We stayed three nights on a trip to Disneyland. The shuttle to and from the park was awesome. I will come back for that purpose alone. The room was large and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom area was small but fine for two people. The castle theme throughout the hotel was really fun. The pool area is amazing. We watched the fireworks while sitting in the hot tub. Such a great place to stay!

The shuttle was awesome and convenient to Disneyland where my granddaughter was dancing in the parade. Loved the gardens and the ducks. The swimming pool was great on the hot days. Shopped alot at the convenient store. Kids loved the pool and arcade. We used the gym and it would have been great if there were a bike as well. The only complaint would be the housekeeping would've been great if it were evvery second day instead of every third.

Didn’t know we had to pay $25 per day for parking until we got there the rooms are very outdated with not very comfortable beds. They also never came by to clean the room or replace towels we had to call and ask them. The pool and hot tub was nice and so was the Japanese restaurant. The courtyard with the gazebo was also very nice we really like the koi pond and the friendly ducks. There’s other hotels closer to the park that we will stay at next time

Very suitable hotel for the price. Very large hotel which can be dizzying trying to find your room. Fireworks show can be seen from the pool. Staff were helpful and accomadating. Front desk sometimes understaffed depending on hour of day.

Place was beautiful but i wish the pool stayed open at least until 11 pm. They close at 10pm and it wasn’t heated. It’s very quiet in the rooms so next time I’m bringing a fan. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Some games in the game room need to be fixed. They took some of my money. The hotel is beautiful and I would like to stay there again but check in earlier next time.

This was the 3rd time staying at this hotel and it didnt disappoint. Staff is great, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, food is great! Major plus is the shuttles going to and from the parks. Great drivers.

The rooms need updating. There was blood stains in our comforter. There were hot Cheetos left in the corner of the room-on the floor. That tells me they don’t vacuum. The tub had so much grime and just looked old and mildewed. Wasn’t comfortable taking a bath.

We stayed there for 4 nights and we never had our bed turned or get towels refreshed or trash picked up and when I asked the staff for more supplies it was like it was inconvenient for them. Had they replenished all this during my stay I would not have been bothering them about it.

I don’t usually leave poor reviews but our stay was pretty subpar for the money we spent. The lobby was decorated beautifully. The day we checked in the lady at the front desk wasn’t super friendly but she was quick and with two little kids I appreciated that. The room on the other hand, it was very outdated, dirty and had a weird, musty, old smell. But we dropped our stuff off and my kids and I went to Disneyland until later that evening when we arrived back about 10 pm. With two tired kids I just wanted to get them rinsed in the bath quickly and to bed. The bath tub didn’t drain whatsoever so my kids were stuck sharing bath water. The sink wouldn’t drain either. The bathroom itself was dirty. The toilet had pee stains around the back, there was hair in the shower and hair on the beds and sheets. The room itself smelt terrible and musty. We were exhausted and made the best we could and left first thing in the morning. The lady at checkout seemed inconvenienced so we just checked out quickly and left. For the money spent it’s pretty disappointing and a poor hotel. Not sure if we just got unlucky with the room we got, but we were disappointed because we hoped this would be the hotel we’d stay at from here on out for our often Disneyland trips.

Extremely convenient free shuttle to and from the Disney parks. Staff is kind and informative, some of them are Spanish-speaking as well! They gave us fresh towels when we requested it (since they only serviced our room once during our 5 night stay). Our room smelled bad the entire stay which was made worse when the AC was on. There was black stuff in and around the shower which took ~10 minutes to heat up. Bed was hard, but sheets were clean. And the walls are thin. It looks like they do housekeeping between guests very quickly and aren't thorough. If you're looking for something affordable after spending so much money on theme park tickets and don't mind your stay being outdated and not very clean, it's a super safe area to sleep at night and the lobby is decorated with cute royal vibes. You're absolutely paying mostly for the location to Disney. We won't stay there again, but the people we traveled with said they would so it just depends on your preference.

Room was dirty. Very loud pipes sounded like a boat horn, every like 10 minutes. As soon as I got there wiped remote all black. Bathroom had mold on wall. Did not felt majestic. The lobby was so nice but the room was the opposite.

The property was very close to Disneyland and had a shuttle to the park which was great. The drivers were very courteous and prompt. However, my room had gnats flying around it especially in the bathroom. The bathroom has not been upgraded so there was rust around the shower/bath plug. I also had to call the front desk because my coffee maker didn't work. As I was leaving the property very early to get to Disneyland when it opened, I couldn't get coffee. When I called the front desk about the gnat problem and the broken coffee maker, she said they would remedy the situation later that morning. When I got home from Disneyland at 1 a.m., I saw that there were still gnats in the room and no one had been in to replace my coffee maker. I again told the front desk when I checked out this morning, so hopefully things will be taken care of for the next guest

Our stay was decent. The hotel is in dire need of a makeover! Our room was old, with visible stains, wear and tears on bathroom tiles, floor, walls. Desks had scratches all over (assuming from small children). Visible caulking all around the bathroom. Modern technolgy does not exist in the room so make sure you bring the plugs to connect your USB cables for charging as they don't exist. The lady who checked us in was not very friendly or nice. Dark hair, maybe in her late 40's early 50's. Customer service might not be the right job for her. All the cleaning staff we ran into were very nice and helpful though. The lobby and grounds were beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and decors. It was so inviting and warm. Nothing of that nature reflected in the rooms and hallways which were dated and bland. My daughter kept asking if it was haunted because the ambience was so cold, nothing inviting. Maybe new warm paint colors, paintings. Things to make it feel like the lobby warmth. We appreciated how spacious the rooms were and the free shuttle service to and from Disney Resort as they are much further down from the main attraction. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi and they had a few restaurants in the hotel making it convenient if you were too tired to go out. The staff was amazing as always. Asked for a room close to the front and ended up with a room in the back of the hotel and the road noise was horrible. It started at 5am every day. The only negative I would really say would be that they didn’t have the shuttles running enough especially when it was raining.

We've stayed here a number of times and typically love it (and will still return:) but the mattresses and pillows in room 3207 DEFINITELY need to be replaced, most uncomfortable nights of pur lives lol, it was all spring and no cushion.. like sleeping on cardboard and metal springs 😞 and pillows were unbelievably flat. The water pressure in the shower was also not great..but less of an issue. Front desk said unfortunately there was nothing they could do and since we'd already paid we couldn't afford to go anywhere else. Next time we'll be sure to ask how old the beds/bedding is.

Everything was good and it’s a charming place to stay. My biggest complaint was all the power outlets were so loose the plugs wouldn’t stay put and my device’s didn’t charge. When I explained it to the desk on the way out she didn’t seem to be concerned. Room was nice and everything else was great.

It was fine. This hotel is older, so you have to keep thar in mind. The walls between the rooms are slightly thin, so you do hear your neighbors. There's not a lor of outlets in the room, so if you're charging not just your phone, bit a laptop, a portable charger ans if yojre sharing the room with a friend/partner/family, you'll be fighting for outlets. Bring an extra outlet box. The bathroom in my room was on the small side. You did not have a lot of space in there. It is nice how there is free shuttle service to Disneyland. The staff are nice. This place is good, I dont mind staying here, but like I said on the olderish side. It is celebrating 10 years, this year, but couls really use an update.

This is a wonderful little hotel and a must stay for any trip to Disneyland. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, helping us with two different situations during our stay. The shuttle is a brilliant bonus and takes you right to Disney. The room was big and although a little dated, it was comfortable and clean. I would recommend a stay.

I would of gave them 5 stars because the bartender was great , the hotel had a shuttle to disneyland...everything was fine til the end of the night, i asked front desk if they had water bottles, she said no but they had vending machines on all floors, we went to every floor and they had no water..So i called front desk and asked if we can purchase from the little store they have inside even thou it had closed at 10pm, she said no , you can go across the street to the gas station. I was like wow..horrible customer service.

Loved the hotel, staff was great, however we were given incorrect instructions on how to get to our room. kind of upset that hotels.com did not mention there was a daily parking fee. just stated self parking. should indicate self-park daily fee will be assessed. This is not ok. If you are advertising on a website outside of your website, you should be looking at what they are offering and stating about your property. We were pleasantly surprised how the hotel looked like the pictures, most pictures do not look like the property once you arrive

Lets begin with the check in portion …as i walk in to the hotel lobby i was greeted by a receptionist, proceeded to check in handed her my ID and Credit card ,glanced at my ID … literally threw my id on the counter also threw my debit card… then proceeded to gossip and talk about an older guest having trouble checking in(very unprofessional on her part) , as an employee i think those comments should be kept in private , also she was talking about a guest from the previous night complaining about mosquitoes… i just drove across the state i dont need to know about other people!!…. She then gave me the map of the property gave me directions to the wrong room , i came back and asked her how to get to my room she said “oh im new here try going this other way”… i did tell her to ask one of her other coworkers for help because she just sent me on a walk around the whole property… she re routed me to her co worker (bigger hispanic gentleman) whick gave me a dirty look every time my wofe and i passed thru the front desk … i don’t know what was in the water this time but my experience was not the best … we visit Disneyland 3-4 times a year and use this hotel often and had never had issues like i did this time !!… also one of my room keys didn’t work when trying to use …. These employees at the front desk really lack customer service.. maybe some customer service skill training would come in handy…. Shout out to the housekeeping crew and shuttle drivers THESE PEOPLE get it done !…

The staff was super friendly and we arrived 3 hours before check-in. The front desk lady informed us that our room was ready and we could check in early without any additional fees. The housekeeping staff always asked if we needed something when we passed by in the hallways and the overall feel of the hotel was truly magical.

Really loved staying at this place especially if you plan on going to Disneyland. They have transportation directly to the park. Only down thing I saw was that there were limited accessible outlets in the room.

For the price this was a great place to stay. Very close to the parks witj free shuttle service from to the parks. Bus route is quick and easy with no traffic delays. To return to hotel you meet at the #13 shuttle stop. The only better service would be to stay at the $900 per night Disney hotel.

The beds are terrible, old mattress, which was very unsatisfactory. The rooms were outdated and not clean. For the price you pay motel 6 is a better option with less the price. It was not worth it. Out dated and need a lot of upkeep.

It's a great place to stay for a weekend at Disneyland. The room was very clean and the accommodations for the price are excellent. However, the restaurant is just meh. They have a rotating buffet and a fixed menu which has basic meals, I would skip it if I stayed here again, and the bar isn't exceptional either. Thankfully there are much better places near by.

Very cute hotel ! Great food it’s perfect place for families or couples wish the restaurant was open later on the weekends . The decor was so cute and everyone was very friendly! ALSO the shuttle To Disney is always on time!

It’s a nice hotel I loved the trees, small pond with ducks. The food was good. The hotel is a bit outdated on the inside, other than that it was a good comfortable stay.

I would bring your own shower supplies. The shower jel or the shampoo isn't the best. We even bring a cooler with milk and beverages, snacks. The mini mart in the lobby is a little steep.

Very nice property close to Disney. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant and deli were very good. Rooms getting a little tired with scratched furniture and worn bath fixtures. Beds were nice. Pool area was great for kids with plenty of umbrella tables. Plenty of Disney shuttles. Would recommend.

Super place to stay when going to Disneyland. It was convenient, clean, the beds were very comfy. The amenities were great. The pool and hot tub were a life saver. The anniversary prices food at the bar was delicious. Seriously, one of the best quesadillas I've ever had. My only gripe is that there wasn't any complimentary basic coffee. $5 for a cup of drip coffee is WAY too steep.

Went with my three kids, ages 5-7 and it was great for them they loved the castle theme and we're enchanted by the decor. Through my adult eyes, everything was outdated and pretty dirty looking. I wiped down everything in the room, especially the bunk beds. We found gogurt wrappers in the tressels (my kids don't eat gogurt). For how much we paid, I guess I was expecting better.

This place overall was nice. Staff was very nice, especially Aya! The beds were very hard. The bathroom was super small and definitely needs a complete overhaul. Room was a very nice size. Pool and amenities were very nice. Super cute decorations!

I enjoyed staying at the Majestic Garden Hotel. It is very beautiful on the outside but the rooms are outdated. I loved that there are shuttles to the parks because it saves money on the parking! Shuttles were the best part. I just wish the rooms had more lighting, they need an upgrade. But this was my second stay and I would return!
