It would be great if the place could be cleaned a little more thoroughly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking, lots of trees, and the fresh air was wonderful.

Stayed 7 nights

I checked in on a Friday and stayed for 7 nights. When I checked in I wasn’t given any particular instructions regarding housekeeping. In the room there were signs stating that linens and towels would be replaced every three days. On the 3rd night I called the front desk to advise that our room had not been cleaned and we needed clean towels. I was advised that I need to call for housekeeping services as they are “short staffed” and they don’t provide daily cleaning unless you call. I was advised to call the next day to ask for my room to be cleaned. When I asked for clean towels I was told he would bring them to us. 30 minutes later I went to the front desk to get the towels myself and found the front desk person in a back room with his feet up on a desk. When I asked about our towels he said he was waiting for a customer to check in and would bring them up after they checked in. I asked him to grab the towels while I waited as we needed to shower. The “continental breakfast” is not comparable to what we’ve had at other establishments. Just bread, cereal, oj, coffee and yogurt. No pastries, bagels, eggs, waffles, or other breakfast items we’ve enjoyed at other local hotels. The rooms are not soundproof at all. We could hear every conversation in the room next door, doors slamming and normal conversations of those walking in the halls. There are no elevators and no signage to direct you to your building/room. Very few on site employees. They use a video kiosk.

The room was excellent. Very roomy and clean with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beds are very comfortable and seemingly new with new fluffy bedding and great pillows! Then there's the bathroom that looks very clean.. Soft,Clean towels that won't take your skin off and soaps in the shower. It's all very clean almost sanitary. And there's the outside, there's a gym next door that you can use and there's a pool at both. A putting green at the hotel that's looking kind of shot out and one ice machine located outside of building 1. That's it for 3 building with 20 rooms in each. Check in & out is fairly quick coming in and faster going out. Just walk away after breakfast. Which is kind of on the skimpy side , cold cereal (x2), yogurt, milk, juice and coffee. Sometimes fruit. Sometimes not, but there's always toast with butter and jellies. . Aside from the over hyped breakfast, the place is clean and decent so I'll stay there again.

One cleaning person was friendly enough. Front desk staff was also friendly enough, but spoken with haste (rushed), wasn't at the front desk majority of the time. Friends who stayed in their own room told me they had to request towels via zoom using a kiosk in the lobbyon the dayof checkout, and never received them. Breakfast item choices were minimal (cereal, yogurt, toast and jam, coffee, tea, granola, oatmeal, fruit). While this didn't happen to us, the worst of it was that this hotel was overbooked like an airline, so two other families we were traveling with got several messages threatening to release their room reservation in the afternoon, and one family was told their room was removed/not available even though they checked in online, informed staff of late after 8:00 pm arrival, and arrived around 9:00 pm. Too bad service was so poor because our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
