The room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was nonexistent. There were no plates or napkins couldn’t find any juices. Most of the food offerings were well picked over. A little more attention on the free breakfast would go a long way for a higher evaluation.

My only complaint was they were doing some very loud work on the roof right above our room and it went on for hours. I had to call twice to see if they could stop. It would be smart not to rent rooms if you’re doing construction above them. Aside from that, we had a great stay and we’ll definitely be back.

My stay was fine, The room was nice. However, the fact that I was charged $10/night + tax to have a fridge in the room shocked me, since all of the hotel rooms which I have stayed at over the past 30 years have had one, already included and no extra cost. That was a huge "turn-off", and the Rambler should consider putting an end to that practice. The breakfast is unbelievably basic as well. Be prepared to dish out $4-$10 for eggs and/or other proteins at the restaurant right beside the free breakfast area, if that is something that you're accustomed to, at other free breakfast hotels. The Rambler does have a very nice pen in the room that you can take with you as a souvenir when you leave.

Stayed 1 night

The A/C was terrible, and we spent a very hot and uncomfortable night because the room never cooled down properly. To make matters worse, the “included breakfast” was already gone when we arrived at 8:48 AM. Even based on what little we saw, the breakfast was extremely basic and disappointing. Overall, between the poor air conditioning and the breakfast situation, the stay was far from comfortable and did not meet our expectations.
