First time staying here. Very upscale and clean. Rooms were gorgeous & large. Beds VERY comfy which is rare for hotels. Fridge cold upon arrival. Made another reserv for weeks ahead but would stay somewhere else if something was available. Beautiful pool, very warm and clean, but the jaccuzi was lukewarm and same temp as the pool. it should have been at least 100 degrees. Alex the front desk person on checking out was clueless about how to ring up items to purchase from little store in lobby so we left without snacks / drinks for the long ride home. He needs proper training. Pool hours open only until 7pm was very disappointing. For the price, these negative things are unacceptable.

Stay was pretty bad. Water leak in room first night (Sat). Had to move to another room at 12:30am. Monday morning the water was shut off in my room due to an "emergency". Which means one of the workers busted something (they're doing a lot of construction). Manager told me "5 minutes". Half hour later, water still not on, told me again "5 minutes". Asked to be compensated for these inconveniences and was pretty much blown off. I've stayed here many times and it's usually uneventful. Oh yeah, the pool has been closed for quite some time and the restaurant onsite is hit and miss. Mostly miss. I stayed here back in April, same thing. Told them I wouldn't be back.

A big thank you to Jose, the front desk person. From the first contact on he made us feel welcome and gave us all information we needed about the hotel and our stay in Chatsworth. Our room was clean and quite, located towards the courtyard. Overall a great experience and value for the price. Unfortunately the pool was closed under renovation.

Property is being updated and they were working in different areas around the hotel.Very nice rooms - the area at the front desk for a little shop or items to buy for snacks roped off and not operational presently. Attached restaurant looked nice - I did not use it as I was traveling solo and brought take-out to the hotel. Vending not available on most floors. They moved me because of a maintenance issue and they were very nice about it.

Always a great stay here. Decent part of town, nice and out the way but still close to freeways and public transport. Good parking, clean rooms and the gym is great. This is my go to everytime.

I was up in this part of town for a friend's bar mitzvah and didnt want to drive back and forth to the valley, as there was a long break in the day between the ceremony and the party. i found this hotel bc it was close to the venue that night. Check in was easy. Room was a little dirty, hair on the bathroom floor, stains, etc. Bed was fine. Overall, ok for a pit stop.

There was a little mold growing on the bathroom window by day 3, likely due to the lack of an exhaust fan. The "free" breakfast was either $30 or various prices from the restaurant menu. Couldn't put the sign out on the door for "no housekeeping" because it was too windy. I asked the front desk to please take me off the list so I didn't have to worry about it - still had housekeeping every day. The free bottled water in the room was a plus, and the welcome cookie nut-free option was good. Bed was comfortable enough, and almost everything was very clean. The chair and ottoman in the room were probably the most comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The property itself is rather nice. Pros: clean, modern, efficient check in and check out, courteous front desk staff, free parking. Cons: coffee service in room did not include creamer nor sugar (assuming housekeeping forgot), the road noise was unreal (it appears that the locals like loud mufflers and to drive really fast in a 40 mph zone - basically it sounded like a drag race until mid-night. Ask for a room away from the road. ) Otherwise , a nice place.

My stay was good. It's a convenient location for me. The beds are not the most comfortable things. Could be much better. Thanks again to the maintenance guys. I bring my Amazon Fire stick and the TV's are mounted to the wall and don't swivel from the wall so it's a pain trying the plug it the port in the back. So I'll ask them to come do it for me so I don't break the TV trying. I go to the restaurant and get a couple coffees every morning and the person on staff is always nice.

I had a good stay this trip. Staff is nice. Room was nice. Only had one issue. When I tried to use my Amazon Firestick it pops-up a splash screen, like when you try to connect a laptop to their wifi, which you have to agree to their terms before it connects to the internet. Not a problem with a laptop but on ther TV it wouldn't load the page so I called the front desk who put me in touch with tech support. They had to add my Firestick MAC address to their firewall to make it work. Took a little time but it eventually worked. Oh, maybe two issues. The wifi speed is terrible. I think I was getting about 10 to 12Mbps so you may get some buffering.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were extremely helpful when our first room has an ant problem. They moved us to a much bigger room within the same day. The facilities were clean and comfortable and the housekeeping was outstanding. It was a convenient location overall.

We stayed overnight f for a graduation . The hotel is nice modernly art deco decorated . The rooms spacious and beds comfortable . Nice shower but drains were slow draining . Only issue I had which was a big one . I went to my car at 7 am to get something My card wouldn’t let me in the front door . I got in and went to my room the card wouldn’t work here either . I go to the desk I explain my card doesn’t work . The desk clerk asks the room and my name then hesitate then asks for my Id well It’s in the room I’m locked out of . Basically said she said without that she couldn’t do anything . I get security but my son was in the shower and I’m locked out . I grabbed the card and said I’ll go bang . Thankfully I wasn’t alone because I wouldn’t been stuck in the hallway would have missed my daughters graduation and all that . That would keep me from staying there again . It was 7 am and I was in pajamas holding a room key !!!! I was not a happy customer

Staff at reception can be very helpful at check-in to annoying (=snob) at check-out. No middle point. For a $200+/room/night hotel I would expect a bit more customer oriented service (being snob is a thing of the past)....Also, please replace the bread toaster at the breakfast/dining, for the money the hotel makes, the customer would expect a clean toaster, at least functional.

My room was very quiet. Country Deli restaurant across the street was walkable and excellent food. Also a Starbucks in same area and other restaurants on all corners. Buffet breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Bedding was nice and comfortable. Towels were thick but a little scratchy. Overall experience was very good.

It can be very difficult to find a good hotel in the Porter Ranch area, and I was lucky to find the Radisson. The service was outstanding, both at the front desk, and in the restaurant. The Caprese Restaurant in the hotel is excellent; I ate meals at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We particularly enjoyed the salmon a la limon (I think was the name). I expect to return.

Stayed from July 2-5,2026. I must say room was very spacious, neat , clean and no funky smell. Check in & check out was swift, staff were friendly & helpful. Daily we were given fresh towels and cleaned our room as well. Lobby is big, & vibe was nice. Ton of parking , space is not tight & feels safe. We didn’t avail of their breakfast as we have to head out early during our stay. But used the common microwave which was clean & maintained (no food smell). Place is peaceful and quiet. There’s a nearby by Starbucks & 10mins drive to a nice “shopping center” where is is WholeFoods, Walmart Supercenter etc We highly recommend this place and we would choose this again on our next trip to LA.

The metal spring beds are so uncomfortable. Staff was mediocre. Located near a busy street and walls are super thin. Called maintanence a few times for chirping smoke detectors with low battery and the shower drain backed up. Their idea of a junior suite is just a longer room. Carpets stacked overlapping under the beds were filthy! Would not recommend.
