It would be nice some beds in the swimingpool

we checked in and was given an extra fee $10 for parking, which does not make sense , since there is no security in the parking lot, also we had to change rooms because the first room given to us very dirty , the bathroom had pubic hairs in the tub and bathroom floor, the bed also had hairs in the sheets.

It was a very nice quiet Hotel my room was clean the people at the front desk was nice the pool area and jacuzzi and exercise room was nice it's a very convenient place to be with school and shopping the only thing is I still haven't got my security deposit back yet but I guess you still have time

The property was good but the elevators were very slow. One of the two were out during my stay.

One elevator was down, taking up to 10 minutes to wait the one working

At least one elevator was always out of service and the second was really slow and stopped working at one point. This is not a good thing for people who cannot take the stairs. Key cards stopped working everyday I was there and I would be locked out of my room and need to get new cards reissued.

Room was clean and spacious. Moderate size buffet breakfast provided daily was appreciated. Fitness room quite small, adequate for 2 or 3 people. Hotel is across the street from a large mall, very convenient.

Love this hotel! The room was spacious, facilities clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I appreciated the free breakfast, pool and hot tub, and the easy free parking. The beds were comfortable and i wish I could have stayed longer.

Bed bugs terrible stayed bites on shoulders fingers and nothing was done.

First the hotel is outdated . Elevators didn’t work . I was assigned to room on first floor . When we got to room and pulled the bed covers there was old dry blood on the sheet. I went to the front desk and we were relocated to the second floor , we had luggage and no elevators . When I went to take a shower there were hairs in the tub. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the front desk attendant and she said she would notify her manager and she would probably contact me and issue a refund . I’m still waiting for the phone call and refund . Last time I will stay at a Holiday Inn.

ALWAYS check the sheets!! Mine were visably soiled!! Front desk person told me that I would need to come get clean ones and change them myself, so I did! There was 2 coffee pods for 3 people. We were told for 3 days that housekeeping would bring more but never got them! We were told the same regarding toilet tissue and finally had to go get it ourselves! Housekeeping had been in while we were gone and emptied trash but apparently toilet paper and coffee wasn't a necessity 😡 Lobby coffee pots were both taken up due to heating issues! Both elevators broke at same time, which I know wasn't employees fault, but my friend was 6 weeks post heart surgery, still short of breath and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs! Almost didn't make it! We weren't even offered help or a first floor room! Manager never showed his/her face!! Very poor management!!

Very clean, large rooms

The five-night stay at the hotel was flawless. Safe, clean and efficiently run hotel. Break fast and facilities were good. Staff both front desk and cleaning were superb. I will certainly stay again.

I have always stayed in this hotel, and for the first time, there were bed bugs in my room (620); I knew this happened once in one Holiday Inn Express in Tucson, but this one in Tempe had always been very clean. I got bed bugs bites all over my body, terrible!!!

Love this hotel! The front desk ladies are real nice. The rooms are large and the bed comfortable so I always get a great night's sleep. AZ Mills Mall is a casual walk and has movie theatres and great shopping along with Garcia's Mexican restaurant. Just the best!

Everything was great except for the noise being on Baseline Rd. I had never been to Phoenix before and would select a different spot. I needed to sleep well and it was really loud

I enjoyed my stay, however, when I wanted to extend it by one day I was being aske to pay almost 3 times the amount I paid per night for the 4 night reservation I made...so, I had to check out and stay at another hotel. The bathtub had rust and looked like it needs to be reglazed. Definitely not worth $220 for one night.

Fast checkin. Very large room. Comfy beds. Had tv, microwave, fridge and everything you need. Breakfast was great!

Dated bathroom's, no tv service and almost dead wifi . Felt like very cheap motel

Bed and pillows were super comfy, room was very spacious. Coffee maker, fridge in room worked great. Towels were a bit rough and small but that is my only “complaint” if I were to call it that. Great stay and a great value!

The hotel is fine other than location. It sits on a busy corner and you will hear loud cars and sirens late into the night if you’re in a street facing room.

Not the best area of town, but convenient to some restaurants and Arizona Mills Mall. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, constant cleaning was observed. Seating for breakfast could have been better, there were only four tables for two people and four tables (two 2-tops put together) for four. If a single person sat at a four-top that eliminated three seats. If they were all 2-tops they could have accommodated many more people. Breakfast was tasty and hot, although having a staff member monitoring the station for refills would have been a great improvement. The hotel did make a point of mentioning the rooms had been sound proofed, but I think only the ceilings were. Noise from the hallway and parking lot/landscapers was loud. I could hear phones ringing in adjacent rooms. Bed was comfy, room was very spacious, temp control efficient. The power strip at bedside was broken, and unfortunately there was no way to plug in a laptop at the desk except that power strip. The lamp only had a USB port. So working at the desk was not a great option, and the chaise wasn't particularly conducive to working either. There were no throw pillows and no laptop desk. There was a small undercounter fridge and also a microwave in room, which was a pleasant surprise since the description indicated only a shared microwave in the lobby.

2 bed rooms are very spacious

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only downside is the outside traffic noise that can be heard from the room, however it did not disrupt my sleep

I purchased three bottles of water at $3 each but was charged $15. I brought this to the receptionist’s attention at the time, and she assured me that the issue had been resolved. However, the incorrect charge has since appeared on my final bill, and no refund was issued. It’s disappointing when someone gives their word but doesn’t follow through—it feels dishonest and unprofessional. Additionally, after returning home, I noticed I had been charged a $100 deposit twice. When I called to inquire, I was told that both charges would fall off my credit card within seven days. I hope this is the case, but given the previous experience, I felt it necessary to document everything.

THE OFFICE STAFF WAS SUPER FRIFNDLY AND FAST WHEN CHECKING IN. GOT A 2 WATER BOTTLE GRAB AND GO BAG WITH 2 COOKIES AS A WELCOME GIFT. GREAT DETAIL. *THE MALL IS NEXT TO THIS HOTEL! THERES FAST FOOD OPTIONS TOO. ENJOYED THE HOT TUB. THE ROOMS ARE SO COEAN and FRESH SMELLING. FIRST TIME I DIDN'T FETL THE NERF TO SANITIZE THE ENTIRE ROOM!

I made a last-minute booking here because the original booking I had to stay out here was a complete disaster. Upon arrival they were quick to help get me settled in. I would like to say, that the day shift staff was exceptional. I wish I had gotten names of the three younger associates that helped me the entire weekend, but they went above and beyond every single time for me, a happy pleasant attitude. The hotel was clean, the hotel was well kept. Overall it was an incredible experience, and I will definitely be looking this location, and hotel, for future trips.

Staff were very rude

The property asks for a $100 deposit for incidentals which is common practice. When we checked out the following morning I was told that the deposit would be released within 48 hours. It is now 11 business days and the property has not released the funds and I still have and active case with the IGH resorts to have the funds released. This property does not support business practices nor do they work in good faith. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Worst customer service , we had checked in super late from a long day of traveling the lady had told us we would be able to have a late check out in the morning the front desk lady kept calling with an attitude saying we had to be out and gone (mind we didn’t care to pay a late fee we just wanted to rest ) when I went downstairs she’s talking to all the other workers with attitude about us just horrible. Place was cool but those ladies made it an unpleasant stay

I waited over 10 minutes at the front desk to check in, while I could see the female staff member outside conversing with a guy & I know she saw me. I've stayed at this property in the past; rooms very clean & well appointed . Included breakfast very good.

Need renovation, Convenient location if you go shopping, but at night you feel a bit of insecurity. EV chargers nearby.

We liked the location of this property. Convenient to shopping and a good selection of dining options within walking distance. EZ on-off I-10, but quiet and without constant interstate noise.

Was a nice location for a night with an early airport drop off. Kinda sketchy area with people, being right on a busy road with a bus stop. Super close to the mall, you can walk there. Breakfast was fine.

Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and up to date. Everything we needed was there. One of the best complimentary breakfasts we've ever had. Just perfect!

Love the property and staff, clean and professional. Only issue is that coffee, which we were told was available all day/night was either empty and alway cold. Wasnt hot until breakfast time. As an early morning client, i could't get hot coffee. Disappointing.

Consistent Holiday Inn Express. Super comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff and overall felt clean. The breakfast was a madhouse and pretty bad. With my dairy allergy there wasn't much for me to eat. Unfortunately the eggs had cheese all over them. It's mostly carbs so don't count on a good breakfast but you can count on a comfortable bed.

Pleasant & well priced basic lhotel for single night. Pleasant staff. Do not expect much at all for breakfast — the limited offerings - including coffee were almost fully out of stock with another 1 1/2 hour of breakfast service to go. No restocking was apparent 15 min later

Our stay was for one week, everything was good, however, their breakfast could be a bit better. We had the same breakfast for 4 days.

When we arrived at the hotel, maintenance was in the process of removing carpet drying units. The rugs had just been cleaned. The room was pristine. Enjoyed the small fridge and micro for snacks. Coffee maker was a hit. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Wish the pancake machine had been working. Loved the Dove products in the shower.

Best breakfast I ever had, especially the cinnamon bunns. Good coffe and nice welcoming ladys!
