Room was recently updated and very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was not advertised that the hotel as under construction. Pool was closed parking very limited.

Very big room, we were surprise. The hôtel is in rénovation but we didn’t have trouble with noise at all. The decoration of the room is very inspirating about Sedona. You hâve everything

The location of the property is excellent and the rooms are quite nice. It was undergoing renovation when we went there, and they did not have breakfast; the lobby was closed.

Not informed of the major constrcution in advance, "limited staffing is also a joke." Not impressed. Friendly enough staff, but it was like I was being pestered about getting to the property whilst driving through a bloody blizzard that shut down the property for most of the day. Most likely staying elsewhere when and if I come back.
