Location seems safe. Very nice breakfast options, different hot menu options varied each day over several days. Pool area is a bit disappointing, not very private besides parking lot & hot tub was roped off and not usable.

Easy public transit connection, nice to have shuttle ride to and from the airport. Rental car (enterprise) on the same grounds. We used the jacuzzi everyday. Water given each day.

Good quiet hotel close to our destination. We used tbe hot tub/jacuzzi. Hot and clean, and NO kudsin it (yeah!) It had a heated pool too. Coffee and tea in room and breakfast in the morning included, hot or continental. Good room ammenities. Mini fridge. One bulb out in bedroom lamp. Tiny pool towels, insubstantial im all ways. We had to leave an ID at front desk to check out pool gate key and towels. They kept your id laying out on the counter behimd the registration desk due any employer, until we collected then at return. My reservation payment was not supposed to process until checkin but it processed in the morning way before we got there. Bed springs are noise when you turn. The room A/C works well but on 2nd floor, it's stuffy at night when the A/C cycles off. The people above us we could hear and it woke us, them walking around

Usually my stay is very good but this time it was disappointing. The garbage from the prior guests had been left on the floor in the plastic bag in the bathroom. The two garbage cans were on the counter with no plastic bags in them. The bathroom counter had water spots all over it. There were no bath towels or a bed spread on the bed. Not sure what happened and hope not to experience that again after a long day of traveling.

All around good accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and decently appointed. Comfortable bed and decent linens. We enjoyed the convenience of the in-room fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast area was well-kept and they served a satisfying breakfast.

It was terrible, we found bugs crawling on the ceiling. About less than a half inch big. They looked like cockroaches but front desk says they were light bugs maybe from outside. They gave us ant/mosquito spray because thats all they had and a broom. There was food crumbs by bed and behind couch. Not sure if they even change sheets for cleans one after each guest. We didn’t have a choice but to stay, it was past 11pm and we were tired of driving. We just need some sleep, but it was hard to fall sleep thinking about this bugs.

This is our go-to place to stay in Tucson. It's clean. The staff is top- rate. The value is the best and includes a good breakfast options. What more could you want from an airport- close motel? It's great!

This property was dirty, they cleaned the bathroom and sweep the filth under the sinks. he floor needed cleaning it was moldy. We will not stay again at any of these properties. Staff unfriendly and acted like they hated their jobs. took 30 min to check in.

The hotel is very well run and clean. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Shuttle service to the airport and laundry facilities are great amenities. Breakfast was early and good. The bed was comfortable, and heating/cooling system worked great. The only issue was noise from the outdoor pool and the toddler in the room upstairs who ran back and forth for about an hour when I was ready to sleep. No carpeting feels cleaner but accentuates the noise. Nevertheless, I would stay there again.

This was one of the nicest places I have stayed at. Very clean, up to date, and roomy. It had a front seating area with a hide-a-bed and tv. The bedroom had a door to close off any noise and also had a tv. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety of options. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This was our second time staying in this inn. It was not as pleasant as the first time. The furniture and carpet are outdated. There are holes on the curtain. The AC was not on when we checked in around 6pm and the room was extremely hot and it took 3-4 hours for the room to cool down. Breakfast, on the contrary, was nice. There was a lady stayed in the kitchen all the time and kept checking on the food to make sure it's available to the guest.

Started off horribly with a rude and combative person at the front desk during check-in. This just ruined the rest of the stay there. The next morning at checkout, was great. Very professional young man that apologized for the check-in.

Check in was a breeze. Staff really helped us out. We needed an additional night stay, and they let us keep the same room. Breakfast attendant was very observant and did a super nice job! Would definitely stay here again.

I called the hotel before I arrive in Tucson to see if they had a shuttle to/from the airport. They responded yes, just call from the airport when I was ready to be picked up. Called once I arrived with no answer. Tried again 5 minutes, then 10 minutes then 15 minutes later. Decided to just catch a cab to the hotel. $15 later, arrived at the hotel and there was no one at the front desk or anywhere around the front desk. Waited 25 minutes before someone arrived to say they were helping a guest in their room. The room was dated, tiny bath towels, tv didn’t work, two lamps not plugged in, incredibly dark , dingy room. Do not book this hotel!!! Terrible service!

Overall, the place is clean and staff is friendly. I stayed there 3 days, would have given 5 stars. Their breakfast time is from 6:00-9:30. The 2 previous days, when I was there at 6, the hot breakfast was all ready. Mexican lady very nice! But on the third day, with the black lady, she said she only START COOKING hot breakfast at 6, so it won't be ready until 7. That kind of piss me off as I need to leave early and that's why I come down at 6. She seems to think that's normal. But if you set breakfast time at 6, everything should be ready by then. I have not been to a hotel where everything is not ready by the time it set to start. I think it should be corrected.

The ONLY thing I did not like was the hot breakfast options. To ONLY offer biscuits and gravy with sausage links one day, egg frittatas (sp) the next day, NO eggs or other meat options, was miserable. That forced me to spend money to eat elsewhere.
