Stay was ok. I've stayed here many times. Spacious. Like an apartment. Said they upgraded but the only thing I noticed that was upgraded was the front lobby/breakfast area. They may have put it new carpet. The parking is still terrible. The spots are small and a lot of company trucks that don't fit inside the lines so it's pretty cramped. Oh yeah, they now charge $5 a day to park as well.

I think it was very quiet. The only thing I need to say is the bed in the one bedroom suite is really not a queen sized bed, but rather a full sized bed. Also, I think the pool and hot tub look a little old. Otherwise, the staff was very responsive and kind. Breakfast was pretty good. I would be back.

We loved our stay here. The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The only downfall was the parking (and no elevators). The parking spots were small and we got there late so there werent too many spots to choose from. Overall, those were minor things that didnt hinder our experience. We would definitley stay here again.

Absolutely loved the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. Very comfortable and spacious. Easy parking. Enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi and awesome buffet breakfast in the morning.

I was surprised to find the hotel in the location it was, but it was a good location close to businesses. It was a delightful hotel with very nice suites. The staff was friendly and they offered breakfast in the lobby although the rooms have kitchen. Nice outdoor patio ,bbq pool area.

Do your research! This hotel has ZERO elevators. Our 2BR suite had 2 bathrooms and was super spacious but being on the 3rd floor was rough for luggage and baseball gear to be hauled up and down. Parking is very limited and tight. Hotel has ONE bbq grill in a very nice patio setting. Pool a bit small. Nice lobby/breakfast area. Make sure you ask for sofa sleeper bedding at check in cause night clerk was a little annoyed we asked him for a set.

It was a nice and cozy room, enough space for me and my family. I love that there’s an area for dogs, my skorkie enjoyed herself. Laundry facility was clean and convenient. The dining area is clean and spacious.

The hotel was remodeling so much of the hotel was unusable ( there was no lobby) . My favorite part of the hotel was the room. It had a separate living room, kitchen, bedroom, closet & bathroom. One of the best spacious hotel rooms I have stayed in. I was on the 2nd floor & there was no elevator but staff was gracious enough to carry my bags. I had my dog with me & it was perfect for us. They had a breakfast but during the week it ended early (8:30), there was a lot of noise from rooms adjacent to me. Kids running & slamming doors. Noise from construction & garbage trucks. Multiple outdoor garbage cans were overflowing with garbage spilling out on the ground. Staff was also kind enough to bring me ice. I was not happy that i did not get maid service despite requesting it from the maid staff.

Our check in was quick. The front desk lady we got the pleasure of checking in was super friendly. She had an inviting aura about her. This lady was working Friday 04/26/24 around 5-6pm. I’m sorry we forgot your name. She accommodated our request of a bottom floor plan because I explained we have active little ones and wanted to avoid complaints of them being too loud or too stompy. We liked the 2 bedroom suite; however, one of the rooms had bedsheets with blood stains on it. I was not happy about that. The rugs need some steam cleaning because my kids were playing around barefooted and by the end of the night, their feet were extremely dirty! Other than the bed sheets and dirty carpeting, it was overall quiet. The televisions could do some updating as well because it only had so much channels and no apps like Netflix or Prime Video for my family to be able to relax and watch a good movie by the end of the night. Amenities were super. Plates, cups, utensils, knives. We only cooked one night so not much to say there. Pool was heated as well so my daughter loved it, of course.

Sonesta Suites are wonderful. We have stayed there several times. However; the room had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke. We are non-smokers. The room was a non-smoking room and should have been aired out for a few days before allowing non-smoking guests in. We appreciate that we were given a free room upgrade, but would have rather had a smaller room without a smell.

Pleasantly surprised by this suite hotel. Our family of 4 stayed in a 3-room suite (1 king, 1 queen, living room + kitchen). There was lots of room for all of us, the beds and bathrooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good, and they made sure there was enough food - especially as the hotel was also full of teenage boys at a basketball tournament!

The room was very spacious, front desk was super friendly, and house keeping is wonderfully fast when you need things. The room had extra pillows in the closet area and the kitchen was decently equiped (though the blades need some sharpening). Some cons were the water took quiet a bit to get hot, maybe because it was a holiday weekend. You can also hear the people in the rooms above you stomping around and the T.V. (which I like to use as a distraction while getting the bath ready for a toddler) didn't allow any casting and had barely any channels.

Walls are super thin. You can hear loud rushing water whenever someone is showering in the rooms above you. People upstairs jumped up and down and ran all night long. We called front desk 3 times a d nothing was done. Hardly got any sleep.

Stayed here on a whim. The furniture is run down, ripped sofa, chairs with clear wear marks. Old tvs. We picked this place because we wanted a washing machine, It didn't work too well washing the baby bottles. Thankfully The sink worked. I probably won't return here.

The girl at check in (9 at night due to delayed flight) was terrific. My room is up on third floor 2 flights of stairs! They should let you know as no elevator! Room a tad outdated. Needs more plugs and charging ports. Clean and comfortable. 2 TV's! Nice kitchenette with paper towels, cups, plates, etc. Breakfast was adequate. Eggs, yogurt, muffins. Parking was crowded but able to find spots especially in back. They make you get a permit for the car. Easy access at two major cross streets.

The property was fine. The couch was not very comfortable, and the tub/shower drained slowly. It was also very noisy- there's a train not far away which ran by at night, we could easily hear people talking in the pool area, and it was very loud when people above us were walking around and when the people next door checked out and housekeeping was vacuuming. The showers and toilets were also very loud, even when they were used in rooms above and adjacent to us. Aside from the noisiness it was a nice place. It was convenient and pretty clean.

Well staying here me and my partner were asleep and we were woken up abruptly by maintenance coming in the front door, no knock no courtesy phone call, after telling maintenance that we were there he still asked if he could come in that it would be quick. I called to asked the front desk if this was a standard procedure. They apologized and said they would speak with maintenance supervisor, unfortunately after that we just felt uncomfortable and uneasy about our stay.

I have been here for two weeks. I haven't ever been made to feel this comfortable in a hotel stay before. The staff maintains a well above average disposition on hospitality. The cleaning assistants, and staff are available to help facilitate your comfort 24 hours a day. And they do it with a smile.

Krista was not only extremely kind, warm and welcoming at check-in, as she continually displayed a very exceptional attitude with each and every subsequent interaction we shared. The other Christa was also very nice and seemed to do her best to accommodate my requests. I will definitely stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay at Sonesta in Chatsworth. Very convenient location to visit family throughout the San Fernando Valley and attend a wedding in Simi Valley. We were happy to enjoy the pool and the breakfast. The property's courtyard is pretty. The room's kitchen and living room were wonderful. A few things they can improve on: The bed is described as a queen size but it felt small, more like a full size. The breakfast food was great but things were runing out quickly. On weekends they start breakfast at 7:30 and a lot of guests were waiting, so it would be nice if they started at 6:30 or 7:00 instead. They also are not well equipped to handle the volume of guests that come for breakfast. Sitting space was tight, food line was long and items were running out. They have an automatic pancake making machine that seems like a cool concept but was very slow and would run out of batter frequently, causing big lines.

Smooth check in. Clean rooms. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. Stayed here after a visit to the Reagan library and ended staying another night. Hiked at garden of the gods and looking forward to coming back to hike at stoney peaks. Great breakfast and very nice neighborhood. Very family oriented.

Convenient location for my itinerary. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Quiet property. The suite was super clean and comfortable. With kitchenette including normal fridge size so we didn’t have to spend hundreds on restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was professional and courteous. The property is in a quiet residential area wirh fast access to food and shopping. Our room was VERY clean. The only problem we had was a door crooked on the hinges that caused it not to close, but maintenence fixed it the very next morning. The free breakfast was great for feeding our vacationing family before we started our day. This stay cemented Sonesta as a preferred brand for my family when we travel.

This is the best value for the money of any hotel I have stayed at in the last year. Felt like I had my own small apt. Great bed and bedding. Lots of room amenities such as coffee pot, toaster, utensils, plates, cups, cookware. Salt/pepper. Icemaker in freezer. Great pool area. Great breakfast. Very welcoming staff.
