Trip was fine, but felt that everything was an upsell when the hotel wasn’t quite busy. $48 for parking seemed outrageous in an airport hotel. Pool is no longer operating which we didn’t know when we booked it. Overall okay.

Transportation was great from the airport to the hotel. Front desk staff and shuttle driver were very friendly. We ate at the bar restaurant and it had great views and we enjoyed the food and service. They had two fire pits lit at night which was nice to go sit outside by them. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The hotel was clean, airport shuttle and full Starbucks was a plus. No other reasonable food options though except very expensive restaurant/bar. The biggest negative that’s not published & we didn’t know until we got there is the parking- $48 a night! You’re better off taking an Uber or returning the rental car at night, which is a pain but the shuttle is reliable, runs every 30 minutes & will bring you back & forth to the airport car rental lots for free.

It's a confortable hotel with easy access to SFO. The restaurant and bar are OK if you do not have time to dine out. My only issue is that parking at $50.00/day is an unnecessary way of adding to customers' tabs. I wish they changed that policy.

As a transition stay, this was perfect. Right next to the waterfront, scenic, serene, with Starbucks in the hotel.. bliss! Just a suggestion, please consider providing room slippers for your guests.

The sliding door to the bathroom in our room kept getting stuck on the carpet. You had to have someone lift it up from the outside to open. So we couldn’t shut the bathroom door completely. The shower was also so dirty and full of hair on the walls and drain

Convenient to airport with transportation, but still about 20 minutes to get there. Nice facility. The check in person was friendly, however, lots of people who work for the airlines stay there and they continuously cut you in line so check in took a while. I finally had to step up in front of someone and they didn't like that. Obviously, that is the not the hotel's fault. The curtains were a bit dirty, like someone was eating in the room and used them as a napkin. Someone else's shampoo was left in the shower, and there was leftover food in the refrigerator. Otherwise, the room was ok. The lobby was very nice and the Starbuck's personnel were very friendly.

I appreciated several aspects of the property, especially the location and the beautiful waterfront area, which I truly enjoyed. However, I did encounter some issues during my stay that I believe should be addressed. The bathroom was in poor condition, with noticeable damage on the walls that looked as if they had deteriorated over time. I also experienced difficulties with the parking access — although the staff attempted to configure the key card, it did not work, and one night I had to leave the car outside while still being charged for a full day. Additionally, the carpets in the room were quite dirty; after only a few minutes of walking without shoes, my socks became stained. Overall, while the location was excellent, the condition of the facilities and some of the services left room for improvement.

Although it was an adequate hotel, they were places where it could have been improved. The view was great unfortunately the windows were too dirty to be able to see it very well. Some of the furnishings were damaged, but they were also sufficient for a comfortable stay for a couple of nights.

I was really disappointed. I felt like my room was just not clean. The bathroom floor was not clean, the shower had hard water spots all over and there was mildew on the grout around the shower enclosure. It was not the quality that I would normally expect in a Marriott property.

The location and view from the hotel were truly excellent — definitely a highlight of our stay. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. Many of the furnishings felt outdated, and the wallpaper had noticeable stains in several areas, especially above the bathroom. We also found dust and some trash underneath the table, which suggested the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. With some updates and better housekeeping, this hotel could offer a much more pleasant experience.

Our first suite was dirty, and only had one small window.i asked for a room change and the staff quickly gave me a new room The second suite had a much better view, though the couch and ottomon were still dirty. The toilet also didnt function properly My room key for the second suite did not work for parking. All around not a great experience. The staff was very kind and helpful, and alwaus have been everytime i come here to plane watch. Very unimpressed by the cleanliness of the rooms

Location close to SFO is great. That’s about it. ROM was muggy and stuffy. AC was blowing hard, but not effective and very loud. Pillow was very uncomfortable. All in all a very bad night. Will never stay there again

Our room was OK. It was roomy, but was showing some maintenance issues. The bathroom sink drained extremely slowly, and the luggage rack was broken. We got in late and exhausted, so reported these on checkout. The mattress also felt like it was showing its age. When we arrived at 10 pm, we had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up at the desk and check us in. The nice thing about the property is that it is right on a bay front trail which makes a nice walk. We did hear aircraft overhead pretty clearly in the evening, but not in the morning. Maybe an unusual flight path.

I have found that all Marriott properties are among the cleanest in the industry and this hotel is no different. The room itself was very large, comfortable, and quiet. The disadvantage of this Marriott is the sheer size - it was a very long walk to my room down all sorts of twisty, turning corridors. I wasn't blown away by the restaurant / menu choices and I though the price for breakfast was a bit steep. But it's close to the airport and there is some shopping within a very short driving distance. The airport shuttle is also very convenient and I used it twice

The staff was great. The property was nice and easy to get too. The room was clean and parking was good but ridiculously high. Two issues. First, the room had a faint sewer-ish smell. I also smelled it on the 6th floor hallway. Second, there is construction across the street. Progress is good but the construction noise was a bit irritating at 5 am. We would stay here again but those items would make us consider other properties.

The bay view room I booked was really comfortable. I left the curtains open overnight and I woke up to an absolutely beautiful sunrise over the bay. Will definitely be back again.

Standard king room was adequate size with a refrigerator and a safe but the bathroom was small and the water pressure was terrible. The shower only dribbled water with practically no pressure necessitating a longer time in the shower. My wife rated the shower a 3 out of 10. Total cost for this room was about $230 per night and I wouldn’t pay it again.

We chose this hotel because we were flying out the next day. The airport shuttle in the morning was disastrous. We were told it would be there at 4:00. We got to the lobby at 3:50 and the shuttle was pulling out. The next one came 15 minutes later and the driver told us we could ride but there was not room for our luggage. We ended up calling an Uber to take us. We were not happy at all about this!

Near airport is good but stafff not friendly and helpful at all, gave wrong information regarding airport shuttle, and my security deposit of 75 dollars have NOT been returned to my credit card account, do I need to call and tell them that? Should be automatic for them to do it after they check me out . No more stay with Marriott.

The location of the property was great. The call to enquire for shuttle service was accurate. The location to wait for shuttle service was unclear and we almost missed it till one person asked to wait while we ran to catch it. The fact that the parking and the WiFi at hotel was not free was not obvious on booking. The response from hotel staff on how to get rental cars at airport was both ambiguous and incorrect.

We stayed here to be able to catch a very early morning flight. The staff at the restaurant were excellent. We left on a 5:00AM shuttle for the airport. When we got to the airport I realized I had forgotten my hat - within 15 minutes of leaving the hotel and making that realization I called and spoke with Lost & Found. They said they would watch for it as housekeeping would find it first. I tole them we were leaving the country (Spain) and I would pick it up the following Sunday - one week away. When we got to the hotel NOONE could find it! Someone is walking around with a very expensive hat. I am very disappointed with Marriott and will not use this hotel again. It appears their staff are not trustworthy.

The skyview restaurant is a memorable spot especially if you are flying in or out... Love to watch the bay/runways as you eat some great food or have a cocktail. Right in the pathway along the shore so can go for a walk/run or even rent a bike! Will save as our favorite spot when we visit SF!

It’s a nice clean hotel with a shuttle service to and from SFO. Their restaurant is a must! We had both breakfast and dinner and everything we got was delicious. It’s not an open buffet style breakfast but they had delicious items on their menu. There’s also a nice walkway right outside the hotel.

Close to airport and water. Great options for walking and exploring the area. The restaurant staff was friendly, but out of the many things we tried to order. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a fabulous stop on our way home.

Food is very expensive and the quality does not match the price. It is in a convenient location, but the guest relations desk was extremely dismissive in their service. I felt like I was inconveniencing them with simple questions about parking passes, laundry service, and even the aforementioned restaurant. The room was nice, but the room was not cleaned even though I requested it when I left.
