The hotel is conveniently located near a Walmart and a shopping plaza as well near a freeway. It wasn’t fancy but clean and decent. Oh…and had a great outdoor jacuzzi!

The pool area was closed throughout my stay. I have 3 kids who had nothing else to do but pass time in the lobby since the pool was closed. Also, there was a lot of hair in the shower/ tub. Found a few stains on the white, down comforter .

It is nestled within several large commercial areas, and is a bit hard to find. The pool and spa were unavailable, and there was zero drink, food, or anything else for purchase on site. The complimentary breakfast was average, but always a nice amenity.

Web site says they have EV Chargers. We downloaded the app and spent an hour trying to get it to work. Never did work. We had planned on using it as we were traveling a long distance. If you’re going to have an amenity make sure that they are in working order. It was a huge frustration and complication for us on this trip.

It was a very nice hotel. Only thing was the pool was not that cleaned and there were people having a rehab session in the pool so we couldn’t really swim. The hot tub didn’t work either. But other than that it was a nice hotel and the rooms were big.

Checked in around 9:30pm. And around 12:00am I noticed there was roaches in my room. I killed 4 and 2 got away. I packed my stuff and went to front desk to get a full refund. I only got a 1 night refund and I bought 2 nights. Stayed less than 3 hours….very disappointed!!!

Meh ! Not what I thought it would be. While the staff was pleasant the room was not. It smelled moldy so we slept with the windows open. Then it was yellow stains on the floor tile behind the closet and the actual toilet lids were not cleaned thoroughly.

We had to check in due to bad weather. We were driving from LAX to Poway. When I checked in I asked how much a room was and then tried to show how much it was on hotels.com but he wouldn’t match the price and then he told me it take 30+ minutes for their computers to get reservations from hotels.com. I was traveling with myself, 12 yr old who’s autistic and a 2 yr old. So frustrated and exhausted. Then the TV didn’t work in the room, the front desk person wouldn’t even come up to the room to check it. I check the wall and it was plugged in, she said maybe the remote so I got a new remote and it still didn’t work. Thankfully there was Wi-Fi so I could use my iPad as a TV. When I called down and told her she told me there was nothing she could do. Didn’t offer a new room or discount. It’s really hard to travel with kids and no tv.

The stay was great but the bed was a bit too firm for me and our room was on the freeway side so it was pretty noisy. Not a good nights rest. Overall I would stay again and maybe try a queen bed and get a room opposite of the road noise.

Great value for a short stay. Their breakfast is excellent freshly prepared food. Staff is friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, on both stays i cant say i care for their mattress, pillows are either too soft or too firm. Wish this would improve, but overall i enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Our first room had a weird smell. We went to the front desk and they happily changed our room. The gal was awesome! The room was a good size. It was neat and clean. The room just had a refrigerator no microwave. It had a coffee maker also. The breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. Also french toast,cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and pastries and bread for toast. We would definitely stay again. Actually its the second time we've stayed here. Great hot tub and pool. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Plus a Walmart and a Costco.

I stayed at Ayres Hotel in Corona for a business trip and had a very disappointing experience. Lynn at the front desk was rude and unhelpful both at check-in and during a later interaction. She made me feel like I was bothering her by simply asking a question, even though the lobby was empty. My room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned—there was a stained towel with a long hair in it, which made me question the overall cleanliness. To top it off, I drank from the $4 water bottle provided in the room, and it tasted like tap water—possibly even refilled. When I brought this to Lynn’s attention, she still insisted on charging me. I asked to speak with the manager. After hiding in the back, Scott Smith finally came out and showed zero care or professionalism. He rudely told me I had to pay for the water since I drank from it, ignoring the fact that it may have been tampered with. We had two rooms and spent over $600 for just two nights. I travel often to Riverside/Corona and had hoped this would be a reliable hotel, but after this experience, I’ll never stay here again. Ayres has lost consistent business over $4—and I’ll be sure to share this experience with others.

Good breakfast with a variety of items to quickly start the dale with some fuel in the tank. Great pillows. Comfy bed. Right in the best area to get things and food for your trip. Best choice if you can spend the money while your loved one is in the hospital 5-10 minutes away.

Very welcoming and quiet stay with convenient location and family friendly environment. Staff are polite, checking in is easy and rooms are clean with plenty of supplied towels, shower hygene, a coffee machine and there's a mini fridge. Included is a legit breakfast with fresh cooked eggs, sausage and potatoes, and assortmentof either pancakes or french toast; plus all the ususal fruit, cereal, bagels, juice, milk, coffee; very impressive for the price.

This property is good to stay at. Has an excellent breakfast with eggs, sausage, French toast etc… Plenty of parking. Nice lobby with cold water dispensers. Lit fireplace is always a nice touch. I love the gym and it’s clean and quiet. Great equipment too. Staff is always helpful and friendly. We stayed for a week at this place. My only suggestion is to replace the carpet in the rooms. Has a muggy smell that won’t go away. Carpet is dark, was afraid to walk barefoot. Thankful we travel with slippers. All in all, it was a good stay. Plenty of great restaurants and variety nearby and walking distance. Hotel is right by the freeway too.

I think breakfast needs more variety of meat other than sausage links everyday. Children running around in rooms late at night upstairs and playing ball outside the window and hitting the window. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom that when the water filled up the tub the scum came out. The drain wasn't working properly. Room 110. Long strands of hair on the floor, somebody is shedding.

Needed to be up and out early for work and breakfast was counted on at 6:30am but it not ready which was disappointing. Delayed us 10-15 minutes which may be minimal to some but not when we were in a rush already. Should reconsider earlier breakfast hours for construction industry workers whom awake early hours and cannot utilize the free breakfast.

I've stayed here before, and the hotel has always been really nice. I gave only a four-star rating for the room this time, because I believe the room had an odor of urine, and the bathtub was a bit dirty The bed was a bit soft for my preference, but it was still comfortable. As stated before, I have stayed here previously, so I know this is uncommon for the two things I mentioned earlier. The breakfast is among the best I've had at any hotel. Freshly made pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juices etc much too much to name it all.
