The photos are misleading. This hotel is in need of maintenance. I was there a week. One elevator was out of order the whole time. The pool water was green the first two days before it was drained and cleaned. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Continental breakfast was over $10 and the coffee, which was only available in the early morning hours, was terrible. The staff were all super-friendly. All in all, I will not stay here again even if it costs double elsewhere.

Said you needed wristbands for the pool but didn’t monitor that. One guest invited 20+ members of their family to a pool party. They brought barbecues and everything. Took over the entire pool and spa. Hotel staff did nothing. You are not allowed to control your own room AC. Hotel sets it and it was too hot to even sleep

This hotel doesn’t allow you to utilize air conditioning. It is set for the entire hotel at a temperature they feel is adequate. I couldn’t sleep waking up sweating wet every night. They said you needed wrist bands for the pool but someone staying there invited over 20 members of their family to a pool day. No wristbands. They set up ezups barbecues and basically took over the entire pool and spa area from 11am until 9 pm. They were very loud throwing people in the pool and no one else at the hotel could use the pool for the entire day. Hotel staff did nothing. That combined with next to no AC in the rooms made for a miserable 3 day stay

A lot of things were out of order such as the elevator and the ice machine. Around the hotel, it did not look kept up. Needed some TLC. The room did not seem secure because the door had a big chunk missing on the wood and when closed was flimsy. I did not feel safe due to the flimsy door. The tub had hair in it and felt like it would cave in if you step wrong. The hotel pictures were better than reality.

My stay at Double Tree Hotel Tucson Airport was excellent! The customer service at the front desk and throughout the facility was something that you don't get many places - it was professional, sincere and efficient. They have a 24/7 airport shuttle that is so convenient and safe. Each employee I encountered was friendly, helpful and intent on resolving any issues. Highly recommend!

we called for the hotel shuttle at 10pm, then again at 10:30. picked up about 10:40. for what turned out to be a very short distance (guess we could have looked into walking, but we thiught the shuttle would be timely). mixed messaging at the hotel, but we got a pretty lame apology and no offers to make it a bit less onerous. room was fine, bathroom tiny but functional. very convenient location for late arrivals though.

I rented a room to go swimming with the grandkids. The pool was soooo cloudy, lost my hair tie and couldnt even see the bottom to find it. The water smelt like stunky lake water. When i first opened the room, it had a strong sewer odor. Had to spray febreeze. The gap on the front door allows A LOT of heat in the room and we had to request a fan. The AC in the room didnt work well during the day at all! The hottest place, next to being outside in 100° , was the elevator. For being a Hilton Hotel, it lacks! No way to post photos of cloudy, stinky pool. I'll head over to Google Maps to post those photos. $100 a day, I expected better.

Really run down property. Very dirty room. Hair on pillows and bed sheets. Wall paper peeling off walls, moldy smell in room. Tv didn’t work even after maintenance came to look at it. Gym had overwhelming scent of cat urine… so strong made it difficult to work out.

We asked for a refund because the room was very dirty and had mold growing on the walls bathroom, bedroom and living room space. It was a bad experience and the room should be repaired before renting it out. I took pictures and I will make them available for management or corporate office. The room was 153

Room was pretty gross. First thing you see when you walk in is a roach trap on the floor at the door. Garbage can in bathroom was rusted, sinks were dirty, shower had mold, and carpet wasn't vacuumed.

Check in was okay. The room needed to be cleaned. There were stains on the couch and carpets. Chairs at the table were sticky with some kind of substance. It appeared that there hadn't been much done in the way of dusting in quite some time. I was very disappointed in the quality of this particular Doubletree and would not recommend or stay there again.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible! We had to switch rooms because the first one was in awful condition. The remotes didn’t work, there were bloodstains on the bed sheets, press-on fingernails on the floor, and eyelash extensions scattered around carpet. The towels had stains, and it was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned in weeks—it hadn’t been dusted or mopped at all. To top it off, the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Which we needed as our 11 month old has to get his sleep and vitals monitored overnight. When we reached out to the front desk, the man there responded with, “Well, you checked in 8 hours ago—how did you barely notice all this? Also, Wi-Fi only works in certain rooms, but how do you just now notice?” It was an unacceptable response! The room should never have been in that condition to begin with, and if that’s the case, why isn’t this disclosed in the hotel description? The customer service was terrible. We were eventually switched to another room, hoping it would be better—but no! The air conditioner wasn’t working, and the best they could offer was a portable fan. It was completely unbelievable! This place needs to be shut down.

This USED to be a great hotel with the motel vibe. But since it’s been taken over seems run down and old and yucky. Our WHITE towels and bed linens had stains on them and the tub wouldn’t drain. Surprising quiet for being next to the airport. Disappointed in the quality for the price.

Room was nice, but AC is the old central type so you can really control the temperature. I am a cold sleeper and it was too hot. My room was in back away from airport, but the building next door had people in the parking lot talking and playing music all night. Room up front or even on airport side may be quieter.

The A/C is deficient in most rooms, and having to move to a different room after settling in is very unpleasant. Internet is unreliable, TVs and phones don’t work properly, and there’s no free continental breakfast. For the price, there are definitely better options nearby.

The room was very cold and no controls for heating or cooling. I had to turn off the fan to prevent cold air from entering the rooms. Staff said there was nothing they could do to provide any heat to the room. The hotel is centrally controlled and rooms cannot change the HVAC controls. I will not stay there again, there are to many other options right next store to this hotel.

We were in one of the largest suites. That room was perfect, I wish we could have stayed more days. Just the right amount of room, beautiful layout, enough rooms for everyone and all of their things. Definitely coming back.

Hotel was a great location (super close to the airport) but you never heard a plane so you slept great. Compliants, wi-fi not great. Most of the the time I had to use my phone as a hot spot and didn't have great cell coverage. And the cable was not good- only like 5 Chanels and it came in and out.

Room and Furniture were a bit dated, I would not recommend walking bare feet in the Room .. The Kitchen area.. Cabinet door to the refrigerator was broken .. The environment system “AC / Heat “ is controlled by the Hotel not you as the guest .. it was 60F at night .. room was close to 80F , because the Hotel has “HEAT ONLY “ selected… had the leave the windows open , but it’s a little noisy at times being right next to the airport and parking lot for the Hotel … The Bed was Ok not great .. Strangely the sink in the Bedroom had great Hot water , the But Shower / Tub not so much .. Very small shower area as well , jammed in with the toilet together .. if u wanted to close the door for privacy you had to kinda put one foot into the shower tub to do so .. Over all kinda disappointed esp for a double tree at $160 p/n and this was an Upgraded Suite also .. We stayed 2 nights The staff was very nice, I called about the AC / Heat , they offered a Fan .. which I declined.. I ended up just turning the OFF the AC/Heat unit .. Parking was a little tight especially if you get in late .. Best part is you are 2min away to catching your flight out .. so you can get an extra 30min of sleep before you go…

We showed up and they couldn't check us into the property because their system was down. It was 11pm and they told us it was going to take a few hours so we needed to sit in the lobby and wait. They told us that we could cancel and go to another hotel, but refused to give us a cancellation confirmation. The woman behind the counter actually raised her voice and scolded me when I scoffed that we weren't going to wait for hours in the middle of the night in the lobby. We went down the street to the Wyndham hotel instead, but if this tries to hit my credit card, I'll have to consider it fraud. Would highly recommend going anywhere else.

Some of the staff were nice but others were rude. The rooms AC was horrible. We had to ask for a fan and really needed 2 and was told they would bring us know but didn’t get one until 2 days later. Which we had bought one at Walmart just so our son and us could have some sort of coolness in the room. There was black mold in the lobby and the overhead look like they were going to fall at anytime.

Great staff only airport hotel with on site restaurant and bar ! Unfortunately the food was low quality, inedible corned beef and cheapest farm raised Salmon. Cook very nice girl, concerned professional, unfortunately couldn’t comp the uneaten meals. Apologetic- but corporate ordering beyond her control!!!

Very disappointed. Desk clerk said that because we booked through Expedia that we weren’t entitled to the free breakfast. Even though Expedia said it was included. We were on a 9 day road trip and booked all of our rooms through Expedia and ALL included breakfast.

Very pleased with the one night stay I had. Comfortable, quiet, very neat set up where the room doors are. Makes me feel like I’m in a Spanish villa. Ohh, and the restaurant Finnigans. Fantastic! The service, the food, the drinks. It was all awesome. I highly recommend and I would come here again.

The hot tub, fitness room, front-desk personnel were wonderful. It was quiet & peaceful. The attached restaurant was STUPENDOUS!! Best food ever!!

Internet did not work. We had like 4 channels to watch. Check in was at 4 and check out at 11 not even 24 hours for the price we pay not to include no complimentary bfast seriously 😣
