Everything was much better than expected

A pillow in our room had a long black hair on it & when I pulled the covers back I found a medium brown colored hair on the bottom sheet. When we went to the desk to inform the man there of the issue he sullenly said he’d give us another room, but did NOT apologize for the unclean bedding.

Property is kind of run down.

At first the front desk could not find our reservation, but someone else came and figured it out. Room was ok. It had an odd remodel where the baseboards did not meet or go all around. The bed was comfortable but needed more blankets. The heater was very load when on. No one cleaned the bathtub as it looked like someone poured coffee in it. Breakfast was minimal so we skipped it.
