Called ahead to notify of late check-in. Nothing said about the pool being closed by health department. Arrived to late window and again nothing said. Found sign on pool gate with no opportunity to stay elsewhere because nothing was said. Room had blood spatter on wall by bathroom.

The pool and spa were out of order?????? Also apparently the computer system was down and it took almost 30 minutes to check in and they didn't have the air conditioning going in the lobby. They had donuts and mini muffins only for breakfast. No fruit or anything healthy

Had a pleasant stay - easy check in, parking, very pleasant staff, pastries and coffee for breakfast, clean, quiet even when sold out - only thing was the pool was out of order - out of their control otherwise it would be 5 star!

No swimming pool it was unhealthy the employee lied about it said wasn’t sure if it would open today when In fact it had an environmentaly unsafe conditions. The tv didn’t work the sink was filthy behind and all around it it was noisy and the air conditioner couldn’t keep up it was hot in the room. Came hear for the pool and there was nothing saying it was closed!!! Won’t ever come back hear again and I would advise everyone else to stay away !!!! Waisted 150 of our hard earned money

The shower walls look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Spraying some bleach will whitening them up real quick. The floors felt dirty and sticky. The sink outside the bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned ever - just wiped down so it looks stained.

It’s been a while but this place was not what I expected based on pictures and review. cl The beds were made but my sons be sheets had sand in them before he got in it. The wall trim and light switches were clack from finger tips and what ever else. The pillow cases were old, bleached but still stained. The pool was a pit that I would not allow my children to go in. This was horrible!

There was a cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived. The bath towels were more like hand towels. A very strong odor of marijuana came through the bathroom window flooding the whole room of the odor. The place has new paint on the walls but definitely needs an update. Light breakfast, that’s definitely what it is.

I think the towels might have been dirty because they were just shoved sloppily into the rack. The room smelled heavily of smoke. But the water was hot, a/c was cold, and the bed was comfy so in general it was okay. I just expected a little more for the price point.

First the microwave was dirty and the refrigerator was very small could not put nothing in it one room we found some roaches in the bathroom. The maid service came in our room without permission. We had a do not disturb sign on the door. I probably won’t stay at this location again.

Room was showed signs of use. Furniture and cabinets were scratched and dented. Microwave did not work. Main door seal let in light and outside conversations. Neighbors were up late and there was no site monitoring. Lots of smoking in pedestrian walkways.

The quality of the hotel was a low budget location but the price was for a much higher place. The neighbors next door were loud, and the wall between the rooms was thin, so you could hear a simple conversation. You can imagine how loud it was with their music playing.

Simple breakfast but good options - very much appreciated the non-dairy selections. Bed was comfy, room was clean, and met our needs (glad to have a fridge!). AC worked well, and we didn't hear much noise through the walls/ceiling (though we do travel with a white noise machine, so that probably helped). My one complaint is that the seal seems to have broken down around the door of our room - you could see light coming in around most of the frame, could clearly hear people passing by, and if we hadn't have had nice spring weather while we were there, would likely have been too cold/too hot. Overall, great option and better than expected. Family lives nearby and we will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got to the hotel a little early. They let us check in…much appreciated! We were in town for a concert at thunder Valley. Our room and the property were clean and safe. The property is a little outdated but I felt price/value was great! I would stay again.

Property in need of a remodel. Bathroom was in horrible shape, and this isn’t the hotels fault but there were some pretty shady guests. Their free breakfast they offered was a joke. Old bananas, stale donuts and box of cereal.

Comfy beds, good pillows, spacious clean rooms, good shower, spacious bathroom. Laminate floors allow for very clean surfaces, probably a plus for those with allergies. Breakfast needs some help. Limited cold cereal with milk and sub par donuts. I did appreciate the almond milk option! Would be nice if there were some fresh fruit and yogurt and more substantial cereal like granola or shredded wheat. Apples/oranges/bananas/berries would so nice! The pool and hot tub were out of order. Extremely good customer service and good beds outweighed anything negative for us. We’d definitely stay again. It was also pretty quiet for us on the second floor. Parking very convenient. Great location near shopping and food.

Cost was good. Property is a bit run down. Breakfast was a joke. First day Entenmann’s packaged pastries in a flat box, apples and 1 banana, packaged oat meal. S 2nd day there were 4 pastries left and apples.
