Everything about this property is wonderful! The staff is exceptional! The attention to detail is refreshing, and the grounds are beautiful! The gourmet breakfast each morning is something to look forward to and gives a perfect start to a busy day in Sedona! I would definitely stay here again! It’s cleanliness is welcome and comforting!

I’m starting to finish this property has an A+ plus in customer service. They were kind enough to text me to see what time I would be arriving, which was a first out of 50+ hotels I have stayed at this year. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who then proceeded to sit us down and give us tons of information about the property and the surrounding areas. She was even kind enough to make dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant. Then she gave us a complete tour of the property and personally took us to our room, which she continued the tour of highlights of our Villa. Our room was amazing and one of the favorite rooms of the year. Balcony, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, it had all the bells and whistles. It also had fresh baked bread waiting for us. Every personal lie that you may need from a make up mirror to luxury bathrobes was included. Everything in the mini fridge, included. There were no hidden fees at all. It was a refreshing change from the norm that we used to at most hotels we stay at. The swimming pool area was great. Heated pool and even more heated Jacuzzi. And both were open 24 hours a day seven days a week. Now that was something I’ve never heard of because usually pool areas closed at a certain time and reopen at a certain time the next day. Not this one, they actually treat you like a responsible adult and allow you to utilize the pool whenever you like. One of the best places I have ever styed!

So glad I chose Adobe Grand Villas! They really take care of all the details to ensure a fantastic experience providing complimentary breakfast, coffee bar, in room bread, snacks, and drinks. The ambiance is peaceful, the grounds are well kept and the rooms are unique and welcoming. Thank you to the staff for your service, well done!

Loved the seclusion, the little shop, the SPA! Loved the breakfasts! Our little place in the White Dove could gain some easy decoration changes. It was cramped with the old worn out loveseat and chair with an ottoman that was too high for our legs. Get rid of that big beautiful purposeless desk next to the bed…put the worn out chair there…move the worn out loveseat over and add an end table next to it. We never had anywhere unless sitting at the small table to place our coffee…unless it was on the floor always worried about it spilling even when using the coasters. But still…the place was so nice. I just think that with what it costs these simple changes wouldn’t cost you any $$$at all.

Beautiful property. Breakfast was amazing every morning. They were so accommodating. The pool was really small, although wasn’t an issue while we were there because of the chilly weather conditions,

Adobe Grand Villas is top notch. It is simply beautiful. Perfectly maintained and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and did NOT want to leave! We toured all the spots in Sedona, and next time, would take more time to enjoy this property!

The staff was amazing and catered to any request made. Location is great, slightly away from uptown traffic with great views of Thunder Mountain. Breakfasts were outstanding. Rooms were super roomy and each one has it’s own motif.

Wonderful property! We enjoyed our stay very much! Great gourmet breakfast! Hot bread in your room. Rooms are very unique with south west decor. Fresh cookies every day. We will definitely come back!

The mattress and pillows are not comfortable in Antique room. Everything else was EXCELLENT!

Our stay was just wonderful. The Adobe Villas is truly a special place. The room was huge with every convenience imaginable, right down to a warm, freshly baked bread in the machine as we arrived! The property is small, 16 rooms, all different (we stayed in the Dove suite), which means the staff is ready to assist with anything you need, no lines at the front desk here. Daniel checked us in and made us comfortable. We met Isabelle later on as we were relaxing in the lobby with our Americanos. She recommended, and booked for us, a wonderful restaurant called Elote. Our only regret was not staying longer, two nights was not nearly enough.

We were treated like treasured guests upon arrival and at every other encounter with the staff. There is excellent leadership at AGV because it runs with efficiency and with that extra kindness that everyone shows each other and the guests. The breakfast was total yummage, and my partner's need for gluten-free options was met with a smile and a can-do attitude. They even made extra GF cookies for him. We stayed in the Sagebrush Villa, which had a rustic, woodsy, masculine feel and abundant amenities. My partner loved the robe so much that he bought one to take home. I always know a place has class when the types of tea offered are high-end with many options. The two fireplaces were used quite a bit, especially during a snowstorm. The storm dumped 1 ft of snow, and most of the AZ roads were not drivable. The AGV staff graciously allowed us to stay another night, and for that, we were grateful. Also, the location is very close to the Thunder Mountain trailhead, so one can avoid dealing with parking lots of other hikers. This was a 5-star experience all around.

Delightful stay in Sedona. The Adobe Grand was a perfect spot. The villa was large and comfortable. Two fireplaces added lovely atmosphere. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely return

We were there to celebrate our 30 yr anniversary. From meeting Terry who greeted us, to walking in to freshly baked bread IN THE ROOM, to the fantastic breakfasts and the luxury accommodations, it was a wonderfully perfect stay. Everything we wanted to do was within 5 miles of the resort, so easy travel. Coming back to such a beautiful room after our outdoor adventures was just a treat. We used the jacuzzi a couple of times too and that was icing. They found an external thumb drive we somehow left in the room and contacted us to have it mailed out. Above and beyond service top to bottom and we highly recommend to anyone visiting Sedona.

This place is amazing to say the least. I would definitely recommend. Super accommodating and friendly staff. I could spend weeks here without leaving at all. Not the greatest views of Sedona red rock features, but walking distance to some great food and views.

Disneyland for adults. Rustic furniture, fireplace, patio, hot tub, breakfast, snow and view of the Red stone cover with snow. It cant be more romantic than that. Friendly staff. Accomodated me with the unthinkable. Roses, cake, balloon, apple cider. Made us feel specials for couple of days.

This was our 2nd visit to Adobe Grand Villas and just as fabulous as our last visit. Enjoyed a yummy breakfast each morning. We also opted for a Chef Prepared in room 4 course dinner, which was amazing.
