Parking is a bit tricky, not many spaces available on the main property, you need to go back out on to another street to park, this extra space looks sketchy after 8pm. Window to my second floor room wouldn’t lock properly.

Holiday Inn can improve the condition of their carpets in the hallway next to the room (it was smelling). They can also improve the condition of their exercise room by doing the following: 1) Provide cleaning wipes, 2) Provide yoga mats for doing stretching exercises on the floor, 3) improve ventilation in the room (since the room had a musty smell).

Check in was quick and easy. Parking was tight, but available, and we didn't arrive until midnight. Beds were comfortable. Mini fridge, microwave and keureg coffee maker. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. I would definitely stay again.

The property was in a convenient location for us, had nice hot and cold food, parking was okay; staff were excellent. The jacuzzi and pool were a reasonable size. Unfortunately the main downside was that one of our beds had bed bugs, we realized when it was too late; as we attributed it to the heat and how our bodies were reacting to it. So a tip for folks, is to report this early to the hotel; even if you're unsure!

The staff is great however I did not end up staying because the conditions of the room were not hospitable. I was given a very filthy that smelt awful and was not unhygienic. There was a strong odor of fecal matter and cigarettes on nearly all the fabric surfaces, a moldy smelling air conditioning unit and some blood stained bed sheets. Got out of there as quick as I could.

This hotel is new and hence in an overall good condition. However: * The floors are very squeaky - you will hear people walking above you and near your room (even normal walking). * The A/C is very loud. Probably just the cheapest model to check the A/C mark, but it is impossible to sleep with the A/C on.

Breakfast was not great. The room was clean but was so noisy! I was not able to sleep as there was a bar next door. It felt like people was talking to me. There should be some sound proofing! Uncomfortable stay due to night time noise throughout the night. Not great for an IHG chain hotel!

The hotel charged us an "early check fee" of $50 that was not disclosed during booking. I have stayed at these properties previously and we have never been charged this fee there, or any other hotel. I would not stay again for this reason. The front desk staff was rude as I inquired about it and cut me off while I was talking.

The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The property itself is located in what looks like an industrial area - next to a U-Haul truck rental. The parking space is very tight, and I had a hard time maneuvering my small SUV. The night we checked in, we heard a police chopper and a few cop cars chasing/arresting someone near the property. The property has two buildings, but laundry facility is available only in 1 building, so I had to walk over to the other building a few times to do my laundry. Breakfast area is small but the spread was good. Overall, the hotel is ok, but is expensive for the value it offers compared to another hotel we stayed at in LA.

This is my 2nd week long visit to this property and it did not disappoint. The room is spacious, modern and clean with daily housekeeping doing a great job. The breakfast is one of the best I have had a hotel. Parking is easy and convenient. I will definitely be returning.
