Very friendly. They gave me everything I requested. Quiet. Everything worked great. They allow longterm overnight parking for a very fair price, totally appreciate that bigtime. Great shuttle, friendly, on time fast both ways. Great airport hotel, nice job!

Truck was broken into and robbed 2nd night there. Staff seemed unconcerned. Shower floor was always dirty. Reported to the desk that the pool/spa area was out of towels and the person on duty started to argue with me about if there were towels available. That is not really how I wold describe customer service.

Good solid airport hotel. Clean and comfortable with a helpful and friendly staff. Have stayed there twice for an early morning flight and the ride over to the terminal is always on time .

The pool was not useable because of plant debris but because of high winds that was probably unavoidable I liked the dining area with the availability to sit on a cushioned surface since my back was hurting. I always try to stay at Hampton Inns when I travel I really should sign up for your loyalty program.

Hot tub not working. This was the reason I pick this hotel was for the hot tub, post broken back and pain. Pool in the afternoon filled with leaves and debris and should have been cleaned out again. Guest washer and dryer requires quarters but the front desk only had $1.50 in quarters and no change machine. Iron in the room barely heated up and spit water all over my dress and the front desk didn’t have a replacement!!! Do not stay here. Room are old looking. Pictures on line are obviously old.

We always like to choose Hampton Inn, because of the service and friendliness of the staff. That was certainly the case here, very friendly and courteous staff. My only complaint is the condition of the property. Our TV’s cable was out, so no TV. The elevator near our room was out, so no convenient elevator. The property needs an update.

I expect more from Hampton Inn. It was dated and the pool was dirty. Signs state the pool is open till 11, but we were ran out at 8 stating he was locking the gate, even though we were just lounging around the pool talking, not being disturbing at all.

Close to airport and we were able to leave our car while gone for a week. Not any amenities in bathroom like shampoo, etc. but overall comfortable and quiet. Shuttle to airport available at all hours.

My sheets were full of blood stains did not noticed until I woke up an my pillow was moved and my face was laying on a blood stain and that was really uncomfortable and I called reception and made the complain but they told me that could of been mine when I'm certain that was defiantly not mine

Convienent, friendly staff,good breakfast. Just feels very overused and not that clean. When I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns it felt like a 4star hotel. This one felt like a 2 Star.

The room was spacious with two queen beds. The placement of those beds was ridiculous given the space available. One bed was placed very close to the wall making that side unusable. The other had ample space on both sides. There was no closet. One wall had several brackets attached to it as a make shift closet substitute. The arrangement was covered by a large curtain. There was plenty of room for a regular closet. A little carpentry could accomplish that. The balcony space could have been used for that purpose. There was only one small sink for a room clearly designed for more than one guest. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the shower had shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers, a common trend today. The room was clean, smoke free and the A/C unit worked very well. The TV was querky, but a call to the front desk solved the problem. All the staff we came in contact with were cordial, professional and eager to please. Despite the few negatives, we enjoyed our brief stay and would return should the need arise.

The bed was good. The water was hot…and wouldn’t cool down. This was a two room suite however, furniture in one room was quite sparse. The air conditioning set up was weird as well. I appreciated the space, but it was an unusual set-up. I’m sure there was an explanation.

The mattress was old and uncomfortable on our first night stay, but the hotel was quiet. Our 2nd night it was more out date, small bathroom, but the mattress was newer. The downfallbtobthe 2nd night was a child on the floor above running and screaming down the half. After they quieted down we had a decent night sleep. Overall Hampton Inn has been the only place we stay. We are seriously considering a different place.

Breakfast items were just ok. Egg white "omlet". Very blah and the sliced sausage wasn't great. Both were barely warm. The staff and service was great. The rooms are nice size and comfortable. Not much lighting though. Pretty outdated but that didnt bother us.

We called ahead and told our room was ready - we paid extra for a balcony. Went to check in and told they weren’t ready as promised and advised to check into another room as we had driven all night and counted on a room to relax into as promised. Was never compensated since we paid extra and couldn’t get a balcony room. The room itself was pretty meh and typical quick hotel lodging with a tv that barely worked too the remote was bad.

My fault, I thought I booked a king room with pull out…..went back to the desk and the lady wasn’t friendly, had an attitude and stated many times that she wasn’t going to accommodate us other than bring a cot. Since we booked through hotels dot com she was not going to move us to another room even though she stated she had some available. The room smelled terrible like someone just used the bathroom and she said she could send someone to spray air freshener! Other than that the stay was ok, spark next door is way cleaner and nicer

Please let me tell you how happy I am with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Tucson Airport. I was in town to give six presentations to mining professionals, and having such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay made all the difference. Every team member I encountered was attentive, friendly, and genuinely smiling each time they greeted me — and that kind of positive energy was the best motivation I could have asked for during this trip. The breakfast attendant was exceptionally professional, and the meal was delicious. The front desk staff were equally outstanding — always kind and sincere in every interaction. I’m truly grateful for good people like this. Thank you for reminding me that we live in a great country filled with blessings. Because of this experience, Hampton Inn Tucson will remain my go-to hotel for the rest of my career — and honestly, it’s one of the reasons I’m seriously thinking about retiring in the Tucson area.

I made a reservation through Expedia but when I went to check in the front desk didn’t have it. Even though I had two receipts from Expedia and receipts from PayPal and my credit card showing I had paid, they refused to let me check in until it came through on their system. I would have just left and gone to any of the many surrounding hotels but since I had already paid I was stuck. I waited an HOUR in the lobby trying to sort it out. All the front desk did to help me was say call Expedia. They easily could have let me check in and worked out their back end issues with Expedia themselves. It was 8pm and I was wiped out from a very long day and they made it as difficult as they possibly could. I watched two people walk in without reservations and get rooms. One of the agents had the nerve to tell me I shouldn’t have used Expedia as if it was my fault all this was happening. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again nor use Expedia again. There are too many other choices.

The hotel is very close to the airport but I wasn’t hearing planes, which was nice. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and the shuttle driver is always available to run you to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great location to enjoy both the Saguaro National Park (east) and the Pima Air and Space Museum. We did not notice the plane noice in our room. Breakfast was better than most. Clean and friendly staff throughout the hotel.

The hotel is real close to the airport. Corporate jets taking off during day were extremely loud. But that was the convenience. They have a 24-hour airport shuttle which we used at 4:00 AM. They also picked us up from the rental car return the day before and dropped us off at a restaurant down the street per our request.

The overall hotel appearance is rather "tired" and could use a renovation, however, its located just a block or so from departing/arriving flights at Tuscon International Airport, which is super convenient. It took only 4 min to drop my daughter off at departing flights, by car. There are shuttles that are available any time as well. The staff was very pleasant & helpful. The breakfast was standard. Coffee was good.

We live about 2 hrs from Tucson airport so we often stay at the Hampton inn when we have either a very early flight or we arrive very late on our return. We find it convenient, clean, quiet and their 24 hr shuttle is great.

The property was adequate. Great breakfast options but snacks were way too expensive. I believe I paid seven dollars for a small bag of popcorn. No good dining option. Had to walk across the street to the restaurant at Sheraton four points. The restaurant next-door was closed in the afternoon. Nonetheless served , my one night stay. Probably would not stay again as Four points and had a restaurant and it was a similar price.

Not a full breakfast option: no protein beyond pre-frozen egg and cheese concoction offered, waffle machine was broken. Had called ahead and was told there would be bacon and sausage so disappointed about the most important meal of the day. Room was exceptionally clean. Pet fee was more than most in the area but thought it would be ok for a better breakfast but obviously not.

This is a great hotel if you are flying out early the next morning or get in late. The only drawback is the lack of a restaurant and bar. The rooms are clean, the beds are great and it is a quiet hotel. The staff are so nice and always so helpful. Good breakfast !

Breakfast was not worth the stay. Breakfast staff is amazing. Good luck figuring out which day they dont offer a meat option. Otherwise eggs will always have cheese or vegetables in them. Crowded no flow area. By our last day i went in and just walked away and found a restaurant instead.
