Bad start— waited an hour for van pickup.

Staff were great. Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Excellent pool and hot tub. Breakfast had nice variety and nice seating area. Shuttle service and driver were wonderful! Hotel was out of area for groceries and most stores not within a few miles or walkable without a car rental. Will try bus tomorrow. They were quick to help fix a toilet that wasn’t working properly. Also have snacks and food to purchase by front desk. Thank you

Fast weekend trip. Our room was on the 4th floor.....VERY quiet! Used shuttle to airport at 4:15 am on Sunday. Quick, right to the door.

Overall, the property was very clean. However, the customer service at the desk and the shuttle service had some problems. The first person I checked in with was pretty stern about times for the shuttle and where to stand. I had to be there or the driver was going to leave. Her tone was pretty condescending. Fast forward to the next morning. We get off on time and get dropped off at the airport. I called for a pick up and the phone was never answered. Three times for a total of nine minutes. I tried to get through and nobody would pick up. I had to call corporate to get them to call the location here. Once I spoke to that person, they told me they were swamped and could not answer the phone. However, they would send the driver out to me and gave me explicit directions on where to stand and how to get to the waiting spot. They would be sending the driver shortly. Fast forward another 40 minutes I called back. I spoke to somebody else who told me the first lady said they were problems with the phones and could not hear me. However, she gave me explicit directions on how to get to the waiting spot. she said the driver was in front of her and she was sending him right now. It took another 40 minutes for them to make the 10 minute drive. To say I am upset is putting it lightly. I will NOT be staying here again.

Hot tub wasn’t working, shower water was luke warm, no water in exercise facility, common restroom area was filthy. Got in the shower and conditioner container was empty.

Great place to stay for airport access. Free shuttle was very nice!

Check in was seamless and quick! The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. The room, pool area, and gym were all clean and well maintained.

Pet friendly was a huge plus.

Staff was great. Room size was great. Breakfast options were great. Everything was pretty much ok except that there was a little bit of trash underneath the bed. You can tell the bed wasn’t moved for proper cleaning. Saw this on the day of check out as we were making sure nothing was left behind.

This place was disgusting. Bathroom was dirty. And the sheets had blood on them.

Bathroom was extremely dirty. Mattress was super uncomfortable with inch thin pillows. Don’t waste your money here.

Late evening, my shower was disrupted because the drain was clogged. Not a pleasant task to clean the drain. Not a time to call the maintenance people to do this.I did not see the point of informing front desk. They might not believe me! I did think of asking for compensation!

The room was amazingly clean and pristine! All the staff were a delight and the continental breakfast was delicious.

This was the second time I stayed at this establishment and both times the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. The cleaning staff needs to lift the toilet lids and seat to make sure there is no splatter on them from the previous guest visit. Also the comforter had food and blood stains on it and the couch and chair had stains on them as well.

The room was larger in size than expected. Very nice bathroom area. The only negative for us was the lack of lighting in the room. The lamps were too small to give good illumination. Otherwise, very nice.

We have stayed in many Hamptons and the beds are usually comfortable. This was definitely the exception. They were very hard and firm and we had a pretty miserable night of sleep. The breakfast was your normal offerings, and it was kept well stocked. The staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle was a bonus.

The beds were very uncomfortable, so much in fact, I used the spare pillows to lie on as a layer softness. Front desk was great, excellent service provided.

Great like all Hampton Inn properties. They just are in dire need of new beds and pillows.

Bed is not horrible, but not super comfortable either A/C is subpar at best. Only one clerk working ; had a 20 minute wait to get a room key because digital key system was down. It was an ok stay for one night.

Front desk staff was absolutely amazing

Upon checking into room 308 after our flight from Jacksonville to Houston, we found the night shift front desk (FD) lady very friendly and efficient. However, our experience took a turn when the bathroom sink pipe broke, causing water to drip onto the floor. Despite the FD offering to relocate us, we declined as our baby was asleep and we were exhausted from our journey. The next morning, I informed the morning shift FD of our intention to move to another room due to the sink issue. Although they were aware of the problem from the night shift, we remained in room 308 until around 10 AM. Suddenly, housekeeping entered our room without knocking, startling us and my husband saw them, including the maintenance guy, who were there to fix the sink. I immediately called the FD to understand what was happening. The FD explained that housekeeping thought the room was available, as per the system, even though we had not yet picked up the key for the new room. This lack of communication was unacceptable. As someone with FD experience, I know the importance of confirming room status before entering, always knocking before entering a guest room, and ensuring all staff are informed of room changes both verbally and in the system. This incident highlights significant communication gaps and protocol lapses. Proper communication and adherence to procedures are crucial for maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

I enjoyed staying at the Hampton. All of the receptionist were helpful, professional and courteous.

Hotel was nice, front desk clerk friendly, needed another clerk, line backed up to the door. Shadey neighborhood, tons of homeless people hanging out in parking lot.

Rude check in attendant. Had to pry out of her where to park, where is pool. Where is the room. Then asked if I could just leave keys in room for checkout. Was told to check out at desk. Room had stained bedspread. Asked for it to be changed. Again, rude. Called next am to see if we could just leave keys in room; we were told OF COURSE by a very nice you g man. Seriously, this woman needs customer service training. Won’t stay there again.

Cleanliness and distance to airport was great. Dining around hotel was very limited without a car. There was 1 place that was good (phillys) that was a 10-15 minute walk

The evening shift Rep. was very helpful, friendly and professional. We arrived at 2am and he checked us in quickly. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and friendly staff. We definitely stay at this hotel again.

I love the Hampton breakfast but this was the worst one by far. stayed 2 nights and the hot food was always empty.

Breakfast is minimal and below par. The mattress is old and uncomfortable.
