Overall great. Breakfast included eggs but no meat. Mattress comfortable. Practically walking distance from the airport. Free shuttle on the hour. Morning staff, however, had no idea I was on the list for the shuttle. Next time I will show up to the front desk early to make sure they know I need a ride. I would definitely stay here again though!

Clean and quiet hotel at a good price. However, I had called Wyndham twice and specifically asked about the availability of the shuttle to the airport and was assured twice that the shuttle would run any time I needed it. Turns out that it only runs hourly, so I had to chose between 5 and 6 am, which is a big difference at that time of day. That was a big disappointment.

It was ok. Staff pleasant but asked about pool and hot tub both closed. Then in the morning we had to lug our suitcases which are big down the stairs because the elevator was broken. Not do good.

Great staff, but the property is in need of repairs. The shower was not great. Discolored tub surround, no stopper to “save money/the environment”, the ‘Hot’ was warm, and the tub caulking was incorrectly installed. A handyman special. The flooring in the elevator was also terrible. The elevator also stopped moving with only 5 small people on it. It took minutes for it to start moving. Everyone inside was about 30 seconds away from pushing the emergency button. The room was also questionable on the cleanliness. Alcohol bottles were under the bed. (We don’t drink) The breakfast is pretty standard. I will say that they were pressure washing when I got there, which shows they’re trying to improve things, but it still wasn’t great. Also, the pool was closed….. it was very hot outside.

The room was clean. I appreciated the laminate flooring compared to typical carpet. The bathroom was dated but adequate for a shower. There was a fridge...no microwave. The minivan shuttle to the airport was adequate for our needs. We were disappointed that the hot tub/pool was out of service...and appeared to have been that way for some time. Breakfast started at 07:00 so we missed it due to a morning flight. Not somewhere for a vacation or night on the town...but adequate for catching an early flight out of TUS.

It was great for the price. Their pool is closed until further notice so if thats something that interests you, might want to call before booking. Its hard to get someone at the desk. They werent stationed there upon checkout. The phone in the room had no cords to it so couldnt call the front desk. Everytime I went down noone was there. Just a sign that said they stepped away.

I was initially pleased with the room. It looked clean and spacious for our family of 5. It had been a long travel day, so we settled in and i began giving my kids showers, I carried each one from the bathroom to the bed so I could keep the flow moving and get the next child cleaned up. With three kids, water ended up on the bathroom floor, so I went to change my socks. I couldn’t believe how dirty the floor actually was. My socks were completely black. I didn’t want my freshly bathed kids running around on such a filthy floor, so I tried wiping it down myself, and it was dauntingly difficult. Because of this, the rest of our stay wasn’t enjoyable. Instead of relaxing, I kept thinking about how dirty the room must really be. It’s a hotel near the airport so I know it’s going to be dirty due to the high traffic, but they weren’t running around the lobby, they were running around a room. Seeing everyone’s feet and socks so filthy black was disappointing and unsettling. Even now after we got home and laundered everything, I can tell which socks came with us on this trip.

It was clean enough. My bathroom had some insects come out of the bathtub drainage and at times it had a lite smelled of sewerage. Room was outdated, TV had very poor sound, only a refrigerator, no microwave nor an eating area. Wifi was slow. Breakfast was not terrible, but no variety or options. No healthy options offered. Also, the jumping or hard walking was heard and felt in our room which was on the first floor. Front desk was excellent, friendly and efficient. Areas were clean. Also, there were not no common areas were one could get out of ones room to sit out in sun or just relax. It is good for a 2 or 3 night stay, but not for 5 day 6 night stay.

Unsanitary. I booked at this hotel due to the good reviews. If I could give this property a 0, I would. Bedsheet had blood stains on them, pillow cases had makeup on them. Of course, none of this was discovered until time to go to bed. I called the front desk and was advised they would bring up replacements. 5 min later, the front desk calls and says "sorry" you will need to come get them yourself as his co-worker left. So no choice. When I went to check out the next morning, staff was at the desk eating breakfast. I asked for an invoice but they were to busy eating and said they would email later. Extremely disappointed.

I feel like I got bamboozled by the multiple good reviews on this property but it really is as bad as the bad reviews say. The room was SO dirty. Dust and dirt collected in every corner of the room. Something sticky on the floor next to the dresser. The pillowcases had black smudges all over the them. There was long black hairs in the sheets. Dust everywhere. The tub had weird brown stains. The TV/cable didn’t work so we couldn’t watch TV. The outside of the property is awful, it’s next to an abandoned hotel with broken windows. We were in town for youth sports and just needed a place to sleep for the night so we just suffered through it. I would NEVER stay here again and would advise anyone considering it to not. It’s just gross.

This hotel is just old and tired. My first impression was the minivan shuttle that picked me up from the airport. it was so dirty and the carpets were so stained that I almost didn't want to get in. But, the person was very nice and provided great service. When I got to my hotel room, the dresser cabinet had marks and large scratches all over it and when I opened the door to access the refrigerator, it shifted because one of the hinges was coming off. The bottom shelf of the refrigerator was being held together by duct tape. You could also clearly see a lot of dust and debris in the space between the refrigerator and the side of the cabinet it was in. The curtains were in disrepair, and probably the worst thing was that the bedsheets had stains on them. They seemed clean, but there were definite permanent stains, and one of the sheets had a small hole in it. Time to throw them away and get new ones.

We liked the size and layout of the room. The beds were comfortable and the TV had lots of channels. The staff were friendly and helpful, We could park close to the entrance. It was very quiet.

We arrived to check in and had to wait 25 minute at the un-manned front desk. There was no one at the desk for over 25 minutes. We then went to our room that had the worst AC unit. It never cooled the air, left it hot and humid in the room, and made an awful noise that ket bith my husband and myself awake all night. On top of that the breakfast was terrible!

Overall, this hotel worked out well. There was no microwave in the room which would have been nice. Also we had to wear earplugs because the air conditioner was noisy. Neither the pool or hot tub was in working order when we stayed there. There was a good selection of breakfast options. And Paloma who was the attendant taking care of keeping the breakfast refilled did an excellent job. Also, Jesus at the front desk was pleasant to deal with. I would stay at this hotel again.

The room was very clean and staff was helpful. We were disappointed to find out the pool was closed.....empty and the hot tub water was disgusting green. Lighting in the room was not good. There was a dim light around the vanity mirror that was useless and no over head light in that area to compensate. There were a few individual lamps in the room. RE: the drapes- one was about 3 inches shorter than the other. ??? Refrigerator worked well and so did the air conditioning. The breakfast meal was average. Parking lot was well lit. There was a non skid rubber mat in the bathroom that was very useful in the shower.

Severely understaffed. Long wait times to check in and long wait for pre-requested crib to arrive. Early in the morning we heard yelling in the hallway and what sounded like a fight. Shortly afterwards at breakfast, several police officers arrived. Not sure what was happening but it is a sketchy neighborhood.

Rude front desk agent. Waited 15 mins before he(Benny) showed up at desk. We saw him leaving the hotel in the hotel van when we were pulling in. He didn’t seem to care that I was frustrated and even threatened to have me not check in because I was frustrated. Horrible employee for a front desk of a hotel.

I went in for out patient surgery and ended up hospitalized. The hospital is 100 miles away so i made a reservation at Baymont. After spending 14 hours with me at the hospital my husband decided to go to the hotel and check in. When he went to the front desk to check in they denied him a room! They wouldn't check him in because I made the reservation. They refused to take the confirmation number or even talk with me on the phone! I prepaid for the room and am now out $113! This was uncalled for. When I called the hotel the man was very rude and hung up on me! Beware of this Tucson airport location. When my husband left behind the hote were several construction vehicles. Iam sure they were saving the rooms to increase the price for this group of construction workers. What a terrible thing to do kick us while we're down. I wasn't expecting to be admitted to the hospital.

Had to wait for the counter employee. he was high as a kite and was watching tv in the lobby. He slowly walked by and had to walk to the end of the hall to come back through the office to the counter. I handed him my DL and told him the name on the reservation. he looked at it, tapped it on the desk and said, " who was the reservation for?" after checking in, he went back out to his black dodge charger and started smoking his weed again. Two people walked up to the counter and finally walked away...no attendant on duty! (still outside!!!) The room was fine. The breakfast was the usual stuff, nothing exciting.. Very convenient Subway 3 blocks away for a quick meal.

Liked the hotel itself but didn’t like the look of Tucson blvd getting to the hotel. Maybe some tress or plants should be planted . Overall it’s a great place to stay and shall be returning.

The hotel is tucked behind a big empty lot and the entrance road is easy to miss. But other than that, it’s a nice facility. A very clean room with a comfortable bed and good water pressure for shower. A good restaurant nearby, Indian Twist. I would stay here again when flying in and out of Tucson. (They provide continental breakfast but I didn’t have it yet so no comment on that.). I don’t swim at the hotels, but their pool is being closed right now.

I've stayed here several times. It's not expensive, and walking distance to the airport terminal. This time, I found that the desk in my room was covered with a sticky substance. Neither myself or the night clerk were able to clean it. We covered it with a bath towel to get me through my stay. The hot breakfast was sub-par: The only hot items were eggs and waffles. No meat or potatoes. I was hungry again by noon.

The property is decent and looks pretty new or remodeled however, the complimentary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There wasn’t any kind of meat offered at the breakfast. The breakfast is carbohydrate heavy which is not good being diabetic.

The breakfast was lacking and most of the items like the waffle batter was completely out. We got there pretty late and slowly walked away from the front desk trying to break conversation. But besides those small items, the staff was great and accommodating.
