We were not told of any of the amenities. Stayed for 13 days and found out the day we checked out there was a daily breakfast. Pool is only big enough for small children. Found a roach in the room.

When we checked in we were informed that the water heater was broken and they were trying their best to fix it. It was fixed by the next day. Comfort beds, good price point, free parking. Microwave didn't work well and the floor was very dirty with dust...it was swept but could tell it was not mopped in a while.

Check in was quick and fast! They wanted cash for the deposit and although I had it --- there was an ATM just outside the office . . . wonder how much the fee was!? #justsayin The room showed a double couch --- ours was not! The shower pressure was not up to speed. The Continental breakfast was kinda weak! But our housekeeper was kind, smiling and efficient! Probably the best we have had in probably years. Would probably stay here in the future if needed . . .but the older clerk at the office needs to be move to facilities. He is not ready for customer relations, if ever!

The breakfast is only coffee and muffins and a bit of a cereal. A lot of parking and noise in the night.. the pool is 1 m x 1 m full of bugs. Very old building and very old rooms.

I stayed there with my family. The rooms were nice and clean. My only real complaint is the pool. It was cloudy and needed to be serviced. My husband is a pool technician so we know that they could be taking better care of the pool. Other than that, our stay there was nice and everyone was friendly.

We checked into our room and found out that nothing in the room was clean. Trash was still inside of the containers, covers were thrown off the bed and pillows were on the floor. Will not be staying at this establishment ever again.

Even though they say they are not a pet friendly hotel, there was hair all over the bed. When we pulled back the comforter and threw it on the floor, there was a toe nail clipping on top of the sheet. There were a few bugs, the “fitted sheet” was not fitted and kept slipping. The mattress was disgusting, stains and firm in only select places. I have pictures. Wish I could post them.

I checked into my room, two hours late I might add, and my bedding had holes in it and the sheets had makeup and hair all over them from the people who were staying in the room before me. How do you not change the sheets and did you not think I was going to see the foundation and concealer all over the WHITE sheets?? I understand this hotel is on the cheaper side, but it was still $100 plus a $50 deposit, I expect clean sheets at the very least. You could also tell the people who clean the rooms did not use any disinfectant to clean the shower, toilet and sink area. As far as comfort goes, the bed wasn’t that bad and the pillows were comfortable. Another note, the walls are extremely thin I could hear the people next to me talking all night through the door that was inside our room.

Lock on door was broken. Bathroom was dirty and beyond tiny. I didn’t stay the night. I was only in the room 5 min before requesting a refund. They refunded quickly and without question or delay. Also credit card machine was down so I had to pay cash. If someone wasn’t prepared for this it would’ve been worse.

A good place to stay for a one night, last minute trip. When we first checked in, the room we got had a door that wouldn’t shut. There was also a roach on the floor. We asked to trade rooms and luckily we were able to do so.

Looks like an older property, but interior is nicely updated, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only drawback is that the old fashioned A/C unit was too loud for me to sleep with it on.

I only stayed for two nights as scheduled… but overall I was pretty satisfied. The rooms are pretty big and the bedrooms are super comfortable. The bathroom is very small but gets the job done nonetheless. I would definitely stay there again and would also recommend to anyone in the area looking for a place to stay.

The room was updated with newer furniture which was nice. Wifi signal was pretty much non existent. Front desk people were nice. Make sure you have $50 cash for deposit as they don’t take a card for it. Had loud upstairs neighbors the second night which was a bit annoying. Overall probably the nicest budget location in this area.

It was our 1st time staying here and i wont be our last! Very clean, beds were very comfortable, there was a microwave and mini-fridge in the room, no bugs(im always careful with that) , The hotel was safe and the area is pretty nice, Lots of stores around, Elevator available and The Staff is Really nice :).

When checking in the person at the front desk burped loudly while he was helping me and didn’t even excuse himself. One of our queen beds didn’t have a fitted sheet. The breakfast was skimpy which was ok but coffee was running out and when we asked for more coffee to be made the worker was rude like I inconvenienced him.

First they took 15 to 20 minutes just to check me in. The front desk person said nothing at first so I asked after 7 minutes of him keep typing on the keyboard and keeps looking at the camera system on this upper right. At around 10 minutes he try’s to call someone but keeps pushing buttons but talks to nobody. At 15 minutes the he tells me the system crashed and leaves for 3 minutes and comes back. I asked if he could write a hand written note for my cash deposit he says nothing. Finally the computer started working and given the room key and sign paperwork.

We arrived late. The girl working the night desk asked me to pay in cash. I explained to her I was going to use my credit cards to get the miles. She “attempted” to swipe the card several times. She asked again for cash. I told her no. She tried my atm card. She asked AGAIN for cash. She finally turned on her computer and was able to run the card. She than asked for a cash $50 deposit for a pet and/or smoking. I told her i neither smoked or had a pet. She insisted on holding on to my id until I checked out. The “ breakfast” was disgusting. Stale cereal and processed tiny muffins.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Only down side was police activity a lil upsetting. Im disabled and had to park at another hotel and walk back to get to room. It was not the hotels fault that there was a shooting in their parking lot.
