Best price I found. The pool is out of comition, looks like its been a while Not the cleanest but not gross either, the carpet has some stains but no bad odors in the room or hallways The "breakfast" is coffe, little boxes of cereal (no milk), aples and a pastry Service was friendly

This has been one of the cleanest stays at a hotel! The daily housekeeping is phenomenal. The hallways and rooms smell like fresh Febreze. The hot-tub was a great amenity to have before/after long walking days. There was no one at the pool/hot tub Around 4pm on a week night . The property was very quiet and super conveniently located in between Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. If I need to stay in this area again, I’m definitely coming here!

This is a no frills motelish hotel with good service, comfy beds and clean rooms. The rooms are a bit older the air conditioners are a bit old and loud but you can also open windows to let cool air in. The pool was super clean and well maintained. During peak disneyland season this hotel is full but the other guests are courteous and nights are quiet

The hotel was very clean. The beds was comfortable and pillows were fluffy.The bathroom was clean as well. My kids enjoyed the pool and bubbling jacuzzi. We went for knottsberry it was about a 10-15min drive. We were close to the freeway and it was convenient. We will be staying again

The staff was great no issues there. The hot tub wasn’t hot. there’s only 1 ice machine on 2nd floor in case you’re looking. The AC in room seemed like the fan, low, and high all the same low. Parking lot could use a pick up. There were 4-5 kids, ages 6 and under running outside their room about 9pm still. If you’re just looking for a place to crash for the evening it’s fine, other than that can’t say much.

Nothing special about this property. Not the best but not the worst. There is a convention center attached next door and there was a wedding or event going on which took up all the parking spaces near the front. Had to park out back which seemed a little sketch. The front drive had cars parked all over the place and double parked so it was hard to even pull into the front to check in. Very loud noises in the lobby the night we stayed but didn't hear it once in our room. Bleach stains on more than one place on the carper in the hall directly in front of our door. My teenage daughter kept calling them blood stains and I'm pretty sure she was correct. Beds were comfy and seemed clean. Probably wouldn't stay there again but if you're looking to save some money it's alright for the night. 👍

It was ok, the bathtub had long hair left behind from a previous guest that didn’t get cleaned. Also the traffic noise is horrible! Kept us up all night to the point I had to buy ear plugs just to sleep. They also rent their ball room for parties so we struggled to find parking when we got back from Disney due to all the party guests taking up all the spots.

The staff was helpful, but the hotel was dirty. The vending machines were pretty much empty. The so called breakfast barely offered anything: box cereal with no milk. The back door was kept open with a rock despite needing to use your card to access. There were no ice machines and they did not have a cart to use when bringing your luggage to/from your car.

There's a gathering place that's right next to the hotel. They have parties there. Very loud music at 10 PM. The sheets had stains. There was a dead cockroach in the middle of the hallway . Told the receptionist 3 times about it.then he told me:" if you have a problem with that tell the management" The showers are very low. If you are over 160 cm good luck showering. There was a huge paint stain on the floor.

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay! The only thing were the dead roaches and flies located on the corners of the floor…. Otherwise, shower shampoo, conditioner and lotion set up handi and surplus of towels, great!

The first bed that we had in our room, had someone else’s bodily fluids on the sheets and the pillows. Although the bed was made as though it was cleaned. Then the front desk moved us to a different room, and that one appeared better however, I only pulled back sheets of one of the beds because we were tired. Then unfortunately, the front desk gave our room key to someone else and someone else attempted to come into our room as we were going to sleep. Luckily the latch was on the door and we were able to communicate with them that they did have the wrong room key from the front desk.

The rear of the hotel where I was advised to park because it would be closer to my room, had an unlocked entry. No key was required. Anyone could enter the rear door at anytime. Staff was friendly. Room smelled yucky. The sink wouldn't drain. Hallway carpets very dirty. Hard to open our door, door handle stuck: difficult to reopen the dead bolt once inside. Bath gel had been used.

Not a bad stay but they didn’t have hot water both of my showers were luke warm at best. Rooms are also smaller then you’d think and kinda feel like a psych ward with how white the walls are and how plain everything is.

This was a great little motel. Basic but that’s all we needed. No coffee maker in the room would be my only complaint. You can tell that they have done things to make it nicer. Very clean, freshly remodeled bathrooms, monogrammed towels. The fridge was actually cold and larger than most hotel fridges. Free parking was a big plus, too. We just wanted an inexpensive hotel that was a quick drive to Disneyland and it fit the bill! 10 min to Disneyland parking. I’d stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights. It is an older hotel so there are some things I can look past. The rooms were decent, but we had problems with the hot water in the shower, which they fixed after the first day. Also, the refrigerator didn't work. There wasn't any in-room coffee service. It is relatively close to the Anaheim convention center, which was nice. I never felt unsafe in the surrounding area. We went out each night for dinner without issues.

Check in went smooth and room was easily accessible. ROOM KEYS WERE SHUT OFF MID TRIP! Had to make an unexpected trip to the lobby at nearly midnight just to get into our room. This is extremely poor service! Also, carpet had something on it that made it sticky. Needed to be shampooed.

When we checked in they had given my room to someone else’s and then questioned me several times about my identity although i was standing there with my valid CA DRIVERS LICENSE and my credit cards. They then proceeded to call the room at almost midnight to question the person. If it was me sleeping in that room and got tht call I would have been livid especially if you woke my children up. Even though I was there for 3 nights I almost missed the entire place coming in as the sign is not lit at all you don’t realize where you are until you’re physically under the sign they need lighting in it or shined on it. The room was fine fit our needs at our price point.

Original plan was for a friend who was asking if we could get a room but she fell off the face of the earth as she does from time to time. So I told girlfriend who's been fighting with me on and off for the past six and a half years. You know some days if I eat some days, you know. Yada yada yada yada tada tada now she's happy to be out of the truck and in a room. She is very skeptical about rooms and booking in late because she spends so many hours cleaning the rooms are not up to her level of cleanliness. When she cleans, she deep cleans for hours. Anyways finally it's neat check out and she's not ready, so I called front desk and he gave me an additional 45 mins to get out, which girlfriend pushes checkout to the latest possible time which aggros me to the extent of stressing that I will not get my 100 dollars back for deposit. Which they took almost 2 weeks to send it back to my card after I called them to ask where it was and the lady released the hold for my deposit.

When I went to the hotel it was like a ghost town It felt very strange . Empty. And once I got to the room it was hard to use the key . The hot water wouldn’t turn on and the staff didn’t answer the phone when I called over 4 times . I’ll never stay here again

Poor SECURITY someone break into my car and a lost some valuable items. The didn't take responsability. The oarkin area is very unsafe. There is people drinki most of the time. I don't re recommend this plase for security and attention

Took a day trip to Disneyland and stayed here. It’s about a 2-3 mile drive away from Disney parks. Parking was free, staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store and other fast food places nearby which is a plus.

This has been one of the cleanest stays at a hotel! The daily housekeeping is phenomenal. The hallways and rooms smell like fresh Febreze. The hot-tub was a great amenity to have before/after long walking days. There was no one at the pool/hot tub Around 4pm on a week night . The property was very quiet and super conveniently located in between Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. If I need to stay in this area again, I’m definitely coming here!

The pictures are a little misleading. We arrived late Friday night and there were several homeless people on the bus bench outside the Inn. There were only a limited number of cars in the parking lot. I was a little uneasy. We got into our room. The window was wide open and there was no screen on the window. We were on the second floor. The room was clean and the Inn was very quiet. Saturday night we came back to the Inn and there was an event going on in the hall below the inn. The parking lot was full. The stay was ok I just was out of my comfort zone. If I was alone I would have been very uneasy about staying in this location.

Customer service was excellent during our stay. Lots of restaurants around the area. Hotel is about 10 minutes away from Disneyland. Hotel is on the older side but is very clean.

Front desk was really nice & the best part of this establishment. The hotel room is adequate. You get what you pay for. The hotel in general could us a refresh. The beds were comfy. The breakfast is pretty abysmal even for standard continental fare. The neighborhood is sketchy. Definitely wouldnt recommended walking anywhere nearby.

In fairness they tried. The pics you see are accurate but dated. Their system was down only allowing for one key to share among 4 adults (and they never revisited the key issue)., no water bottles available, and the vending machines didn’t work, breakfast was packaged danishes, one pot of coffee. The room looks like picture but dates. Had to ask for towels, iron & ironing board. Rooms are spacious. Language barriers. Yet they tried to accommodate . The reason for my poor rating is because the hotel and its accommodations fell short. I felt like I had to do most of the work including finding things in the area I needed, and their lack of follow up and customer service. I ask to use the meeting room and I was told it was available but I had to reserve online, no problem, except online wouldn’t allow me to reserve. Front desk personnel were unable to answer basic questions about the hotel and surrounding areas and didn’t try to find answers. This is indeed a case of you get what you pay for.

Lobby was nice, ants in the bathroom. Some trash on the floor. Also they make you sign a paper and check out is 10:30 am not 11:00 am. I requested a late checkout and they gave me 11:30 am. There was no phone in the room I had to use my cell. They made me go down to the lobby to be accepted for the late check out. She just looked at me. They offer coffee, danish and box cereal. The danish looked old. There was no milk. It seems this hotel is struggling. It needs many upgrades to be acceptable. Security doors were either broken or in disarray.

Needed a place to stay for the NAMM convention. This was nearby, parking was free, and the breakfast bar was minimal, the self-service Quaker instant oatmeal packets, milk, banana, and green tea are exactly what I eat at home. Our crew thought the coffee was good too. wes

First time staying here. I was not happy with the hotel charging me for my stay when I checked in and not when I checked out. I was told they served breakfast and all they had was stale coffee, no creamer, packaged danishes and mini boxes of cereal. Cleanliness of hotel was average at best. No real amenities in the room. No coffee maker, old shower, No suitcase rack. Only mirrors were in the bathroom. Overall, I was very disappointed with the accommodations and will not stay at this hotel again.

This was a great little motel. Basic but that’s all we needed. No coffee maker in the room would be my only complaint. You can tell that they have done things to make it nicer. Very clean, freshly remodeled bathrooms, monogrammed towels. The fridge was actually cold and larger than most hotel fridges. Free parking was a big plus, too. We just wanted an inexpensive hotel that was a quick drive to Disneyland and it fit the bill! 10 min to Disneyland parking. I’d stay here again.

I was sincerely surprised that this property was just like what it looked like online,especially for the great price. The staff was pleasant,the lobbywas clean. The room was clean and fresh . We also enjoyed the working hot tub and clean pool. Definitely will be coming back when we visit Knotts Berry farm.
