Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Our room became infested with ants while we slept and the property just needs some cleaning especially outside. The ADA room had no shower chair and when we requested a chair the one provided was so worn out it was unsafe. Pool was out of service for repairs and they referred us two blocks away to Comfort Inn for swimming pool. Parking lot has sink hole. Won’t be back to this hotel

Traveled with pets and they have very nice pet friendly rooms with comfortable beds. The air condition unit was a little noisy. The parking it tight and not sure where you could park if traveling with a trailer.

We were charged $75 because they said they did not know we were traveling with a dog even though I entered that as criteria on Travelocity. The front desk person said that they had to move us to a different room because they didn't know, like this was my fault when I selected traveling with a pet, and he said it was for the inconvenience of moving us to a different room. And he said the hotel was there to make money. Their philosophy is the customer is always wrong. Not good customer service at all. The pool was ice cold, the hot tub was half full of slimy water, and the rooms are very dark and uninviting. It was the worst Best Western we've ever stayed at and we have stayed at dozens of them all over the country.

At $250 a night, this hotel was too pricey for what it delivered. Check in service was friendly and parking convenient, but the rooms were run down (cheap bedding, damage to doorframes, shower falling out of the wall). Air conditioner so load it woke us up when's it turned on. No soap at the sink to wash your hands. Coffee maker in the closet (why?) with all the items just dumped in a pile next to it. Pool and hot tub were closed, which was a bummer since I booked the hotel specially because my kid likes to swim. Manager not at all apologetic about the situation. Not what I expect at that price on a weeknight in the off season.

Very noisy people upstairs above us throughout the night. Also very disappointed that there are no elevators at this property so the customer must carry all of their personal baggage upstairs on their own. Very inconveniencing to say the least. We would not stay at this property again.

This is a get in and get out hotel. Do not expect clean baseboards, behind beds, tables etc. The sheets were clean but do not lift them up. The pool was filthy and the hot tub was green. I would say spend 10 hours and get out. The door latch was broken and the sink did not drain. We did have hot water and a spotty tv. The refridge did work.

The room was newer than expected. Shower was a nice size. Unfortunately there was an ant problem…found a couple on the bed and then a bunch on the floor one morning after a muffin crumb was accidentally dropped. There were also discarded cigarette butts on the ground outside our door when we first arrived. Luckily those were cleaned up.

This was our second stay here and we were not disappointed. Rooms look like they were recently updated and are very spacious! Pretty quiet, could hear neighbors in the morning but at night it was quiet. Great free breakfast as well. The room was really clean but the hallways were not.

Central location to town, within walking distance to restaurants & shops. Modern, clean and quiet. Very good breakfast selection. Has pool & hot tub? The only downside we found was A/C was very noisy.

Room was decent and looked to be recently updated. Front desk staff was terrific and very accommodating. Room was clean, but needed a little more attention to detail. Its on a main street so it was noisy. We kept the fan on to drown out the trafgic noise.

Booked two rooms. They were side by side. One room had good wifi signal and the other had sporadic poor service. Requested someone to look into it multiple times with no resolve or follow-up response. Multiple devices were used to test the signal in each room with the same result. Socks would be dirty within 10 minutes of walking on the ground. Curtains didn’t do much in terms of privacy. Hot water was difficult to obtain and had mineral deposits around the spout.

Only issue was getting clean towels we stayed there for a week and was like pulling teeth. First day they wanted to clean out room and we told them no thank you BUT we did put the clean room sign on the door the next day and they NEVER did once in the 4 days after that. Finally had to go to the office to get towels and that was before 7am and we still had not gotten any by late afternoon.

We arrived at 5:00 pm om May 1st, 2024. The girl at the reception behind her desktop showed no reaction like she did not see me and my wife in front of her desk. She was very cold in receiving us with no hi, welcoming words or anything. We checked in and got the key. In an hour, I went to the office and asked another girl there to change the credit card on file because I used the wrong credit card. She said we needed to do this at the check out. We checked out this morning and I asked the same girl (the second girl) to change the credit card to a new one. She wanted me to insert the new credit card which I did. She said it didn't go through and wanted me to do it again. She said she could not do the charge the second time as well. She said our first credit card would be charged. I asked her for a receipt for our stay. She said she could not print a receipt since we booked through Hotels.com. This was nonsense, but I did not to argue with her to ruin my day and hers. I just checked my credit cards. The first card (CapitalOne Visa ending in 2773) is charged $181.57 for the stay of one night and there is a charge of $50 which was supposed to be a security hold and not a charge. Our second credit card (CapitalOne Visa ending in 7619) is also charged $181.57. This is bad business practice. This is not Best Western; it is Worst Western

Unfortunately the night staff used the room next door to us to host their friends over and were extremely loud all night partying. In addition, all hotel calls were being routed to that room and we can hear the staff picking up, laughing, and hanging up. We also called the first hour it was loud and were able to hear them respond and then laugh and hang up as well. After several hours we decided to knock but they didn’t open the door and instead yelled “fu k off” . Again what was irritating was that this was the hotel staff and there’s want anyone else for us to talk to this went in until 4 am.

Front desk service was awful and condescending. Was forced to pay upgrade for a two bed room instead of the single bed I reserved plus an additional $30 $50 for my puppy. Noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in, parking directly outside door, huge gap under door entry for more light and noise, heater/ac sounds like washing machine and started leaking water everywhere. Will NEVER stay here again! Booked off of Expedia. Worst experience ever!

The facility is older, but well-maintained, and our room was clean. Like all rooms in older motels, there was very little ventilation. The biggest issue was management. I made the reservation using Expedia and made a mistake. I am traveling with a friend. I thought I reserved a room with two queen beds, but by mistake reserved one with one queen bed. The extra Expedia charge for a room with two queen beds was about five dollars. We did not discover the error until we were checking in. We are friends, but not that good friends. We needed two beds. The check-in manager charged us an additional $75 to substitute a room with two queen beds. I am sure he knew that the Expedia reservation was nonrefundable. Short sighted greed, long-term bad reputation. It’s not entirely about the physical facility. How the facility is managed is important also.

First off, the only reason I opted to spend more and stay at this BW was due the hot tub spa at pool. It was out of service! Wish this would have been noted as I would not have spent $200 for this place. 2nd: while the desk clerk was nice and informed me of a great steak house in town, he didn’t activate my door key. So I had to hike back to the office and get this straightened out while the rest of my party waited patiently for use of the bathroom. 3rd: The towels and pillows are ready to be rotated out. Thin towels and worn out pillows. 4th: The room set up was not ideal. The beds were against the wall that had the best access to bathroom. So you had to walk around the bed and it was a tight fit. The tv and dresser console are on the side where beds should have/used to be. Not at all Feng Shui! 5th: The ice maker is out of order! 6th: The hot breakfast was not great! The reconstituted Eggs were very watery. I’m sorry, I don’t usually complain to this detail. But with the BW brand you expect way better quality than what I received for my money.
