This is a beautiful property with a heated pool. We spend the evening around the firepit making s'mores. The staff are helpful and friendly. My son made waffles for breakfast and I had the hot breakfast. There was a little wear in the bathroom area, hopefully that will be renovated.

Awesome Stay motel style (but classy has outside doors) where you can park your car within 20 ft of your door. We have 2 dogs and our ground floor unit had a patio. Perfect for them. Place is super clean. Devils Bridge 5 min dr. Super Loaf 10 min Chimmey Rock 8 min Lots of restaurants in the area

The Staff was wonderful very friendly. Location is great close distant to most of the hiking trails. The room not so much. The bed needs to be replaced. It had a weird smell and carpets seemed extremely dirty.

The room was overpriced but thats expected Memorial weekend. The staff was very pleasant but you could definitely tell our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and/or stayed in for a while. It seem as the room just got a quick tidy up. There was dust along the top of the bed, under the chairs and desk. I found an old plastic knife under the desk and the a/c unit leaked during our entire stay and did not cool the room down. We also noticed little ants near the jacuzzi tub (the jacuzzi tub was also in need of a detailed clean, lots of build up in the jets). Breakfast is included but very mid, there was a coffee and tea station that was available daily (24/7).This would be more of a budget type hotel ($100-150 a night), but the location of the property is great about 20-30 mins from trails.

Exposed screws sticking out of the metal on the floor, barrettes and trash behind the bed and side tables, part of the bath fell apart while bathing, curtains are backwards, breakfast wasn’t great (old eggs) yogurt machine needs cleaning, very nice staff though.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this property was. The bed was comfy and the room was super clean. The pool was nice and all the outside areas were neat and kept up. This is a hidden gem.

Centrally located, very close to town and to a lot of the wonderful hikes. Lobby was small and hot breakfast was just right. The fire pit at night was nice and the pool was heated to 85degrees. However, the room itself was very dirty. Carpet was old and smelly, the light fixtures, walls, and light switches were dirty. The sink didn’t drain and didn’t work. We didn’t have enough towels. The room didn’t have extra blankets for the couch. The TV was glitchy. Lots of issues during our stay…

Room 126 door is badly misaligned allowing numerous insects free range in the room. Killed several roaches and mosquitoes. Other than that ok property.

The staff is great. Very accommodating. Room was comfortable. Being on the first floor meant listening to the people on the second floor stomp around. Every toilet flush or shower is also a bother.

The property wasn’t exactly as we had anticipated, I will say the photographer did a great job at making the resort feel more excluded than it was. However, the staff was incredible and our stay was great. My only recommendation is to get a room on the 2nd story as we were constantly getting woke up by people above us stomping around. The fireplace worked well at adding ambiance and heating the room. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

We are a family of 5 and the futon is very small. I would say it is for a child 10 or younger. The shower head leaked more water than it sprayed towards the person showering which made rinsing hair difficult. There are no black our curtains so there is no sleeping in at all. The beds and sheets were amazing and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well and the service was awesome!

It was very clean and in a safe area, the only not picky thing I could say was the bathroom shower faucet was hanging off the wall and looked janky, and there were no privacy or black out curtains so we were up with the sun

It’s an average hotel with a big price tag! Property needs a renovation badly. There was no carpet in the room but hard cover kinda thing which is not tile or vinyl or linoleum flooring. Breakfast options were same and limited. Coffee was awful. On the whole, I couldn’t justify the price tag.

When we checked in it was thru a kiosk and it went thru fine. The ladies at the desk did not inform us that we needed to request cleaning the room for the next morning So we left early morning when we got there at our room the room was still dirty. Until we went to ask at the front desk and they said we had to request to be cleaned since early morning

Arroyo Pinion Hotel was clean and convenient location for our needs. Main issue is I called multiple times to get an early entry into one of our three booked hotel rooms to dress for a midday wedding. They said they would do their best to prepare one of the rooms and cleaning personnel knew about this request. We did not get the hotel room until the usual 3 pm check-in time. Basically, do not ask for anything special because they will not try to accommodate it.

Great staff visited for a brief two days. Arrived computer system was down due to the global crowd strike/ Microsoft bug. Front desk was very apologetic and there had been a mix up with our room. They ended up upgrading us to premium room and gave us a free bottle of wine. The following morning I poke with the manager to get checked in properly he said we will keep you in that room so that you can enjoy your time here. Really appreciated the hospitality.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable; however, the a/c is the kind that kicks on and off all night long so that can interrupt a sleep cycle. We drove into Sedona around 9:15 pm, and there was no one at the front desk. We had to check in with a kiosk and a person on a screen (I guess she was working remotely). We had to pay a "property utilities fee" in addition to the bill we already paid online. It was $8, and I wasn't aware that I'd need to pay this. The virtual person ended our conversation, and the key spit out, and then we had a hard time finding our room in the dark. This hotel has all the rooms on the outside, and we walked around for quite a while, and I wish I had a human to talk to. The check-in felt very impersonal since there wasn't a human around. We finally found our room, but the first impression of this hotel was less than desirable with the impersonal check-in, no one to show us around, and the "property utilties fee" that I wasn't expecting. I already paid $232.86 for a 2-person room, and I'm not sure why an extra fee was added at check-in for "property utilities fee". I won't stay here again.

The hotel was lovely, and was a short walk to many amenities such as gas stations, restaurants, and some local trail heads. The pool and fire pit area was picture perfect and so cozy. Though we had some noisy neighbors, the rooms were comfortable and did the job for the short stay we had. I must say though, the man at reception is really what gave this review a 5 star rating. David helped with my checking-in process, and I truly could not have picked a better person for the job. He was so eager to help, and give suggestions on nearby restaurants and things to do. He was very polite and helpful, offering assistance with whatever we needed- he even offered this pregnant mama some chocolate! David made our stay in Sedona feel like home, and has made it on my top #3 favourite memories from our trip to Arizona.

Nice green areas for the dog. Staff was great. Location is a bit out of town but not too far from uptown Sedona. Good number of restaurants not too far away. Only complaint is that the a/c smelled the room up with a mildewed odor, possibly from removing the humidity in the air.

Location is great, not right in the crazy business downtown but close enough that everything is easy to get to (nothing is super quick because the traffic is awful throughout the city at certain times). Close to many trail heads and dining options. The kids deemed it their favorite breakfast out of any hotel we have stayed at and they loved the pool area and fire pit (stores kits were a great perk!). Very quiet area even though it seems close to the road and other businesses, we could not hear anything inside our room.

The breakfast was exceptional (the standard eggs, sausage, waffle machine plus yogurt with lots of mix-ins, guacamole and sandwich fixins; staff was friendly, helpful and professional; fresh fruit and coffee/tea available all day. Definitely would recommend and would stay again whenever we're in the Sedona area.
