Great place to stay. Very clean. The gym was clean and had 3 treadmills and stair steppers and a small weight rack. You will not be disappointed if you stay here

The rooms were pleasant, clean and comfortable with great views. The pool and outdoor area was lovely and had fire pits to enjoy at night. It was in a very convenient location. Staff was also helpful.

Hotel was beautiful from the moment we pulled up it’s tapped away in the green hills. The front desk staff was super friendly and informative upon my arrival. When we got there, the hallways were very busy. It seemed like maybe they were renovating some of the rooms, but they were very quiet and efficient. All of the staff was extremely polite when we open the door to our room. Everything inside was brand new it smelt fresh and clean. We were very pleasantly surprised. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub and sit around the fire pits. It was a lovely experience. I would definitely come back and recommend everybody..

The service was very good, as was the food. However, the Hotel is rather old and it is obvious in many areas. The gym was in excellent condition and I used it several days and enjoyed it. My primary concern was that the Wifi in our room did not work so I was limited with the work I could complete in the room. I asked numerous times, and once was told by an employee that it had been a while since it did work. So that was rather disappointing. However the Hotel did give us 20,000 points for compensation. It's 2025, the Wifi needs to work.

This property has safety concerns. Elevator service has been out of service for over 2 weeks. Only Service elevator works. As person with a disability I had to stand for long periods of time waiting for elevator causing additional pain. Took 2 hours to be provided towels. Sheets were dirty on bed. Horrible experience!!!!

This is our fifth possibly sixth stay. Our last two states were to bring our two grandchildren over before school starts each year for a little R&R for both the parents who live in Calabasas and for us to enjoy the grandchildren and the pool they are especially fond of the Häagen-Dazs ice cream van off the lobby in the snack area lol It’s quick access to everything like gas stations McDonald’s Pollo Loco plenty places to get food. Communal microwave is a plus in room refrigerator also a plus. The only thing I would have to say is things such as the pool area doesn’t seem to have anybody do a maybe even hourly or every two hours just a walk-through The tables were often needing a wipe down dirty from people eating food outside, which led greasy spots and stuff on the tables, even things such as suntan cream, having run over and left a big glob on several tables there were bees, and we were tossing out a lot of them from the swimming pool so like I said, just policing the area and be mindful of things like insects like bees in the pool where they could’ve been scooped up and disposed of dead bees still have a stinger even though they’re a floater. The fire pit area is lovely. It could use a little freshening, particularly the old metal and glass tablesa small thing but it gives a kind of tired impression. We’ve always liked to Sheraton. We’ve also enjoyed multiple times the Sheraton four points in Pleasanton, California up our way for just having a fun weekend

Hotel needs to be remodeled. Rooms need an upgrade. I booked two rooms, in our room 449 the tv didn’t work. We checked in late so didn’t want the maintenance guy to fix it because it was late but did call the front desk to advise that tv didn’t work. The other room 447 had cockroaches. Will not be staying here ever again.

The pictures are very deceiving! From desk staff was polite and attentive. The property grounds are not well kept, trash cans overflowing with trash and bottles spread around on the ground. The hallways with trash, latex gloves, bottle caps and carpets stains. Light fixtures are crooked are broke in the hall. As soon as we opened the sticky door into room we where immediately hit with a vinegar order. They had just cleaned and was slightly musky. The room was dark with little light. Bed was clean, but man terrible pillows (forgot ours) and as the night went on the oder got stronger and by the next morning was musky and fowl. By the looks of the rest of the hotel I didn’t even bother to ask for another room, we left early and couldn’t be happier we did. I’ve never written a review let alone a bad one, and it’s probably a matter of them being short staffed, but travelers beware!

The staff were very polite and helpful. Once we got in our room we noticed it didn’t smell very good. It felt like the room had this lingering smell of B.O. it went away for a bit after I opened the balcony door and had the AC running full blast. There were dirt stains on some of the curtains and the floor had stains as well. It felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned. The staff were very great

Bed was super nice although it was extremely tall. The top was above my waist line. Not sure why they had it so high...? There was lots of room, a good size work desk, and a small fridge. The shower floor was a bit slippery and the shower head felt like it could take your skin off with no way to adjust the way the water came out. Otherwise, the decor was nice and room was clean. The parking layout was a bit weird and the location of the hotel was set way back off the freeway and very hidden. We almost missed the driveway when we first arrived but because we were able to drive slow (seeing as there was no one around) we saw the driveway before we missed it. If you are looking for exclusivity then this would definitely be the place. There's not much around and everything seems hidden behind mature trees and landscaping and behind the rolling hills. Also, we did have our baby with us and they had a crib that we could use but if you have an infant you will have to ask for an extra mattress so you can actually put the baby in there because the mattress height is not adjustable.

The communication with the from the front desk was not pleasant. Flight was delayed 5 times making the checkin a “NO SHOW” per the hotel. This is with calling speaking to a Sheraton staff calling directly to the hotel reservation. The information or reservation provided to the hotel to let them know of the delays. I was told they noted the reservation to the hotel. Finally got to the hotel 7 hours later. Was charged 2 deposit which was 150.00. The 2nd deposit was not authorized and no explanation from the front desk was discussed with me regarding guidelines of not making the checkin. Also, checkin was done a day before. The overall process of how the hotel handles unforeseen circumstances with delays that are not in control should be explained to the customer before you let your audits just continue to take unauthorized deposits.

This place, did not call, but sent me an EMAIL saying they were going to cancel my reservation in 45 minutes because the card I used to hold the reservation did not go through. Mind you, when I booked it stated they will charge you upon check in, and this did not take place whilst I was checking in. So, I called them 2 MINUTES after the email was sent and gave them a new card number. The guy who picked up was rude and after taking my card information left me on silent hold for about 7 mins. I spent minutes 5 to 7 saying Hello? Hello? Is anyone there?; before finally hanging up and calling back. When he picked up again he said my card is fine and its taken care of. So I went about my night. When I arrived at the hotel at 2am that night the clerk informed me that my reservation was cancelled, the hotel was fully booked and there were no vacancies. Although my bank account showed that they did charge the new card. Eventually after 1 hour of going back and forth, he checked me into a room for a no show, and charged me more than my original reservation cost. The room REEKED of cigarettes to the point I struggled to breathe, but after a long night I just wanted to sleep. I spoke to the manager the following morning and although she was nice she did NOTHING to rectify the injustice. I am thoroughly upset at the level of professionalism shown by this hotel, and there was no excuse for this treatment.

The staff, Marian, who works at the front desk, was fantastic. She helped me when I lost the keys to my room, was cheerful, kind, and professional. The elevators were not working, and this could have dampened the experience of staying at the hotel, but Marian made up for this by her attitude and kindness. Thanks to Marian, the stay was fantastic.

Excellent! Friendly staff, clean, quiet. Beautiful setting, and close to freeway without seeing it. We stayed four nights. The first day we noticed the sink was slow draining. . We notified the desk, and when we got back to the hotel, it was fixed! We definitely will stay here again if we are in the area.

I like the hotel, it is clean, in a very nice area but people must know that there are no many dining options within walking distance. You will need a car or Uber, which is quite expensive in California. We rented a car and it was more convenient to move around.

We loved the quiet location. Getting in and out of the hotel entrance was so easy, not a lot of traffic. There’s a great scenic drive from the hotel to Malibu. What I found challenging was the location was very far from a lot of tourist attractions and the beaches, especially with the heavy traffic. However, if you want to unplug from your busy life, Sheraton Agoura Hills is the perfect place to stay.

Parking included. Very easy access, close to Malibu Canyon (which is the only way to that part of the coast north of the fires), easy in/out and pleasant interactions with staff. Clean rooms. Just right for our budget and taste.

One of our worst hotel stays ever. Cold showers. Run down and very dated room. Room service food was astronomically expensive but not very good. The $20 “breakfast buffet” was just normal continental breakfast food, but with a $20 charge per person. Lots of parts of the hotel were falling apart or broken.

We so enjoyed our overnight stay. The front desk staff was welcoming, as well as all staff we interacted with. Great amenities. We enjoyed our blackened chicken salad, great coffee and nice choices for breakfast. We will stay again. Thank you.
