Convenient stay but was full of mosquitoes. The Jacuzzi was not working. Area around was kinda sketchy too

Had to move rooms from 4th floor to first floor both rooms had the same issue. Pros: updated flooring love tile floor makes it easier to clean than carpet. Love the faucet was beautiful. Cons: walls were dirty and had stains. Back of the bathroom door was also disgusting had dirty spots. Tile floors were dirty and had spots didn’t look like it was mopped. Table had crumbs. Elevator did not work going to the fourth floor. It stopped at the floor the doors did not open than it went down very slowly to the 3rd floor doors did not open. We had to wait until the doors decided to open and no call button on the elevator. Overall will not be returning to this hotel it is run down even through it looks updated. Rooms are not clean properly.

The parking is very tight, and when we tried to back out of the spot we were blocked. The front desk immediately contacted the car blocking us and took care of the minor delay. The staff is friendly and responsive. It's a very pleasant hotel!!

Hot tub didn’t work

This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a Wyndham property. I travel frequently for work and normally like this chain because it's affordable and dependable. Not at this location. The rooms were relatively clean. There was hair on my toilet seat, long and short, and stains on the bedding and towels. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable and the room reaked of some kind of cleaner. I had to leave the door and window open to let it air out for a couple of hours to even stand to be in there. Other than that, the room did seem to be pretty clean so I chose to look past those things. However, the pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting. When I asked when the last time they were cleaned I was told by the manager that they were cleaned on Saturday. This was on a Monday. There were piles of dirt on the bottom of the pool and hot tub, and the hot tub had green water. They advertise that there is free breakfast and when I went down in the morning I was told that there wouldn't be any breakfast until "maybe sometime next week". After all of that, I canceled the remaining days of my stay and got a refund. While going back and forth with the manager about all of this he told me that if I wanted any additional information about the cleaning of the pool and hot tub I would have to call the police and they must request it. Are you serious? Call the police? There is no way this place would pass health code and I have contacted the health department and reported them.

There was a razor blade in the hot tub along with a rock from the landscaping

The whole day o planed with the pool and jacuzzi for my nice and grandson but it was close

I let them know I'm permanently disabled and asked for a bottom floor. They said it didn't matter because they have an elevator and put me on the highest floor (4th). Well couple of hours after check in and the elevator stopped working. They said sorry out of order, and i was supposed to figure out how to get up to the fourth floor. Very disappointed in this service. Also says breakfast included but there is no breakfast only coffee.

Decent hotel. Would recommend. Breakfast was decent. I gave 4 stars because seems like not enough parking for the amount of rooms.

We specifically got this hotel for the jacuzzi and when we got there, they said it was under maintenance. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The property was super dirty, the room was in terrible conditions, floors were dirty, bathtub had hair. Terrible. It was late and I couldn’t find another place to stay at. And they had no other rooms available when asked to change rooms.

Not at all in photos, area felt unsafe, dirty stain sheets but the staff was friendly and understandable.

My kids & I came to town for a soccer tournament, we stayed for 1 night. My impressions were that the surroundings & the property were ran down, the parking spots were limited & very small. We were put on the third floor & had to use the stairs to walk up to our room, the stairs smelled of smoke, pee, & was filthy (there were trash everywhere & looked to be like drops of blood). As for the room, the door bolt was broken & barely hanging onto the wall (being that I am supposed to spend the night in this room, with my two young children, in a strange & unfamiliar city, I was worried about the safety of my family). The floors of my room were sticky & had strands of hair all over. Every table top had cigarette burns (this is supposed to be a strict, smoke free establishment). The bed headboards had sticky residue. There were strands of hair on the beds. The bathroom was okay, aside from the cracked bath tub & cigarette burns on the toilet seat. The remote control to our room was nowhere to be found & the hairdryer was not working. On the plus side, the AC unit worked amazingly! Until it didn’t.. My family fell asleep at 10pm, (I left the bathroom light on as a nightlight for my kids). I was awakened at 12am by loud running footsteps & music from the room above ours. I opened my eyes & our room was pitched black & the AC off. THE POWER WENT OUT! I tried to contact the front desk for 30 mins & nothing, finally the power came back on. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again.

When we arrived check in was normal , got the room key. Soon parking and walking to the door there was a lady and her baby outside the door with all her belongings. We entered the room it was not clean , we then went back to the front desk he gave us another room that smelled like pure bleach. I had to put a towel down to take a shower if I didn’t have two kids and a baby I would have checked out that same night and went else where. There is no breakfast provided at the hotel for free or for a few, I over heard the front desk tell another guest it was due to maintenance. They only offered coffee which nobody mentioned until after we waited for a while

Floors were so dirty, they turned our socks & feet black in a matter of minutes.

Please do not stay at this Days Inn. It was absolutely disgusting from the grounds, to the pool. There were cigarette butts and trash all over the entire Hotel lot. There was a giant clump of hair floating in the pool. Our room was on the 4th floor. As soon as we got in it I went to lock the door and realized that the latch was broken. The floor was disgusting and dirty and left our feet black. The pillows were rock hard on the bed. There was dirt and debris down both sides of the chair in our room. The shower spout was broken. There were cigarette Burns all over the top of the furniture and brown stains on the walls. It was completely not safe and very unsanitary.

I got there and the room they gave me was filthy to say the least. The bed was not made, the sheets were on the floor. The bathroom smelled like a homeless. There was old food in the trash can. I went back to get a new room because mine had clearly not been cleaned and the guy made me wait outside in the cold while he looked for another one 😭

The room was extremely dirty and weirdly situated for the family suite. The pictures on the website don’t even look remotely the same as it does in person. We could hear the people above us all night long and got barely any sleep and barely stayed at the hotel during the day at all because it was so gross. Never staying here again.

Floor was for dirty, appliances rusty. Appeared to had a dog or cat die to furniture having claw marks in the chairs. Unknown if it was blood or hair dye on the table. The floor was sticky like they moped with just soap and no water. Stayed for two nights and room service never came by to restock towels and make the beds.

Rooms smelled like marijuana, roaches in the rooms.

Bad Air conditioning, no heat

Internet was great, staff were great, food places nearby, and freeways!

Property was overall good for the price point and free on-site parking compared to others. I had a room facing the pool and it was extremely noisy until about 10pm. I heard someone complain regarding the noise and the front desk changed their room immediately.

The room was not close to what we saw in the pictures, we didnt have lamps on the bed and the room had only 1 roof light that was really far from the bed.

Outlets were out, refrigerator didn’t work.

Overpaid, for sweet. All I heard was traffic right outside my window. It sounded like people were running a marathon above me. And I found like three mosquitoes in my room.

room 405 has a window by front door that needs additional curtain. you can easily see in with the curtains currently being used

The housekeeping at this place is terrible. Had to send towels everyday to get washed so from 11 am till 4pm we had no towels. They never did housekeeping in the 4 days we stayed there. Had to always ask for toilet paper and towels. Will never return here.

Friendly staff

Service was terrible bad hospitality, will never stay there again . Got my money refunded went someplace else.

The parking is very tight, and when we tried to back out of the spot we were blocked. The front desk immediately contacted the car blocking us and took care of the minor delay. The staff is friendly and responsive. It's a very pleasant hotel!!

horrible check-in.We stood in the office & waited for someone 30 min. The girl that helped us was nice and helpful. We requested a 1st floor room because of bad knees on old people. We were given a room on the third floor. which we said was OK because of an elevator. they were evicting people who had an elevator full of things so after waiting about 20 min we finally took the stairs 3 floors. Our room was all the way at the end of the building so not only did we have to walk up the stairs. We had to go all the way to the very end of the building. They didn’t charge our card so they took and called us and asked us they said can we run it over the phone? We have the card on file and I said yes they told us it was declined. We went down and the manager told us our room was already paid for so we left and went to dinner. Got a call during dinner saying we never paid for our room and we’d have to come back in.when we got back from dinner, we went in, found out that the girl had switched our rooms and that was where the confusion was. remote didn’t work right and was no back over the batteries. The TV cut in and out and in and out the whole time, we never got to watch one program the whole time we were there. Got up the next am went to breakfast to stand outside waiting for 30 min to be told they don’t do breakfast. Last morn.went to leave and the door wouldn’t open. The deadbolt broke into the frame,we were trapped in the room. They sent maintenance,it took 1 1/2 hrs to get us out

The lobby attendant Prince was very polite and helpful in switching my rooms. And accommodating me with a Clean room with Clean blankets! Overall, the pillows were soft,The towels were soft. I had a pleasant sleep. I think the breakfast needs improvement, wasn’t up to standards when it says breakfast included, you would think it would actually be something a little better than a bowl of cereal and a small muffin.

The man at the front desk was rude to other costumers and me after I got my keys the first room was not cleaned the bed was a mess and there was stuff all over the counter I went back and told him he had an attitude and changed me to a new room the new room smelled really bad and the bathroom was so gross I couldn’t even shower I didn’t trust the bed because of how bad the room was so I had to use the blankets I had with me to lay so I could sleep because it was that bad all in all this place was horrible and not worth $90 it wouldn’t even be worth $50 in my opinion oh and then don’t offer the breakfast like they say they do

Prince who is the incharge of the night I checked in was very accommodating & professional. It was unfortunate that i have to change my reservation and Prince is quick enough to fix my concern and reservations.

Rooms were clean, beds comfy, location was perfect for our trip to 2 different attractions. The hotel is located Nextdoor to the best menudo and within walking distance to the best tacos. for the kids or picky eaters there’s chic-fil-a, McDonald’s, Starbucks. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us with our 3 rooms.

Nice clean property access to restaurants, freeway and gas stations

Homeless people in parking lot. Made us feel not so safe. I wondered if my car would be broken into. Recommend a security guard, since the area appears to be not safe. Also, the Name on the property was "RED ROOF", not "DAYS INN". Furniture in suite was too sparse. Nice decor but needed a table. Breakfast was ok, but real cream instead of powder junk would be better. Also, some fresh fruit

First off, the hotel itself appears to have been a nice hotel at one time, but after years of neglect and poor maintenance has seen better days. Furniture and finishings in the rooms were marred and stained, the door to the bathroom would stick so bad my 7YO felt trapped. The neighborhood is less than great. The firat night we were there, we got back to the hotel to find four police cars in the parking lot, there to arrest one of the residents of the hotel. Breakfast was less than appealing, a bowl of ceral and a muffin. Honestly, this place was sleazy, and I trusted that the Wyndham name would mean a nice place to stay, but it was less than satisfactory.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. It’s run down and seems there is people that have long term stay. It’s noisy and it doesn’t feel safe at all. To make it worse, as soon as I opened the door to the room, looked in and got the smell right away I closed it back and left. It smelled like they try to mask the strong cigarette smell with pine sol or some cleaner product. And the couch

The building is very dated from the exterior and looks a little intimidating at first. However the rooms where very clean and recently renovated. There is a lot of places to eat in walking distance which is very convenient. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff who checked us in were very patient and we had some issues with our credit card but it was eventually resolved. But the hotel breakfast was very poor, no eggs, milk or any meat, only have bread and coffea.

There was no free breakfast on the weekdays only on the weekends. The jaccuzzi was cold as the heat on it did not work at all. Terrible one day stay.

We chose this hotel due to the decent price and because they offer breakfast. That morning we were told they had no breakfast and only coffee! Not even creamers. The rooms had a coffee maker but no cups. Really disappointed we were not told before our stay so we could have looked for another place to stay. Very inconvenient and disappointing

The WiFi was spotty so some channels kept freezing. When I was booking it said that they offer breakfast but when I went they were only offering coffee

The stay was very good and actually better than I expected. The only thing I didn’t like was the continental breakfast, which lacks of the basics. No milk, the juice machine wasn’t working, no sugar for coffee, no cereals at all, etc.

As advertised online via hotels.com, complimentary breakfast available for each stay. During the duration of the 2 nights stay, no breakfast was offered except coffee. If breakfast is not available, online advertisement should be honest if no breakfast is available. This should be corrected so guests will not be surprised. If known, would have searched for another hotel who provides complimentary breakfast.

We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and breakfast before headed out for our zoo day. The hot tub was under maintenance and the breakfast quite literally was bread and mini yogurt cups. No coffee and no juice. Absolute waste of money. Also, you can hear every single person walking out front outside the rooms so don’t book here if you want good sleep, a relaxing hot tub, or breakfast.
