Days Inn by Wyndham Castaic Six Flags Magic Mountain

The clerk who checked me in was super nice! The room wasn't swept and the room looked like it had a quite a few repairs done. I should have complained to the front desk about the people next door but it was just a quick stay.

Air conditioner didn't work and was leaking water. No housekeeper can to the room for the entire stay which was four days. They claim the sheets couldn't be cleaned from stains. When they never tried to clean them. Wanted me to pay $130 for the sheets. When I didn't they called the sheriff and put me out. Before my checkout date. Don't Recommend

The staff was wonderful. The night clerk helped me in a difficult situation that was out of both of our hands. Instead of turning me away he went out of his way to help. Thank you!

Not good, the room was ok the bathroom was bad. No soap or shampoo. No glasses for drinking. Very poor I won’t stay there again.

Very unprofessional front desk worker, Rajit, and manager, Mike. They failed to be forthcoming and explain their policy and told me to continue calling the 3rd party vendor, instead of saying they CHOSE not to refund my nights stay. The photos look like a complete dump, which is why they likely couldn't refund my money. The dishonesty from these two was unprofressional and I reached out to the Days Inn corportate office
