This is a good location if you have things to do in Burbank or need to use the airport. The parking lot has plenty of space, but it cost money and getting out of the lot is sometimes a hassle because people struggle with the electronic scanning. This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was good

There are 2 pools, 1 hot tub, 2 places places to eat, and the shuttle service was nice and prompt. Sadly there was no microwave in my room to heat up the expensive meal. Also if your hoping to find an energy drink in avvending machine, your out of luck. But the bar can sell an 8.5 oz redbull for almost $7. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very kind.

This hotel is incredibly convenient if you're flying into or out of Burbank Airport. They have a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as the nearby Metrolink stops. The staff here are terrific, very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are nice, if a bit dated, with everything you might need. My only real complaint is that the pillows are so soft and squishy as to be completely pointless. We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet property with a nice bar, restaurant and pool area. Some of the furnishings in the lobby and throughout the hotel are a little worn but overall it was a nice stay. The hotel does need to keep quarters in stock because I was unable to do my laundry.

Clean, safe and very quiet for being across the street from the airport. The gym was even great. Disappointed breakfast was not included, even a pastry would have been nice. Room had a refrigerator but no microwave.

Booked because we were attending a convention at their adjoining convention center. We were quite pleased with our experience. Very clean, classy, and great customer sercice. Every employee we encountered was awesome. Plenty of parking and many dining options nearby as well as two restaurants on site. What was inconvenient was that one of only two elevators was out of order, ice machines on multiple floors were out of order. One of the entrances screeched loudly when the doors opened and closed. This was fixed on the last day of our stay. There was a premium to pay choosing this hotel over others in the area, so that raises my expectations. Also given the elevator situation, it was inconvenient that there was no way to use the stairs from the ground level without encountering an "alarm will sound" sign. In spite of all of this, we had a great experience overall. Would book again.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I booked this hotel expecting 4-star quality, but what I got was closer to a health hazard. The room was filthy — boogers smeared on the wall, stains on the furniture, pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, and a toilet that didn’t flush. The wallpaper was peeling, and everything felt neglected and unsanitary. We immediately asked to change rooms just to get a functioning toilet, and were told there were no other rooms available. No apology, no real solution — just a shrug and a “sorry.” This was a complete failure in both cleanliness and customer service. I checked out as soon as I could and will absolutely never return. Avoid this place. I’m not sure if there are nicer rooms in the building. My feelings are that they give the old, dirty rooms to Expedia bookings. We contacted Expedia to make this right and all they offered was $100 one key cash. We spent $350 on this “4-star” room.

Property looks much better in pictures. Very quiet for close proximity to airport. Lobby looks updated but rooms are a little shabby. Biggest complaint - 2 large wads of black hair on bathroom floor when I took shower the first night. Desk and dining staff were very friendly, although restaurant/bar food service was slow. No nearby offsite dining other than fast food. OK for 2 nights with no frills.

The gal who checked me in was great. However, I go to the hotel room and it’s a mess— never cleaned. Weird plastic bag on the bed, used towels in the bathroom, beds are a mess. Trash left. I call to tell them. They move me to another room, but it’s a king. I placed my reservation for two queen beds. I called again. I was informed there was otherwise another room available that had two full beds with a kind of working air conditioner. “I could see if we could bring up a fan for you if you’d like?” I offered the option of, if possible, having the room I was originally assigned cleaned? It was a great idea and it took about 40-60 minutes. Then a loud knock on the door as I sat waiting, and a guy gives me hotel keys to the previously assigned room. Not sure why he had to knock so loudly at 11:15 PM? (I checked in around 9ish PM). The room was very nicely cleaned. But I noticed dried dripping rust from one of the sheets of wallpaper, bubbling wallpaper, immense dust clumps in the vents, and the door wasn’t completely protected below— a nice gap to the outside. What? Also, the room they were to have me in (the king bed) before had a stick floor with large boot prints, and the toilet seat was sticky with spots all over. May I suggest perhaps doing a thorough cleaning of the air ducts to avoid a potential lawsuit for black and white mold toxicity exposure?

The thermostat in my room did not work so I could not turn off the fan. It made me sick because cold air was coming out of it all night. Also the WiFi didn’t work in my room. It was an overall uncomfortable and bad experience and will not be retuning. The room also had a bad smell.

Firstly, the rooms appeared quite dated. The bathroom had loose tiles, and the shower had the worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced. I was also told I would have a pool view, but instead, my room overlooked the pool pumps and electrical area. Additionally, when I attempted to log into the WiFi, I was informed there was an extra fee for internet access on top of the hotel stay and parking fees.

We only stayed from the 31st to the 3rd. When we arrived, despite calling the day before to inform them that we would be a late check in. We got to the hotel at 10pm. We were then informed that there were no rooms availible. We were then shuttled with 3 other guests to the Sheraton Univetsal for the evening. We checked in there at 11pm by the time it was done. We were also told to get an Uber back and we would be reimbursed by the hotel. I asked for the shuttle that brought us here. They picked us up in the shuttle. The rest of the stay was quiet lovely. Even though the tower that they put us up in only had 1 working elevator. The staff was very nice and the little bar and restaurant outside was particularly nice.

I liked that the Hotel was very close to the airport and they had a free shuttle that was very quick when requested. The rooms are outdated. Bathrooms are very small. An employee came into our room without knocking and handed us an Iron which I thought was unacceptable. Check out is at 12pm which was great for us, but Housekeeping kept knocking on our door at 9:30am and trying to open our door several times even though the latch was locked. When you are traveling with kids that is not something that you want, people just coming in to your room unannounced. Also the employee at check-in was not very friendly. He was working the Bonvoy Elite line and he was just kinda rude.

Service was just ok and pullout bed had dirty sheets and an empty bottle of rum in it! We weren’t given bedding for the pullout bed. Had to ask for it. When we went to make up the bed there was an empty rum bottle sitting right there on the dirty sheets! I was so shocked. Priced no one cleaned the bed/sheets! Layer we asked for coffee supplies and creamer because there was only one cup, 2 creamers and one coffee ground package when we arrived. One bottle of water too. For FOUR people! I called twice but no one ever came to give us the supplies. Asked for pool towels because they were out when visiting the pool. Asked twice. Never got them. Instead they eventually brought us bathroom towels. Never pool towels. Finally, when checking out i noticed a $10 drink charge from the bar! Um.,. I do not drink, and my three kids certainly do not. That was a mistake OR someone charged it to OUR room! I contested that charge. It was not ours. Overall the hotel was not very nice, although I was expecting a nicer place and certainly better service and a clean bed (w/o dirty sheets and liquor bottles) for the high price I paid for this hotel. I doubt I’ll be back.

My arrival was one of the most difficult and disappointing experiences I have ever had in all the years I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels. The moment I checked in, the employee assisting me told me I had booked the wrong hotel. That single comment caused my sugar level to spike so badly that I now need to see a doctor, as I have not been able to stabilize it since. I was truly frightened—after such an early flight, all I wanted was to cross the street and get some rest, not face unnecessary stress. Instead, I was left with a severe headache and a terrible feeling. Honestly, I didn’t even want to stay in that hotel anymore. If it were possible, I would absolutely demand a refund. What I went through was no minor inconvenience; it was a cruel and careless joke at my expense. Truly unacceptable.

Marriott overbooked the property, gave me 3 different reasons for why they could not honor my *pre-paid* room,add me wait 30 mins to take me to a new hotel one mile away (chose the location for its closeness fo the airport originally). The actual hotel was 4 miles away. Terrible all around.

I have stayed here before and this Marriott continues to be excellent. This location is walking distance (10 minutes) to the Burbank airport if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. Also, the rooms are very quiet and there are several bar/lounges to choose from in the evening if you don’t want to leave the hotel.

When we checked in, we were not told that the restaurant was closed for renovations. So, we did order from the bar and room service. 2 dinners, 1 breakfast. Every single order was wrong. Eventually they got corrected, but took over an hour for the entire process. Not a good situation for 2 hungry children! Hotel was decent but definitely go elsewhere for food & drink.

Weekend visit to son and wife. Overall excellent. Only problem we ran into was a 20 minute wait on Sunday to get a table at the Daily restaurant, due to short-staffing. There were plenty of other restaurants nearby who were happy to seat us immediately. Outside bar/cafe EDB was excellent with great service and bar food.

This hotel was very convenient for a flight the following day. The restaurant/bar downstairs made it very convenient for dinner and drinks and not having to leave the hotel. Every staff member we interacted with was great! Especially our server, Josh, at the restaurant.
