We arrived around 10:30pm. At first the hotel says their last shuttle already left airport and we had to call uber. But then they called back and told me there was one last shuttle coming in 15 min. We were able to get on that shuttle to get to the hotel.

This must be the only hotel in America that does not provide a bottle of water in the room. They now charge $20 for parking and their hotel shuttle to the airport does NOT run during the day between 9:30 am and 5pm.

20$ to park a car in a poorly lit parking lot where there is trash everywhere is ridiculous. I have no problem paying for parking at a hotel in the city bot for this situation it is not reasonable

Nice hotel, pool was too cold as to be expected. Parking is $25 a night, location is good. Breakfast was good here. Rooms nice and clean. Downsides- you can clearly hear the hallway from inside the room and the tv audio would get out of sync frequently.

Good location right off freeway, make sure you eat breakfast early gets busy if you go a little late. The parking is a little expensive $25 dollars only reason I would give 4 out of 5 stars maybe next time stay in the other Holiday Inn a few miles away.

Not being able to call the property directly to verify shuttle service was extremely frustrating. I called the day before arrival to verify the shuttle and waited 30 minutes for sometime to tell me I just walk outside. I then walked outside and realized I needed to go to a different terminal for the shuttle. I waited outside for 30 minutes and called the hotel and waited another 30 minutes. I was told by the other Holiday Inn driver to "be more attentive". When I finally got someone at the hotel they told me it was every 45 minutes (no one told me this before). Finally, I got the shuttle and arrived to the hotel more than 1 hr after arriving. If I'd know this I would have taken a lyft/uber. Then when I picked up my company car there was an additional $25 per day. The assistant manager was great. But it is clear that staffing isn't sufficient in the evening to cover check-in's and phone and that the shuttle service is not client service oriented and a promoted benefit that in fact is no benefit at all. I would recommend you either do away with the shuttle or get a driver on staff to support the night shift. I'll be staying at the Dylan in the future where they don't charge for my car and underpromise and over deliver.

We were informed that because we had arrived in a car we would be charged $20 for the privilege of parking it. We had pre-paid. If that wasn't the case we would have found another place to stay that wasn't so money hungry.

The location is convenient because it’s right by the freeway and a restaurant. There is an obvious outstanding smell within the bottom floor hallways, mattresses stained everywhere, and I’m not trying to nitpick but the room phones are old and dirty. No bed bugs though which is my main concern so I respect them for that. Overall this property is average

This particular hotel was old, dingy, and the rooms smelled terrible. Not cigarette smell just dirty old carpet. The hotel was so dingy that I immediately put my suitcase in the shower and did not leave any pockets open for fear of "bugs" climbing into the suitcase. Also, there was someone screaming their head off until the wee hours of the morning. And I mean screaming like in pain. I would have called the front desk but I could not tell if it was on the same floor, above me, or below me.

The first night was fine. The next day I requested my room to be cleaned and it was noted but it did not happen. It did not happen the next day either. The last day we saw roaches. Disgusting. I had to empty my own trash and get a trash bag.

Seems like every room had heavy duty spring loaded doors, each time someone entered or exited their room the door slams shut creating a load bang. Other than that everything else was fine.

The back of the hotel offers a great view of the bay . The cityscape of San Francisco is in the distant view. The front lobby is spacious with the 2 story ceiling . However , the room need some upgrades

Choose this location as it was close to SFO, and based on affordable price. The room was quite dated/aged, and the bath tub liner had water leaked into it and it was wobbly. The plumbing from next door also made weird noise when they were taking shower.

Big selection of breakfast menu, fresh brewed coffee all the time, snack bar near front desk also nice staff and service. Paid parking is a surprise but it wasn’t that expensive. WiFi worked well but had a lack of coverage at some point. Would like to use a pool but temperatures were too low for that. Overall will recommend this location.

We liked the rooms, spacious for the price. We however didn’t like hearing the housekeepers laughing and talking loud in the morning, woke us up. Other than that everything was good.

I stay here once or twice a year for a week for work and never have issues… staff is nice… only issue is noise from planes at all hours landing and taking off but easy fix just ask for a none bay view room and it’s a lot quieter

Our flight was delayed and when we got to the hotel late with our young kids, they had given away our reservation. Instead of telling us this, they unapologetically made us wait for a half an hour without telling us what was going on. Then they didn’t offer to help us find a room in another hotel until we asked them to. When we got to the new hotel they asked for our letter from this hotel, which they hadn’t provided for us. I can’t think of a worse scenario than this for a hotel. I will definitely be avoiding Holiday Inns at all cost in the future (I’m already out over $400 from this fiasco since all affordable rooms were already booked, plus the extra Uber and breakfast costs)

We got in super late from a flight and checked in and the staff were very welcoming and made the process very smooth. We enjoyed how quiet it was, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast the next morning was good and provided plenty of options.

I booked a room that was not what I wanted. The room I originally wanted was extended by the people! I already paid for that room but gave it away! Poor service the manger was rude! I would never go back again! I was not happy with my stay at all!!

Clean, modern hotel that exceeds expectations. Room is freshly stocked with all the amenities you need, and enough space for work or relaxation. Lobby has a beautiful, well-lit design with views of the bay. Friendly and hardworking staff. and of course .. the top quality hot breakfast! Only thing to note, this is in a business/industrial neighborhood right by the airport. Great for travelers, but if you want access to "downtown" and walkable city areas, do consider other locations

The breakfast was surprisingly good. I was not expecting hot food. Sausage, eggs, mini omelets, but the biscuits were outstanding! That was a treat. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean especially the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable. Room curtains had stain and walls had knicks and looked like in need of a minor repairs. Park was $25 a night with signs on property that they are not responsible if your car gets broken into. I had a bay view which was ver nice. Parking lot in need of replacing. The breakfast was very good! Best I’ve had at any hotel.

Very friendly and informative check in. All the staff are friendly, the room is quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast items are plentiful and good. Love the upstairs dining area with a view of the bay and incoming flights to sf airport. Very close to airport with shuttle accommodation every 15 minutes which takes some of the stress away of arriving on time for your flight.
