to the room took some effort to close and lock. If you aren’t mindful of this you could easily walk away without securing the room. There was a good amount of construction going on, but that did not interfere with our stay. We didn’t eat at the breakfast buffet. It was very limited and there are other great options in town.

A really great stay in Sedona! Huge rooms with a fireplace, king bed, two large screen TVs and a great bathroom with shower. The rooms are updated and the property is well kept and the staff were excellent. My only place to stay in Sedona! Love it!

The pull out bed was the worst thing about the stay. If you use the pull out bed I will inform you do not do it. It was horrible and the worst two night sleep of my life and I woke up in pain in my back and neck.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The suite was quite large and the fireplace was a nice touch (great for fall). The staff were all friendly. Location wise, we didn’t walk much but I’m sure you could if wanting to get towards the heart of Sedona. We had easy access to everything though with a car. There’s a really great bakery across the street too. If you’re not worried about staying right in the center of town, which can get busy anyway, I would definitely recommend stay here.

This is really a motel. If you stay on the upper level, you would need to carry your bags up the stairs! Rooms were clean but super small and dark. There is no real lobby just a small reception. Price was not worth it. We spent more in one night than staying at the Hilton Resort in Scottsdale which was 5 star quality. Very dissatisfied .

Room was spacious with reasonably comfortable bed. Major complain was AC system either full on of off. When on, is very noisy and cold. Wakes up at night when cones on. Also, room has world’s smallest toilet. User sits very low to the floor. Just should have done Arab toilet with hole, foot pads and hose. At least one additional grab bar needed in tub.

Part of the property was under construction and closed off until fall of 2025- including the lobby and what I assume were the common areas, and there was no breakfast, but that didn’t bother us at all, because the room was spacious, beautifully renovated with beautiful furniture, clean and cozy. It was by far the most beautiful room we’ve ever had, with admirable attention to details. We stayed 4 people in the Studio Room which included king bed and queen sofa bed, ample storage space, fire place, dining area, kitchen area with microwave and coffee machine, and balcony overlooking the mountains and the main road. The only downside was the location on the main road- it was very noisy in the morning and we woke up early from traffic noise. Would have been beneficial to install proper windows for acoustics. Also, I would have appreciated if the sofa bed had been set with sheets on, so that when we opened it at night it would have been ready for sleep. Overall- highly recommended!

Hotel lobby has been under construction since mid November and won't reopen until April 2025. Due to the construction no breakfast being offered. No complimentary breakfast substitution offered. We stayed on the second floor but could hear the guest next door as if they were above us. Heavy footprints back and fourth. Room was by main road / intersection. Listened to traffic all night. Then the traffic noise started up again in the early morning. Room doors slamming shut all morning.

The staff was unbelievably attentive and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. The breakfast very good, kudos to the kitchen team. We had an issue with a previous guest “locking” the TV with parental control password (Really???) and not resetting before leaving. The team replaced the cable box in a matter of minutes. We’ll be visiting again, probably with our pet next time as this was one of the most pet friendly hotels I’ve ever come across Keep up the good work team!

The room we were assigned faced an area where they were doing construction on some of the rooms. When I expressed my displeasure and asked for another room, I was told they had one but it would cost $30 more - which was unacceptable. They finally found a better room for the same price. Would not stay here again.

Pros: The staff was great! The room is super clean and rooms are much larger in comparison to other hotels. There is a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Wifi worked well. Free parking is very much appreciated! It really is a great value. Cons: There is no elevator, so you are lugging your stuff up and down a flight of steps. The lobby and gift shop could use a major update. There was an issue with the new computer system and it wanted to charge me an extra $900 for my stay. I caught it and the staff did a great job resolving the issue!

I chose that hotel because it's close to what my family wanted to do and the hotel offered breakfast. It was a bumper that they didn't offer any alternatives. Some other customers had the same problem and the lady helped them wasn't very patient.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The suite was quite large and the fireplace was a nice touch (great for fall). The staff were all friendly. We are usually a name brand hotel customer, but this place made our list of do-overs. Clean, comfortable, a beautiful setting, and it's themed to match the surrounding red rocks. There's a stream running through the middle of the buildings were are room was, and honestly the landscaping is perfect. Breakfast was fast and easy, parking is good, wifi is great, and the biggest attraction for us is that's it's on the other end of town away from the madhouse near the mall thingy. It was all around a good experience.

The property is beautiful. Staff didn't notify others I verified my stay and was coming in very late. Woken at 6:30 am the next morning by the banging of their delivery truck. After not getting in until quite late. Beautifully decorated and cleaned very nicely.

On site park for pets and visitors was very nice. Free breakfast description was misleading. It was not a hot breakfast "home style". Scrambled eggs, ham or sausage links, sweet rolls, yogurt and waffles were nothing special. Food felt and tasted commercial...not home style.

Our stay was great! We loved the pool during the day and live music by the fire pit in the evenings. Lots of good places to eat and drink within walking distance tho it's outside of Sedona proper. Our room was big, clean, and quiet. The bed was too firm for me but husband didn't mind. Breakfast was delicious, but weird we couldn't take it back to our room and had to eat in the dining room.
