The pool was awesome. Nobody was there when we used it. It’s about the size of a residential swimming pool. Hot tub right beside the pool. It was wonderful to have it all to ourselves. If you stay here, hope you are as lucky as us to have it all to yourselves.

I booked this for a quick getaway, mostly based on location and the intended use of the jacuzzi/kitchenette. The hotel was good overall, except upon arrival we found out the pool/jacuzzi was closed. The front desk person said they updated thier website, but i could not find it when I looked again. Also, parking is $7 (I'm assuming per night) which I could not find disclosed on the website. Its a fine hotel, and we would have been fully satisfied if the pool area was open....this was one of the main reasons we paid more for this hotel rather than others in the area without the Jacuzzi.

Was here for a music festival. Hotel was amazing! Rooms were spacious and very nicely laid out. Beds were super comfortable and I loved having the convenience of a kitchen in my room! The best part is that there were guest laundry services so I was able to do a load of laundry during my stay. Oh and the rainfall showerhead in the walk in shower was awesome!

Overall I would give it 3.5 stars simply because of the parking fee and for the fact that they would not accept the card the reservation was made on. The $10 parking fee tells me that the property is just milking money from its bookings. Price it in your pricing not nickel and dime the client, this is bad all around.

Everything is ok except that the the pool and sauna or jacuzzi is under renovation. So their is no amenities. I hope the give discount because there is no amenities.

-Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were easy to sleep in but not great for my back. It’s impossible for please everyone with a bed’s firmness of course. -The gym was nice, and had a water dispenser and sweat towels for use there. There was no upright-style exercise bicycle, only a recumbent bike and a spinning bike. - Breakfast was very good, with coffee/tea, a rice and miso broth bar, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, pancakes sausage, eggs, and toast.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Mold around shower and windows. Baseboards had coffee stains and dust. Would have asked for another room, but was told at check in that they were completely booked.

It was conveniently located in the safe neighborhood. The room was very clean and the front desk staff were super nice. Spacious parking, and my daughter really enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Will definitely visit here again!

Overall it was mediocre. Out shower was really gross and the HVAC system in the room was really loud. The staff was really nice though and provided excellent service at the front desk. We stayed at another hotel around the area that was much nicer albeit it cost a little bit more.

I've stayed in Hyatt Houses in other parts of CA, and they were very modern and spacious. This on the other hand was the complete opposite. I don't think I've ever stayed in such a small room. You had to close the bathroom door in order to enter the room. This room did not look like it had been updated in the past 10 years. There are no USB ports anywhere, which I've just grown accustomed to as standard now. It was a clean room so it was fine overall, would not pick it again though if I'm ever in the area. And just on a weird side note: I'm not sure who decided that the best place to put the towel rack of new towels is inside the shower?

Very nice hotel at that level of the market. Room clean and spacious. Breakfast provided very typical at this level. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Shower slightly odd set-up as you needed to be in it to turn it on. Very nice outdoor area and pool area, very much enjoyed my time there. Sadly to finish on a down note the Internet access varied from poor to non-existent, which really means a return unlikely, as when travelling you become very reliant of decent Internet access given data roaming costs.

The hotel was in a nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping and convenient to Knotts Berry Farm. The rooms were spacious with full kitchens. Free breakfast buffet was decent, not great but average typical fare. Friendly staff. I thought the rooms and common areas could have been a tad cleaner and the dark decor and carpeting made it look dirty and a bit spooky at times. Hated the shower set up where you couldn't access the faucet without getting drenched first. Horrible design. Overall stay was decent for us.

We had a 6 night stay at this hotel for work/personal. I had requested a high floor option a day prior to checkout. However the hotel was full and this request was denied while check in. I have no issues with that. While checking in, the person at the front desk one Mr Douglass (really nice person) did give me the option of a higher floor the next day onwards. However when i approached the reception the next day the lady there (Michelle) was not very welcoming. She asked me to come back the next day and kept telling me 'I'll see what i can do' in the most rudest tone. I never went back to them with any requests after that. We just finished our stay quietly and got out of there after our 6 nights. But one thing is for sure. We are never going back there again! My question to Michele would be 'Shouldn't hospitality be your first virtue in the hospitality industry?'

Check in was kind of a pain. I requested a lower floor room but was given a room on the second floor. The guy offered me a room with one king bed on the first floor but I needed 2 beds. He was concerned about us being on the second floor with our dog. I saw plenty of people getting into the elevator with dogs. Check-in took longer than it should have. Room was clean and very nice. I was impressed.

Our ceiling was leaking water and the front desk was not pleasant when I simply called to ask for a bucket. No one offered to make things better or offer service in any way. I didn't ask to be moved rooms or make any demanding requests, yet I was treated brusquely. The hotel is nice, but the customer service representatives and front desk staff were definitely lacking any sense of helpfulness or friendliness. Definitely a disappointment.

Absolutely perfect stay: The entire team is incredibly warm & thoughtful & it's representative of great leadership from their management team. We noticed that the front desk reps are always attentive & allowed to read books in their downtime which we thought was INCREDIBLE. Giving future leaders of hospitality, or any respective industry, an opportunity to better themselves shows implicit trust in that staff & deservedly so. The department that prepared breakfast always welcomed our family with a smile & a quick chat. Sylvia in housekeeping is an absolute gem that deserves to be recognized, along with her entire team, as they're truly the backbone of the property that allows the front desk & managers attend to their guest in a low stress environment. We think we found our future hotel for every vacation we plan to Anaheim.

Staff was great! They made check in a breeze. Breakfast was awesome. It was the first time we’ve seen a miso bar set up with rice. I thought it was a great touch. The room was clean and spacious. Definitely staying here again when in town.

I've stayed at Hyatt House Cypress 3x. I have no complaints re: the room & complimentary breakfast. I can't say the same about the confusion I experienced with the front desk staff during checkout on day after Xmas. I paid for the room when I booked it, but was charged a $200 deposit to my card when I checked in. The Mgr. suggested I charge it as Credit instead of Debit because he said debit takes longer to get your money back. I chose to charge it as Credit, but I couldn’t understand why debit took longer since it's like handing someone cash. When I checked out I asked the lady at the desk when the $186.00 balance would be credited back to my card. (I only spent $14.00 for parking). She said it wasn't actually charged to my card & should disappear within a few days. After I left, I called my bank & was told it was an actual "Pending" charge that had already been deducted from my account. I called the hotel & ended up talking to Christian, who told me I had no choice how it was charged to my card & he didn’t know when the money would be refunded. I asked for the number to the Corp office. When I called & explained the situation they transferred me back to the hotel & I got Christian again. I asked for the Corp number again & he rudely told me "I gave it to you when you called before & you even repeated it to me." That really made me mad. It's been 5 days since then & the charge is still on my account. I will not stay there again. My bank has suggested I dispute the charge.

I really like the location of the hotel, a mix of nice Residential and light industrial buildings. Overall a great area. There was an Applebee's directly next door so within a 3 minute walk. The property was very well maintained both exterior & interior. Staff was very accommodating & pleasant especially Trish. I appreciated the complementary breakfast which had scrambled eggs, jalenpeno scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, fruit, French toash & hot & cold cereal, coffee and an assortment of hot teas. My only discomfort was noise levels from a Pre-school directly behind the hotel. Luckily it was only from about 8-10am when the kiddos were outside playing. Despite that, I would definitely return.

I was overall satisfied with our stay. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. I do have to say for the brand though I did expect more of a comfortable bed. The suite was very spacious. It was a pretty quiet stay. The location was partly industrial and businesses close by. There was a Chili’s right next door.

Loved the hotel, it was really well located to everything, especially Disneyland which is just two turns away. The hotel has great facilities, mostly the laundry which was great for us. Overall would stay here again next time I am in California.

We were able to check in late. The staff late night was great! I felt safe walking to the hotel and leaving my car. It’s off the main road so it’s also pretty quiet. Breakfast was available in the morning (was busy) and included in our stay. We enjoyed our bagels and coffee on the go as we headed out to Disneyland each morning.

We have been coming to hotel for many years. (Even Before covid) one of the thing that made this hotel great was the Breakfast. It was one up compare to other hotels. But in the last year thos hotel Breakfast became basic and seems that they have down grade the food quality. Its a bummer because we really like this place.
