The room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was basic, but decent for the price point. The wifi did not work at all in the room, the network wasn't even visible to log into. The pool was "temporarily closed for maintenance" - it was closed off and turning green, there was no maintenence in progress. We were told we could go to the Hyatt next door if we wanted to use their pool. None of this was disclosed at time of booking.

Well I arrived on September 29th late that evening, so the next morning I went to the free continental breakfast that I only tried one day it was horrible the only thing that was good was the light bread I made toast with. The coffee was lukewarm at best. The scrambled egg’s were2 different kinds, one plain and one had some kind of red stuff mixed in, I do not know if it was curry or something else and they were just barely warm. They had sausage, no bacon no breakfast cereal of any kind no boiled eggs not any kind of juice. It was horrible. That’s all I can say that’s why I only ate it one time and I didn’t even finish it. Nothing like other stays I’ve had were the breakfast were really good but the whole place smelled like Curry. The front walkways were always had some kind of palm tree leaves dropped and little berries all over the front walkway. The pool was closed which that was one reason why I went for the Wyndham on Tucson Boulevard at the airport, but the water was all green and completely closed and dirt and Gravel and sand was just piled up everywhere out there and it was not access accessible. My room was clean. It just had an older smell in there. It didn’t smell fresh. It smelt damp in the hallway and they had no ice machine. If you wanted ice, you had to go to the front desk along with the elevator was not working. Every other motel I’ve ever stayed at they would always clean the room every day, I had to request to have my room cleaned.

We checked into the hotel without a problem and the desk staff was nice however we entered the room and saw multiple cockroaches so we exited immediately and went back to the desk to ask for a different room they did not seem phased whatsoever about the presence of cockroaches and asking to change. We then went to another room the Wi-Fi never worked the whole time we were there the pool has been shut down for months and is green and the hotel itself is in bad condition the elevators are out of order the ice machines are out of order nothing works and nothing is maintained and it smells disgusting. I cannot believe I had to pay for this stay when it was so disappointing but I had already paid before I arrived so there was no refund what a dump.

The facility is very old, the first impression is very good, in the lobby, until you enter the halls leading to the rooms and the distinct scent of old carpet quickly become evident. The rooms were super clean and everything worked well. The unit will automatically charge $50.00 to the credit card for incidentals, however there is less of a sense of urgency in crediting back the money, it has been three days and the money still have not been credited.
