Property is a bit rundown. There is no maintenance person on staff. The pool was closed and ice had to be obtained from the front desk as all the ice machines are broken. The first room I was in the door didn’t work and had to be reset by front desk. After having multiple issues with it, I was moved to a different room. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful. No issues there. The property itself is quite rundown. Only one elevator works. Ice can only be gotten from the front desk. The pool is clean but ICE COLD, while the work out room is a sauna. Breakfast was good with minimal but adequate selection of proteins and carbs. Little airplane noise, not really bothersome. We would stay there again maybe in a cooler season.

The Hotel seemed old. The room was a nice size for a large family but when we asked for an extra pillow, they didn't have one available so one of our kids didn't have a pillow. In addition, they only had one luggage cart in which was in use when we arrived and no where to be found early in the morning when we left. It was very close to the airport and the complimentary shuttle service was great. Overall it met our needs but wasn't not very high quality or great service.

The staff is really nice! The room was an average hotel room. The bathroom was rough! The bottom of the tub felt like it was going to fall through to the room below. Very flimsy. There was a huge amount of water buildup on the shower head, so the water sprayed in all directions. The water pressure would fluctuate between a small trickle to normal pressure when in use.

Cleanliness was good, except we had issues with our key lock. They gave us a new room that for sure was an inconvenience because we had unpacked already. Those keys went bad and were issued new keys altogether. Toilet flush would not flush correctly. Tub floor was very slippery. Need to make maintenance upgrades.

Thankfully that was fixed by morning. Cleanliness ok. Hotel has gone downhill. Where has all the good service gone? I am starting to think Airbnbs are the way to go. Hotel prices are now comparable.

There was insufficient staff on duty during my stay. There was only one person on duty when I checked in. He himself was friendly and personable but he was checking people in, answering the phone volunteering to drive the shuttle as well. In the morning there was no wake-up call that I had requested the night before so I was running a bit late. When I went down to checkout there was no one at the front desk nor in the office. Was able to find one employee after a twenty minute wait and search who was preparing morning breakfast. She graciously came out to checkout numerous people who were waiting. She also had no idea where the shuttle driver was. Fortunately, an individual walked in and she tasked him with driving the shuttle to the airport. Again, while I made it to the airport in plenty of time another hotel guest had to run to catch her plane. I expected more from a Hyatt affiliated hotel and certainly paid a premium price for a substandard experience.

VERY rude staff. Did not have room available at time of checkin. They had us wait 45min at which time they only gave us the room which was available, not the room I paid for. Staff we not even available at the front desk to assist customers and apparently they could not find their cleaning staff. Very disorganized and would not recommend this hotel.

I was close to giving it five stars. The breakfast deserves ten stars. They cooked potatoes bites, fresh eggs and bacon all you can eat. It was both delicious and filling. I was not expecting the breakfast to be that good. The only real complaint I had was that the room smelled funny and the hotel itself does not seem the cleanest. But, if you're just passing through, I wouldn't let that stop you. If you like a hardy breakfast, this is the only place I would recommend.

King room was great for the price for an airport hotel, with a semi-separate couch area great for lounging. Breakfast was standard but what I really liked was that actual plates and cutlery were provided (not just disposable plates and spoons). The tub was a bit on the older side w some stains but other than that I really liked the aesthetics of the hotel, with great service too.

Very convenient for airport but not much else. Hotel recently rebranded at Hyatt and the facility is not quite up to Hyatt Place standards. Breakfast included hot food that was adequate but not great. Muffin had visible green mold spot. Only one luggage cart available during stay made check out difficult.

While the facility was superficially clean & modern it became obvious that other things were overlooked, not in good working order-electrical outlets damaged/possibly dangerous, pool was dirty, breakfast was limited & was closed at 9am even on the weekend…too early for most travelers. Not a great value but the reception/lobby staff were accommodating, friendly & welcoming. I probably would not stay here again.

There’s was no body wash in the dispensary, shampoo smell terrible like is it was expired. Carpet was not clean. Door was not Working properly. Breakfast was not good , boiled eggs were very hard, and they had a bad smell to it. My father got a very bad stomach ache after eating the breaskfast.

The hotel was very good overall. The room was spacious, the couches were clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet during my stay. Tony at the front desk was great—very helpful and friendly. The only downsides were that the TV was very old, only received about four channels, and the picture was blurry. The showerhead also seemed like it needed to be replaced. Other than that, everything was clean and comfortable, and I had no problems.
