Swimming pool was not clean, debris floating.

We chose this hotel for the gym and gym was not available even though it was not mentioned anywhere in hotel website! Also construction while there, very inconvenient walking through workers day amid night and listening to drills and hammers during a the day.

Very nice atmosphere. Staff was excellent. Great choices in the Bistro for breakfast.

Our stay was great, we had a lot of fun and spent time in the pool area. Having a bistro and coffee shop downstairs was amazing. Thank you

The property had a clean and spacious lobby. The woman who checked me is was professional and friendly. I was disappointed by the following: There was no complimentary coffee or water in the lobby. No breakfast was offered, other than items for purchase. There were no UCB ports in my room. The elyptical machine I used in the fitness center was old and quite noisy. The TV connected to the elyptical machine continuously froze. The Starbucks in the lobby did not use the Starbucks app. I will not stay in this hotel again. Instead, I will stay at the Hampton Inn, up the street. They have the amenities I've mentioned for the same price point.

Received an email the hotel is under construction the day of check in. Much too late to change hotels. Only 1 elevator working.

Excellent experience! Would recommend to family and friends… Front desk staff very friendly. Nicely located near fabulous restaurants. Only issue was ongoing construction to main entrance. Otherwise, excellent. Nice room, accommodated my request, adequate gym, safe, Free Wi Fi and free parking. Thank you so much and I would gladly do it again.

I really loved our king bedroom. There was a sofa, which was great to have for extra seating. We loved that there was a table on wheels tucked under the desk. Great to use while eating some dinner. My only complaint was that there was some construction on our floor. A crew was putting down new carpet in the hallway.

Love this property w free parking- the biggest perk for real! Room is nice and clean. Only that the pool water was muddy, I stayed 4 nights here but couldnt enjoy it, hope they clean it more often.

We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM on Friday night. While getting ready for bed around midnight, I noticed a large stain on the bed skirt and floor. Upon closer inspection, it became clear the stain was vomit. Since it wasn’t directly on the bed and we had to wake up early at 6 AM for a full day at Disneyland, we decided not to inform the front desk at that time. We knew they would likely ask us to move rooms, and repacking a family of four at that hour just wasn’t feasible. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. In addition to the vomit stain, we found other stains that appeared to be blood, dirty nightstand drawers, and debris on the comforter. The next day, we returned from Disneyland late, around midnight, and checked out of the hotel Sunday morning. At that point, we informed the front desk about the vomit stain. However, instead of apologizing, the representative questioned why we hadn’t reported it earlier, despite us explaining the inconvenience of moving rooms late at night. She said she’d escalate the matter to the manager, who would contact us the next day. It’s now been three days, and I haven’t heard back from anyone. My fiancé is currently staying at the same hotel for a work trip and tried to address the issue directly with the manager. Unfortunately, he was told that because we booked through Hotels.com, we need to resolve the issue through them. I’m upset by the lack of cleanliness and the poor customer service and hope this review helps others!

Everything was excellent except the lobby bathrooms. I took my 5 year old grandson into the lobby mens bathroom and when we opened two bathroom stalls there was feces in them. His first response was “this is disgusting!”I had to flush and clean one so he could use the toilet. He would have not made it to our room that is why I had to clean and flush. I looked around and the floor was dirty and it did not smell good in there. Our room was nice clean and quiet.

Great option with very clean room, didn't have any issues whatsoever with my stay. The only downside is that you have to specifically request the room to be cleaned, but when I did, the room was cleaned daily.

The hotel surroundings was nice, clean and felt safe. Inside the hotel was a different story. It's dirty, feels like very old property. There are bad smell everywhere. Elevator was smelling weeds or other substance all the time. Staff and maintenance services were not good. Twice they came to clean room and left without filling soap and shampoo. When called about that, no one came to take care of those.

Are was ok. Staff was friendly. There was no drinking water bottles in the room, when we asked the answer was they were only handed to Marriott members, and they gave us a couple (which was nice). The restroom was dirty with hairs in the bathtub.

DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 324. Room was dirty. Stains on Sofa. Stains on Carpet. Broken Phone Broken sink that had an odor coming from it. Mold and Mildew in the broken shower. Staff was great and understanding

This hotel is located in a convenient area. It includes complimentary parking and is adjacent to several restaurants for a quick bite. The hotel is very clean, has all the amenities you may need and the staff here are so amazing! Super friendly & accommodating front desk staff and attendants. I was so happy with this hotel I extended my stay. Highly recommend this hotel. I had a double queen bed room. It was clean, spacious and I had a view of the restaurants. Made it easy to decide when to head over, avoid the crowds.

The glass is not soundproof and it will be noisy when cars pass by.

Air conditioners are dated. Could here my neighbor thru the wall

Checked in after being at Disneyland all day - the room was clean and had a microwave/fridge which was a great. It was a bit of a drive from the park but it was well worth it considering how quiet the area seemed. Parking was easy and there were tons of spaces available! Would definitely stay here again

Our TV didn’t work the entire 5 days we were there. They tried to fix it but couldn’t. They said they would replace the TV but they never did. Not happy about that.

The room was okay. Pictures were on a shelf instead of the wall. The bed was way too firm, not very comfortable. It was clean and the hotel was quiet.

No issues, comfortable bed and Netflix streaming on the TV, AC worked great. Would stay again

Everything was good except for the air conditioner which rattled on the whole night through. It took me awhile to sleep.

Location makes it difficult to get into and out of the parking lot. The staff was polite when they had to be but indifferent or invisible otherwise. The "view" from the room was a rooftop walkway and a fence. The bathroom was small and oddly laid out. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. No breakfast service. They supposedly had a "bistro" but I didn't see one. Would not stay here again. Disappointed because Marriott used to be a high quality company.

We had to switch hotels at the last minute and Courtyard was helpful and quick and easy. We so appreciated having a clean, comfortable place to land after a very stressful day. The staff were so kind and helpful.

This property was perfect for a baseball weekend travel. The only downfall was the staff member that checked in. She was rude on several occasions and should not be in hospitality. It was obvious she was unhappy to be working.

Serena checked us in. She was friendly and efficient and very welcoming. All the staff were just terrific!

I had a truly memorable stay at the Marriott, with Quinn's exceptional service during check-in setting the tone for an enjoyable experience. The hotel lounge and decor were great, and the food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. Quinn's warm and efficient demeanor made me feel welcome, and their colleague's bartending skills were commendable. I highly recommend the Marriott for a fantastic hotel experience.

On the pricier side, but the advantage of that is it keeps the motel crowd away. Much nicer guests who are not up all night partying or kids running up and down the halls. Everything was clean. They could do with a free breakfast at this price, though. Staff were polite and overall very good. I will come here again.

Left my watch behind and no one helped to see if it was still in the room receptionist kept hanging up on me so i couldn't speak to anyone there. Bad service

My wife and I stay here pretty regularly but seems new front desk person I was not happy with. It was our anniversary weekend I know I booked a king room and when we got to the room there were 2 beds. I called down and she said thats what you booked. She was not honest I showed what I booked and then siad we are sold out thats all we have for you. So going forward I may rethink our stay here anymore!

Great location. 15 minutes to Disneyland. 30 minutes to Universal. Walkable dining locations. Staff was very friendly. Good sized room. Great value.

Customer service was poor. Could not find anyone to help. Always in back office. Room was not serviced on weekend due to only 1 housekeeper for entire hotel. Asked several times. Toilet never cleaned. Coffee and bar not open at needed times. No everyday breakfast. Will not return.

I would have given an overall 5 star except for the water coming out of the sink smelled like sulfur or something. I reported it to the front desk. They gave us additional bottled water to brush our teeth. I was disappointed that they don't offer free breakfast like all the other Marriotts.

I like that it was quiet and clean. I did not like that the cafe only open from 6tp 9 am for breakfast or coffee, most hotels have a free coffee bar for their guest. Had to leave the property for decent cup of coffee , the coffee maker in room only had decaf packs of coffee

It is a nice place for us to stay. We have travel to this place 3 time in one year from Idaho. Love the coffee and breakfast is the morning and drinks at night.

People were nice but no free breakfast or coffee or tea. Just have a pot on the lobby! Also the fire alarms went off multiple times while we were there including twice in the middle of the night!

Everything about this property was great, except for the food. The staff was excellent. The room was perfect. The food at the restaurant was terrible.

water pressure in shower was nonexistent, water from sink smelled badly, like treated sewer water. Air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off. "free breakfast" was falsely advertised. Hidden extra fees were added at check in
