Big 7 Motel Chula Vista I-5

Nearby shops. Unfortunately it was not clean. Floors were sticky and all furniture was very dirty including the bedroom mirror and remote control. The walls and doors were also dirty. All it takes is a little bit of elbow grease to fix the issue. Good thing was that the staff was nice.

Loud at night , the room was run down, dirty microwave, will never stay here again. They truly need to clean the rooms better .

When I got to the hotel they said I did not have a room so I had no room for that weekend

First of all there is no phone to access the front desk in case of emergency...then the couple next door were hollering and fighting all night long and into the morning but of course there was no phone to call the front desk and report them...and then there was the paper comforter and no spare blanket so I had to sleep with the heater on all night long...all in all I had a terrible nights sleep...glad I only booked on night.
