Everything was great except the airport shuttle—which is absolutely critical infrastructure for an airport hotel. It took over an hour to get a shuttle and to the hotel from the airport. The ride to the airport was only slightly better. The shuttle van had almost no luggage storage so once it was full, people with luggage had to wait for for a second shuttle, another 30 minutes, to get the next shuttle. That’s not ok and needs to be resolved immediately. They should have had Ubers or taxis in place to deal with it.

Hot tub was excellent. This is very large property. Parking not very close to entrance, no valet. Even though the on tv promotion suggested room service, room service wasn’t available nor any food menus in the room.

It is close to the airport. Service is very good. Airport shuttle is very convenient. The room is clean but dated. There is a weird smell in the room when you first go in. I think the carpet might simply need a deep clean or a remplacement. Great stay overall.

Room smelt awful, and there was mildew all over the shower and shower curtain. The bed frames has stains as well as the bathroom cabinets has dried up tooth paste all over. Definitely seemed as if the room was not sanitized and cared for. Will most likely not return.

Very clean, modern hotel. Stayed a night there, flew out, and stayed another night when we flew in. The main reason we booked this hotel was the park and fly and shuttle to airport features. There are a couple of things we did not like. Both stays it was very noisy until very late at night - 3 am. Try not to get a room anywhere near the elevator. You can hear the thing going up and down all night, even if you are 5 rooms away from it. Other guests in SF are very rude, yelling and screaming in the hallways, partying in the rooms until very late. Bring some really good noise cancelling earbuds.

Absolutely pathetic customer service !! There were two customers with my same last name and they messed up my reservation . They gave me a wrong room and someone else entered my room while I was in the room .. absolutely incompetent staff and never coming back to this worthless hotel. One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I am so glad that I am not part of this Hyatt loyalty program. The one time I booked this worthless hotel, I am done.

After a long day and our luggage not arriving.... uugghhh the entire experience at the Hyatt Regency SFO was a 10/10. The check in seamless, they provided toiletries as we were missing luggage. We had a bite to eat and a drink at the bar which is open late ( thankfully). Then as if not enough we left an item behind that when we called the staff was again 10/10 helping us to get it mailed back to our home. So grateful for the staff. Clean room quiet and comfortable. Big fan of this location. Easy shuttle to the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I didn’t get to finish my last post. I rented two rooms. Not only were a couple of the staff folks not very pleasant to deal with but there was also leftover used wash cloths in the room hanging over on the shower rod. Have had pleasant experiences before but after this last trip I definitely won’t be returning. Positive note though….restaurant food was very good!

Staff service varied. Not much smile or welcoming atmosphere at the front desk chatting away. No enthusiasm. Inside the coffee maker was so dirty. Mold coffee powder remaining. But the driver of the shuttle was wonderful.

Hotel near SFO airport with free shuttle very convenient we got the interior atrium view room very quite did not hear any airplanes noise or freeway noise. Very safe to walk around in the area. Bart station was near by but not walking friendly I wish they can included a shuttle stop on the way back to the airport that will be perfect. With so many car broken in at downtown SF this will be a better option to sightseeing.

This is a nice property and the staff is attentive. The beauty is also in the scenery. You can walk a trail along the San Francisco Bay and take in the serenity of it all. The food at the onsite restaurant is to die for! The Executive Chef Chad Huck cooked our Ribeye Steak to perfection and the Brisket Sandwich was simply superb. Breakfast was just as delightful. No need in leaving the property looking for food.I would suggest that bedding include another blanket. It was a bit chilly.

Property is clean and quiet but the parking $50 the breakfast is $35 per adult and there is not many options you are better off going to dennys. We came in to breakfast and there was no Bagles left only 2 types of melons small pancakes done through a machine nasty potatoes. Not worth the 35.00

It’s an old hotel but very clean. Room has no funky smell. Staff at check in and restaurants are all nice and helpful. Location is awesome. Shuttle to airport every 15mins is a big plus. Breakfast food options are good.

Hotel is in excellent condition - clean, very well maintained. Guestroom was very clean; I used to work in hotels so I am trained to spot potentialissues. The staff was the highlight though - professional, friendly, thoughful. Front Desk manager Mark is a star, offered late checkout which was a lifesaver (I hadn't even thought about it). I am so glad I stayed at the Hyatt Regency.
