For the price the rooms and amenities are excellent. Friendly staff, the rooms are clean and plenty of parking. I highly recommend this place

It was very easy checking in. The rrom is modern looking and there is ample parking. The price is right also !

Well when we got here there was absolutely no parking… we advised the receptionist that we booked this hotel a couple weeks ago and the receptionist said we could park across the street but there was no guarantee that it would be safe. We made a little complaint and he told us to just park in the red inside there hotel so we did. As we got to our room the neighbor next to our door seemed like a crackhead.. they would head back to the car and you would see them smoking out of a pipe…they were blasting music with the door half open didn’t feel to safe but we risked it anyways. Also, a lot of stragglers walk into that lot that I noticed… I was worried of someone breaking in so I would wake up just to check. Overall a 2.5 out of 10.

A last minute booking, as I figured I'd be too tired to drive back home from a concert I went to in Anaheim. Another one-nighter. Got a room with a kitchenette that I didn't use...other than the fridge. Walls were pretty thin...or neighbors were hard of hearing, cuz I could hear them talking. Not as annoying when I checked in, but moreso when I returned from the show, and they were talking loud, AND their TV was blaring. After almost 2 hours, I put cotton in my ears and went to sleep. Oh... and when I retuned from the show, the parking lot was so packed I had to go way out to the other end of the lot to park! But, I still managed to get some sleep, until the neighbors woke up. I thought I saw one suspicious guy in the parking lot, but - for the most part - I got what I paid for.

Property is conveniently located and that's about it. We checked in at almost 9pm, when we got into our room it smelled bad, bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper, I called the front desk and we got switched to another room in which the AC didn't worked only the fan, next morning before checking out we saw 2 cockroaches in different parts of the room. Studio 6 is a "extended stay" concept but this property feels more than like an "apartment complex" than a motel/hotel; a lot of people, who surely live there, were at the parking lot until around 1am, we didn't felt safe to be honest even though the area where the hotel is feels safe. The pool is "permanently closed". I know it's a MOTEL 6 property but even considering that it is worth avoiding.

The team was treated poorly and the rooms were not clean. There were spots and stains in the bathroom.

There were roaches in the room. I killed 4 of them if course Thier comment was no one has ever said anything about bugs. They only give you two small bars of soap, no shampoo and conditioner. If you stay more than one day they don't clean your room. The table had stuff in it that had to be wiped off. Although on the good side. The bed was comfortable. There was a full sized fridge, a coffee maker and microwave and dishes. I do think they need to do a better job at cleaning, I don't even think my sheets were very clean. The tp is only one play. I liked the room it was quiet but I guess I get to deal with roaches because of the lower price.

The room smelled like cigarettes.

We contracted bed bugs from this motel and the bed bugs were visible under the mattress

from day 1 if we were given a better AC room we would hadn't relocate the next day, if they want to keep up with EX Stay, upgrade the AC otherwise everything was good!

The customer service here is wonderful. Staff here are friendly, polite and welcoming. Rooms are clean, have kitchens with stove, fridge, microwave, pots/pans, utensils and towels. Price was great for what we got.

Room had a fully functional kitchen with a large refrigerator, a fast working electric stove, pots, pans, plates, cups, you name it. The room phone was working, the beds were firm and the location is close to our favorite restaurant and to highways. It packs a punch for a 2 star hotel. Good value for the money.

I been here 2 days .was relaxing quiet .although the water got turned off for a bit in the evening around 6pm would of been nice to get informed..other then that room was clean .when i come back ill do some light cooking .its like small studio with full fridge and microwave and sink.. over all a pleasant place to stay for a couple days on my days off

The bed was very uncomfortable my back hurts from it

I didn’t expect much from a studio six, but there were a lot of things that concern me. First, they charge me for having one guest with me. Second, the AC wasn’t working right and need a new filter. Third, the TV didn’t work at all. Fourth is a no smoking, vaping or weed hotel or motel and you could still smell it. Especially the weed which people were smoking in their rooms probably.

The rooms I've been in are always clean, the staff have always been very friendly and professional. My only complaint is the WiFi, very weak signal and it constantly disconnects.

I guess the price was ok for what you get. I had a very difficult time understanding the registration person. Key card did not work as it should and I had to get someone from the office to help me get into the room. Air conditioning was difficult to use and did not properly cool, It ran all nigh long and only got the temperature down to 80 degrees. A/C unit was also extremely noisy and right next to the bed.

The staff doesn’t know what they are doing. They charge me for deposit and did not received it back for no reason.. I called many times but no Action was taken

Front desk was rude, on his phone the whole speaking in native tongue. He gave orders and did not answer any questions. Facility was ok and parking lot was full.

We were unaware of a deposit required after paying the fees for the room online, then when I checked in I was asked to pay again even though I had already paid online. Before your deposit is returned they inspect the room, which again strange.

I did not even stay. I got to the motel late. There was no where to park to check in. So with no other choice I parked in front of the office where many establishments allow you to park for check in. There where two guys in the office the one told me I had to move my car. I explained there was nowhere to park and asked if I could just quickly check in. He said no. My daughter then drove all the way through the parking while I tried to check in. The clerk was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I mean the type of uncomfortable where you could tell he would not be talking to me like that if I had a man with me. When I responded to his rudeness and demands for more money with shock. He then told me not to talk to him like that, when he was being extremely rude to me. My daughter let me know that there was absolutely no where we could park not even on the street so we could not stay there no matter what. So I was left without a place to stay at midnight on a holiday weekend. He refused to refund my money even when hotels.com staff contacted them. I would definitely give a zero star rating if possible. Women especially do not book here!

My payment terms were for paying at the hotel when I check-in. The problem is that a staff made the payment by my credit card twice by mistake. He promised that I would be returned the payment amount that had been one more made but I couldn't have received any notice for the cancellation message from my credit card company yet.

Have stayed here for one to two weeks a month for about a year now. Have left my $40 deposit on retainer after first few stays. Checked in with new employee this last time..couldn’t understand the deposit thing so left 100 dollar bill. Checked out and they said I already picked up 100 deposit.. despite me still having deposit receipt. Guy at desk told me they already gave it back to me 20 times. Couldn’t explain why I still had deposit receipt. Have had three weeks to make it right. Haven’t heard a thing. Have spent thousands of dollars here and they threw that away for a hundo. thieves.

The staff was very nice & quick with the check in & same with the check out. There was quite a bit of riff raff roaming around but other than that it was quiet for the most part & a comfortable stay for us!

Poor condition overall. Very noisy all night with room doors slamming, people talking, car alarms going off. Couldn’t sleep and when it was time for checkout, doors were locked and no one was available as I rang the doorbell several times at 7a while attempting to get checkout receipt.

Location and it was quiet

So far it’s has been okay. I was a bit concerned about the homeless people that hang out in the parking lot and thought it would be a safety,security and noise issue but I only heard some talking and laughing noise for the the guests staying at the motel. I was concerned because I am traveling with my little dog who will bark during the night if someone is outside making noise. It is pet friendly but there is no area for dogs to relieve themselves (like a grassy area). I probably would not stay here again because of the parking lot and seeing homeless people hanging around since I travel solo with a little dog. But the room itself was okay for the affordable price. Nothing fancy just a clean bed and rough towels to bathe. Grateful I got some sleep to continue my travels.

This Location is quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We felt very safe in the area with our 1 year old son.

Enjoyed the piece and quiet. Location is great and price is great for the amenities offered.

The staff was very nice & quick with the check in & same with the check out. There was quite a bit of riff raff roaming around but other than that it was quiet for the most part & a comfortable stay for us!

Newly Renovated property with clean kitchen and latest appliances. Staff and room service is amazing for providing clean set of towels daily for extended stay properties. Comcast cable with HBO is great, but free Wifi speed sucks. Luckily my 5G network was great in this area so it worked out well. 10-12 mins away from Disney, so really great for small family to stay during their visits. Loved this new remodeled place and will stay here again on my next Disney vacation

Proximity to nearby restaurants and cost effectiveness with the ability to cook as was a good deal for us ! Thank you for the hospitality 👍

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was clean, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. It was peaceful throughout the day and night, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was easy to use and well-equipped for cooking. Just a heads-up: there's now a $40 deposit required for dishware, which is understandable given the history of items going missing. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely return.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I loved the little kitchenette. It was perfect. Saved on going out to eat. The first room we entered was a smoking room and air conditioner was broken. But the young man that checked us in was polite and switched our room immediately. The wifi was in and out which was inconvenient at times. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, kitchen towel if needed. We we stayed for 4 days they gave us plenty of coffee, creamer. Was very pleased with stay.

Keep in mind that this is an extended stay property, so most of the people live there. It was a lot quieter than other extended stays that I've been to. The grounds are unkept, but the room was clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and housekeeping came in between, which was a welcome surprise. There's a very good diner right in front of the property. Overall, worth it for the price.

It has a kitchen, so you dont have to eat out alot. You can cook and have healthier options.

Staff was very friendly and there was no problem with check-in. Close to shops and restaurants. Also liked that the room has a kitchenette with microwave and full-size fridge!
