The pool area is beautiful! The furniture, Decor, beds and linens are all 5 star! The AC broke in my room and they did move me the next day, but didn’t offer or do anything for the problem. The new room was nice though and I’ll know not to stay in the side units.

It is a lovely hotel.Enjoy very much , including the breakfast room. A note for maintenance, we were in room 298 and we could not turn the shower off so that we could use the tub.

Positive: Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Negative: long walk and stairs only (no elevator) to get to the rooms at the back of the hotel. Tv did not work. A/C was having a hard time keeping the room in cold temperature (we stayed at the hotel during spring).
