Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport

I stay here once a month when I come for business. Very convenient, right by the airport. Great staff, wonderful outdoor bar with great drinks.

Great location. Several restaurants nearby and very convenient to airport.

Rooms weren’t clean and up to standard. I’m pretty shocked at the lack of cleanliness for this to be a Marriott property. Rooms need a serious makeover and bathrooms need a deep cleaning. Staff was very helpful and accommodating and acknowledged what was going on. The manager was very kind and helpful. The staff and guests deserve a better experience and hotel.

Room was outdated and thermostat was broken so when we arrived it was 71 degrees in the room, we turned it down to 67 and it only went up, ending at 75 degrees by the time we left. We only stayed a short night, arriving at 8p, leaving at 9a so we didn't make them change our room but did tell the staff and they said they would look into it. I assume the rooms on upper floors are updated and good. Or at least hope so.
