Sky Rock Sedona, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Nice hotel, great views and quiet. Would like to know about the extra fees disclosed before making reservations on site.

The staff made us feel welcomed. The facility was gorgeous, as were the amenities and food.

There are quite a few rooms that are described as “red rock views” and sold at premium price but there was none. The hotel staff was helpful and was able to accommodate and change our room. Kind of disappointing but you live and you learn!

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything including the click of the key card activating the lock. You are able the here the conversations of the people in the bext room. Bathrooms are so small you can hardly turn around in them. Water pressure is so low making almost impossible to rinse the shampoo out of your hair. They charge for everything. I booked on Hotels.com and the hotel charged me a destination fee. You pay for parking after spending $500 a nigh to stay in a hotel that you can hear through the walls like you were in the same room. The staff was a bit on the rude side. I tried to book the Spa and was tokd you need to use the QR code at the dront desk when you get there. I explained i was still in route driving. There was no direct number to speak to the spa. The girl at the front dest said she would send me a link to my email to book. I had less tgan an hour to book the spa due to there 3 hour prior rule. Needless to say she never sent the link. I paid $500 to sleep in a room. I have been staying in Sedona for get aways and vacations dor over 20 year. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had. Stay somewhere else and get you moneys worth.

Beautiful views but make sure you request a room on the second or third floor. The rooms were a bit noisy between staff rolling their carts back and forth and ppl walking by with crying babies or talking on the phone. Rooms are not very soundproof. For the price, we were a bit disappointed. Live entertainment was wonderful!
