Staff was wonderful. Hotel was pleasant. The trashy people living out of there cars in The parking lot was disgusting and completely unsafe. I would never leave that hotel after dark.

Ok, the checking was pretty smoothe. The security was not. The keys to get in, worked only sometimes. I was locked out of building. Got to front door, no one was there for over 13min. You need to be better. I was afraid to be standing out there. Every visit out was horrible. When we attempted to check out, I tried calling no answer. We went to office no one was there for over 15min. We left the keys on the desk and left. The late night crew lady was very short and condescending, the other staff encounters was very pleasant. I like the room very much. Location was good for us. I would like to say I will be back. However we must address the rooms security keys immediately before our return. Thank you Lisa Lewis-Moss

Things are going good until about 3:00 in the morning the fire alarms went off there were people bouncing around everywhere not knowing what to do or where to go I want a fire alarm goes off in a hotel it's pretty serious business hotel staff had nobody there to tell anybody anything so people were back and forth in the hallways it could have been a totally disaster the alarm was so loud in the rooms that you couldn't stand it you had to get out couldn't get to sleep after that so kind of ruined my whole day I mean just killed it yeah it was it was bad hopefully next time I would better stay this time now and then try to get an hour extension to stay there that was a hassle I wanted to have a reason why the accident the fire alarm had nothing to do with anything you should be a little more curious about those things because if you've ever been in a fire before is itserious thing. The hotel staff definitely needs to go through what to do if a fire alarm goes off I've never seen anything like that I think they should comp everybody that was there at free night

Requested a bottom floor. was not available. in hindsight it was a good idea as the hotel had many shady people there. The back parking lot had dozens of broken down cars. There was so much dog poop it wasn't even safe for my dog to relieve himself. But I still cleaned up after him. I had to clean my dogs paws every time we entered the room. There was a terrible odor by the elevators. Not safe to use at night.

The bathroom smelled like urine. The side entrance / door was broken. No crash bar on the inside (to open the door) the assembly for closing the door was loose, preventing the door from closing. Homeless people entered the building in the evening. The second night we closed the door so no one would be able to enter, however if someone left through that door, then it stayed open.

Lacking in maintenance, key card system was impossible, took at least 5 - 6 try’s to enter perimeter and interior doors. The TV in room 102 was so dark we couldn’t watch. The shower wouldn’t shut off, several lights were burnt out or missing. Walls were patched and not painted, and no closet doors. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment we walked in, the room just felt dirty and unkept — and it only got worse the longer we stayed. We discovered roaches crawling around in the room, which was shocking because we hadn’t even brought in any food at all. There’s simply no excuse for that. Then came the mold in the shower and tub, which was absolutely disgusting and made it clear that housekeeping doesn’t clean properly (if at all). The drawers for our clothes were stained and filthy, like they hadn’t been wiped out in years. The carpet was full of stains, the counters were sticky and never cleaned, and everything just had that grimy feeling that makes your skin crawl. I genuinely felt uncomfortable touching anything in the room. It was unsanitary, unhygienic, and unacceptable for any guest to have to stay in those conditions. We couldn’t believe that management allows rooms like this to be rented out. If I could give zero stars, I would. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone — not even for one night. Save your money, your sanity, and your health, and stay literally anywhere else.

Waited 45 minutes in the lobby to get checked in because their system was down. I was given a room and told it was ready. Once entering the room, it smelled like smoke there air condition was set at 62 which made it very cold. My wife went to brush her teeth in the bathroom, found hair in the tub toothpaste and make up on the counter. She noticed a blood stain on the bottom of the sink door, the floor in the room was dirty and we pulled back to sheets to find out that we didn’t have clean linen. They just made the bed back up. Once that happens we checked out we paid around $138 for one hour, not very good service.

The room smelled heavily of urine. Only way to keep the smell down was to keep the room cold. Asked for and extra blanket and was given a single sheet. Was told I could make the room warmer. I said no due to the smell. They said all of the rooms have a smell of some kind.... nope never staying in cypress again. Their target might as well be a walmart.

Water faucets in shower cannot be turned off, continues to drip. Fan in bathroom very loud. Live roach found on kitchen counter. Outside of property not well kept..weeds overgrown, grass yellow. Will NEVER stay in Extended Stay America Suites again.

The first room I was assigned had fleas that jumped onto my sandals and legs and started biting. The night clerk, Jason was great and gave me another room on a higher floor. The keys didn’t work, so I had to go back down and have them re-activated. The bathtub had mold and did not look clean. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again!

Needed to be by the Track but this place needs to be burnt to the ground and rebuilt! No joke! Room smelled like cat piss, stains on the carpet, poor ventilation, only stayed one night and couldn't wait to get out of there.

The property is pet friendly, so you will see and hear dogs (which was not a problem for me, just noting it so you know you can bring the WHOLE fam). The hallways are dark and the rooms are a bit outdated, the tub had a bit of rust, but overall, it was clean, no odor, no bugs. I would stay here again just because it is pet friendly.

We've started in extended stay properties many times and this time: 1) The bed wasn't the same as in the past, very uncomfortable. 2) I was up at 6:15 to get the advertised breakfast but there wasn't anything but one bag of oatmeal.

the place was close to lots of things, when checking in there was nobody at the front desk had to wait over 15 minuets to be helped and it was from the person who was taking over at 3;30 , when the other person came back to the front desk she lied and said she was gone only 5 minuets, I thank the lady that helped me but the other should not lie just say had to take care of somthing and it was nessary to be gone.

I should have known better than to value shop in this area. It’s the little things. I expected cleanliness issues from the start, and for it to be a bit noisy. But I did not expect to have to ask for simple things like towels. I had early morning meetings all week and waking up to realize there wasn’t a towel for after a morning shower was a huge issue. Then to not have anyone working the desk to ask for one. I literally had to let the phone at the desk ring for 7 minutes before anyone answered. I won’t be staying here again.

This place offers zero housekeeping until you've stayed 14 days. You are required to carry dirty towels and linens to the front desk to get fresh ones! They won't even bring you toilet paper, and only 1 roll in room. I'm not joking. Phone in room broken. Furniture in room broken. I called Extended Stay corporate and they confirmed this is their policy. The staff is polite but consisted of tweakers and untrained jugaloos. Again, I'm NOT joking.

I Would like to say the customer service Is what makes my stays there more pleasurable. From the first visit to the present; Jacob set the stage for me to be an ongoing Guest. He is ALWAYS patient, kind and accommodating. Jen and Mona are very helpful even when the place is very busy, they will make the time and not forget about you; helping as soon as they can, in a timely manner. Last but not least, the General Manager Mr Angel, who not only over sees his staff but will also be quick to assist you and make your check in, stay and check out easy and pleasant. This is my go to place for a couple days to relax. Not it’s not a five star Hotel but the staff are 5 star customer service reps!

We were traveling 4 hours to this destination and were scheduled to stay Mon-Sat. Halfway in, around 7:00 pm, the hotel called and cancelled our reservation. Were told that since we booked 3rd party and they needed our room, we no longer had a reservation. The receptionist then told us "Have a great day" and hung up the phone. We had to find another reservation for the week, which wasn\'t easy and was quite costly. Have booked rooms many times over the years and did not know that once confirmed, the hotel could just cancel you. It was not a good experience!! Very frustrating!!

The location is good. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Not much provided, no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion. Wanted to buy water. They don’t have any and the vending machine was broken. All you get is a bed, tv, towels, and soap.

A little outdated, could definitely use a face lift on the rooms, staff was super chill and helpful, cops patrol fairly often which gave me a little sense of security as far as my car being safe..All and All it was definitely a decent spot and if you have a doggo it’s even better

I don't feel safe when I see a homeless guy sitting at the back door. Also, they don't clean the room until you check out and you have to pay extra for cleaning. Then, at 2 a.m., I heard the alarm ringing in the hallway for two hours without anyone turning it off.

The kitchen is empty , no pots and pans, no dishes . I asked the front desk and he said “ we have no more pot and pan because we have a big group of contractors staying here for couple weeks, they need all the pots and pans.” I told him how about me ? I bought all the foods now I have nothing to cook with. There was no coffee maker in the room and no coffee or tea the front . People were so loud and kids were running in the hallway at 10 pm. This was the first hotel that we hear dogs barking in the hotel. The breakfast was terrible, they only had muffins , coffee, tea and oat meal and by 7:25 Am everything is gone, no more muffins, hot water and coffee . Breakfast is from 7 to 9

Police visited the property due to unruly behavior and there was screaming from a guest in the middle of the night. Bathtub was rusty, the room smelled musty and old, community area and rug were old and rolled up. Room had no shampoo or hairdryer. Expedia advertised breakfast but it was instant oatmeal , granola bar, and a packaged muffin. Overall a terrible stay.

Need better pastries and coffee, also no half and half only a couple flavored creamers. On their website it says free breakfast which is miss leading considering it just coffee and cheap packaged muffins.

The only bad thing was there no shampoo and conditioner for a shower, by the time I noticed it I didn\'t have time to call downstairs. Also, FYI, I wouldn\'t call it "breakfast", it\'s coffee and a packaged muffin or packaged oatmeal bag.

The daily breakfast fare was something to be desired and hours of operation. I've stayed at similar hotels for same price and had a full breakfast and it has been at least 3 to 3.5 hrs NOT 2 hrs a day for service.
