Clean and quiet location convenient for where we needed to be, lobby area was very welcoming, staff was friendly, cafe was a bit expensive but coffee was good. We enjoyed the pool area as well. Many restaurants nearby.

The front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful, but we did not experience the same thing at the bistro. My husband overpaid for an extremely stale bagel on Sunday morning. Thankfully there is First Watch restaurant next door to the hotel which was good. The courtyard with pool and hot tub is nice.

Staff were nice! Room was dark and hard to see/put on makeup…. Need better lighting in the bathroom area. Curtains and chair had multiple stains. Was not overly excited about having to go outside to get to the gym.

Extremely clean room and excellent location, however there were some issues with the building maintenance. The sliding glass door to patio was extremely difficult to open. Every time the door was closed and locked it would not reopen. Don’t know if then frame was bent or the track was out of alignment. The tub didn’t have a stopper, so you could only use the shower. The airport shuttle wasn’t available as advertised, was told by staff there wasn’t any insurance on the vehicle. I requested no cleaning service during the stay at check in but the room was cleaned twice during my 3 day stay. The king size bed was past its prime, one side sagged in the middle and hurt my back, the other side was extremely comfortable like it never been slept in. The coffee available in the room was awful, so bad that I had to go buy coffee every morning. On a better note there was a free breakfast buffet on the weekends with excellent coffee.

The front desk lady went out of her way just to get us paper plates and towels which was very appreciative given she had an injured leg. She went above and beyond. Great place. I would stay again. Elevator was out of order but that's beyond their control, so great place.

Parking lot was dirty. Paper thin walls, you could hear neighbouring rooms. Our bathroom was a little dirty. Footprints on the floor and the air vent was dirty with fuzz buildup. Otherwise, all was good.

I always stay at the Marriott Tucson Williams Centre when I go to Tucson for business. Until this year it was a 5 star hotel but this year I couldn't say the same thing. The rooms are not as clean as they used to be; I don't like that they are cleaning the rooms every other day; the hotel is not cheap at this time of year so I don't understand the every other day cleaning. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working properly; it was freezing everything we put in there. All the fruit and cheese I shopped for froze and I had to throw them out. More important than that I had eye medication with me that needed to be refrigerated and that kept freezing so I couldn't use it. I complained to the lobby and they told me maintenance was coming the next day but nothing was done and that was very disappointing. Please go back to what you used to be because it was definitely better than this. Other than that the staff is lovely as usual; all very pleasant people

The property was easy as it is right in the middle of town. My only issue is it does not live up to the Marriott brand. This particular location is in need of a deep cleaning and repairs to many things including stained furniture, dust filled air vents, broken furniture handles and dirty walls.

This hotel is flat out dingy. I’ve been a Marriott customer for years and I have NEVER see one so dirty and run down. The towels were like sandpaper, the couch in my room was full of stains, the front desk staff was NOT friendly or helpful. I never take the time to write these because it’s usually not worth it, but beware, this is not the Marriot experience you are used to

Property was off a main road, which decreased its traffic noise. A good thing. Property itself was refreshed at some point, but lots was left to be corrected yet. Room was clean, linens were crisp, bed was firm but not hard. Areas outside of the room needed attention. Hallways and elevator had an oily mechanical smell. Exteriors other than main entrance were dirty and needed attention.

We stayed there for a 4 day vacation. Location is great. Breakfast is poor to be honest for the price. Though rooms are well equiped, and no amenities on the room or bathroom. It is clean but cleaning service is not daily.

The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Staff were indifferent. There wasn’t any shower gel in the shower dispenser, completely empty we had to use shampoo instead. The bed was horrific, old and squeaky. The pillows were very uncomfortable. I purchased coffee and unbelievably it was luke warm! Online says “omelettes available”. That means you can purchase them if you want but we didn’t see any. It was a very disappointing stay. We won’t return

We stayed here for one night so we could do some activities in Tucson. It was a perfect place to stay; quiet, easy parking and bed was very comfortable.The staff was helpful; especially Lauren, who went out of her way to find actual glassware so we wouldn't have to drink out wine out of plastic glasses! Above and beyond!

Everything about our stay was awesome. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the lobby is super cute, the Starbucks drinks and cafe food are delicious, the courtyard was beautiful, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the room was everything we’d hoped and then some. Our room had a balcony and the pull-out bed was adorable and perfect for our toddler. Already looking for reasons to book another stay!

Check in took quite a while due to computer issues, and there was no breakfast offered, only a limited Starbucks menu. Complimentary coffee ended by 10am, completely, so that was a shock. Hotel was clean and comfortable, however!
