Check in was delayed several times. After finally getting in to the room there was urine and hair on the toilet seat. The bed was hard as a rock. The next morning the front desk person was no where to be found for 15 minutes(the breakfast attended was searching for her) and they didn't have the promised airport shuttle so they ordered me a shady ass Uber and then tried to charge me for the free parking

Arrived late evening. No one at the front desk. Called the hotel and no answer. Walked around and found the front desk person in the fitness room stocking waters. Room was cold and I was unable to control the thermostat. Great breakfast and friendly staff. All in all a good stay and I would return.

Parking lot around perimeter was dark and had very poor lighting. The lobby area was dimly lit. The elevator at the extreme end of the Corredor took a long time -30 seconds for the door to close. The room thermostat was not working at all, even though it showed it was set at 67°, at 1 AM I woke up sweating, and it was like 80°. I finally end up shutting the thermostat off.

I liked parking lot has great space and Front Dest Staff good job and pleasure to talk to. Breakfast has fell off person working that area not doing good job. Hot water for my Tea tastes like coffee and I hate the taste of coffee.

No where do they state a charge for parking. After check out I received a charge on my credit card for $12 for parking. I also was not informed ahead that my room would be next to two rooms being renovated the adhesive smell was so bad we had to leave for several hours for our room to air out. The place is in need of renovation so I am glad they are doing it. Warning before check in would be appreciated. Currently the bathroom fan is inadequate, the tub is rusty and the ceilings are in need of retexture. The bed is good but aged. The pillows are comfortable. Kitchen has a sufficient amount of dishes and cookware to make the place home for a week. The “free” breakfast is awesome! Real food: sausage/bacon, eggs, waffles and a bread selection

Great location close to freeways. Room was clean and comfortable. TV didn’t work at first, but a call to the frost desk resulted in a speedy fix. Grounds were nice, with a gas fireplace and pool area (not heated, so too cold to use this time of year). We stayed 6 nights and were told the housekeeper comes every 5 days (staff gladly exchanged used towels for fresh whenever we needed them) but the only cleaning was emptying garbages, bringing towels and running the dishwasher. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned and bed wasn’t made, which was disappointing. Other than that, everyone was pleasant and helpful and a big shout out to Ms. Shirl who was so energetic, professional and hard-working. She was so pleasant we looked forward to seeing her each morning to put a smile on our faces. She keep the breakfast bar fully stocked and always asked if we needed anything. Loved that there were gluten free muffins and oat milk available each day and even vegetarian sausages one morning. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool was very dirty and the chairs around the pool in very terrible condition. The price of this hotel was extremely high price for what it offered We booked to stay for 2 nights and only stayed for 1 night and was not able to get a refund. Found a new and cleaner Marriott for 1//2 the price.

The place needs maintenance. Bath tub is peeling off, ceiling has some rust above the bath and the room needs to be deep cleaned. We called ahead for a crib but it wasn’t ready when we arrived past their check in time. Front desk has poor customer service. Housekeeping is every other day. They did not pick up our trash considering we have a baby with us. I wouldn’t recommend this place although it was accessible to many areas and the breakfast bar is decent enough.

Our room smelled like old fish. The room was tidy but looked old and dirty. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been washed in years, there were drinks and peanut butter in the fridge that I assume belonged to the previous guests. The freezer had an ice machine that I wouldn’t trust eating ice out of because it looked dirty. Lots of homeless people in the area. It was a central location though, so there were plenty of restaurants and stores around.

We waited over 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in. We arrived at around 7:00 pm. The smell of marijuana was horrible and even woke us up in the middle of the night smelling it. The bed had hair all over the sheets, inside the bed!! had to change the bedding. Bathroom also had hairs in the tub. So gross. Very disappointing for a Marriott property.

The room was clean upon arrival, i requested twice on night three for house keeping to service the room, my request went unanswered by 3 people. We then requested a new room since it was already too late on the 3rd night. They did leave fresh towels in a plastic bag outside our room door. Their breakfast had great options. The studio room was spacious. Did not appreciate that there was no screen on the window so we could not leave the window open for fresh air. AC worked well. The available body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower needed to be refilled.

We stayed for four days, and asked for housekeeping service. No one cleaned our room or even took out trash or gave us linens the entire time. I called about it every day, and they said they would come every day and didn’t. I asked for the floor to be vacuumed because we had spilled some crumbs and they told me I could borrow a vacuum. I called and asked for towels, and they asked me to bring my towels down to the front desk to get some more. I am not really picky but I am annoyed that I spent so much money and didn’t get basic things done.

The facility was standard; nothing terrific. However, there was a very off putting odor in our room. I think it was the glue under the vinyl flooring. It was stronger in the bathroom and dissipated the farther away we stood. Thank goodness the bathroom was not attached to the bedroom. Never used the shower so I can’t give a rating on water pressure.

The room was nice and clean. The bath tub was yellow from caulking they just placed and it was stained. The wood molding were noticeably painted to cover the previous paint peeling and mold on the wood. The mattresses were spring boxes and not comfortable.

Great condition and upkeep i side and outside. Breakfast was good and well-stocked and managed. The area was a bit noisy. One night I woke up by a loud bang outside. Other evenings traffic noise can be heard till 10-11 pm. Great place for a relaxing stay, otherwise. Fair price and great value I think.

Have never stayed at a TownePlace property before. The room was clean annd spacious and the kitchen was so great to have. Plus their beds are soo comfy I didn’t want to wake up :).. I’ll be back !!

Overall it was a decent property. My biggest gripe was the noise. Between the motorcycle group that was there reving their bikes early in the morning and late into the nights and some people literally blasting a loud speaker with horrible rap music that shook the whole building for hours, rest and quiet was hard to come by during my stay. Just be prepared for the noises and surroundings of a busy city when staying here. I had no issues with the physical property or staff.

Breakfast items were not kept hot. Eggs, meat, potatoes & oatmeal were all cold every morning. They also tagged on extra fees (said because we went through 3rd party) that ended up room was about $100 a night more than advertised. Just need to question all extra charges ahead of booking next time.

Kind, helpful, and attentive staff. Convenient location. Walkable to the Arizona Grand Resort. Great value for the price. Downsides: the dispensary can make walking seem questionable at times. Smokers linger in front of the entrance. The shower needs updating. I couldn't get the room temperature just right. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

The staff were very pleasant but the rooms need work. Stains up doorjambs, lots of rust in the tub, dirty windows. The noise from neighbours was terrible. Bedding and kitchen was clean. I felt unsafe walking in the area (I stayed here because the outlet mall was a 7 minute walk).
