We thought that this would be a step up for our normal lodging in Bishop, but it wasn't. The rooms are fine, the pool was green, there was supposed to be a hot tub, but id didn't see one, and the continental breakfast was pretty mediocre at best.

Absolutely disgusting. Staff was non existent until Hotels.com got involved. Maintenance staff was great once they got there after being notified 6 hours earlier. Tub/shower spout literally blew off and hit my husband in the foot. A person could get seriously ill from the rusted metal on the spout. I was given a fake name by phone support and was basically told “too bad” and after being pushed to refund I was promised a one nights refund and they did not give a refund. Reports have been filed with the health department and the state licensing board. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want tetanus.

Poorest breakfast I ever seen in any hotel I ever been in. Floor in room, not carpeted, was dirty. Lack of USB ports. Virtual check in was not welcoming at all.

This hotel did exactly what we needed it to do. It was clean, with very comfy beds and quick and easy to check into. Yes, the decor is a little dated and some of the fixtures a little old and rusty in places but in terms of a one night stop over it was absolutely fine. The AC worked and the room was fresh and light. Breakfast was ok, but could really have done with some orange juice and some bread for toast. The cereal and pastry were nice. Overall we were happy with the stay and would use it again if we were on a similar route.

Every hotel I book for my family has to have a pool. This one does, but this is the second time we stayed at this hotel and the pool was out of service. I would really appreciate that it stated that before I booked our room. The breakfast was not that impressive either. Not much of a selection. I will definitely not be staying here again when I visit Bishop, Ca.
