We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was very close to perfect. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Ice machine, elevators, and laundry space were all clean and in good shape. We felt safe and very happy to stay here! The only downfall was there wasn't a complimentary breakfast. Even just some basic things like cereal and yogurt would have made everything perfect, but this wasn't a deal breaker. We will definitely stay here again when playing in Chino Hills!

1 elevator down. Long wait for the other elevator, if you are is hurry. A bit inconvenient as it becomes hard to kredict the amount of time it takes to get an elevator. Otherwise a good, clean hotel.

I had a comfortable stay here. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The rooms facing the highway were too loud and I needed to switch rooms facing the other side. The pool was heated with a hot tub beside it. Breakfast was ok but overpriced. I feel the buffet breakfast should have been included.

This hotel was fine for the night. It’s surprisingly quiet considering it’s by the 60 freeway. It was clean for the most part, but our room had a strange sewer smell once we opened the door. It was stronger in the shower stall. The guy who checked us in was super nice, as was Marco in the restaurant area. The breakfast offering was disappointing and I can’t imagine paying full price for it, but as a guest, we had a discounted price. Overall, I would stay again.

The room was clean, with nice bedding. However, the mattress was a bit old & dipped in the center so it was hard for my old father to get out of the bed easily. The hotel was very responsive to delivering fresh towels and any other items we needed for the room. The entire staff was friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, our room was located right outside the highway so it was noticeable & never quiet in our room. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again.

Lovely hotel. All amenities were given and room was very clean. Walls are a little thin so you can hear your fellow guests nearby and above you. Only caveat was that the fridge was not working but overall it was a great place to stay! Front desk was very helpful and always had a smile and greeted when we were in the lobby.

From the beginning to the end of our visit, the hotel and its staff was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth. The breakfast staff was friendly. Facilities were very clean and when we had a problem with our sink faucet, repair staff was expeditious in tending to our needs. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again!

Check in experience was less than acceptable. When you have a busy Saturday night do not staff your front desk and engineering department with unknowledgeable staff. We were told, and verified by the engineer, that the room had a sofa, it did not. My son had to rent another room instead of being able to sleep on said sofa. We had to spend an additional $200 for that room. Very disappointing.

The coffee maker in the room did not work. The staff did not clearly understand the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and still knocked early in the morning before check out time. Overall the bargain of booking online of a "lower" price comes at a much higher cost

We only stayed for one-night, the hotel is well kept, clean and comfortable. It's nearby a busy freeway. For extra charge, they offer buffet or a-la-cart breakfast, which I think was pricey. The personnel is VERY friendly and helpful.

My family and I stayed here from Dec 28 - Jan 3rd and it was a wonderful experience. We had booked another hotel originally that was absolutely disgusting and roach infested. We searched online for a good hotel and found this Holiday Inn. It was the best decision I made and regret not booking this hotel first. I will never stay anywhere else but here. The staff was extremely helpful upon our arrival at midnight on December 28th with two very tired children, I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name but he was wonderful. They were patient and friendly and accommodating. We purchased the breakfast and it was very tasty, kids eat free so it was inexpensive. Marco in the breakfast room was extremely helpful, nice and overall made our dining experience much better. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, I really appreciated the different pillows they had firm pillows and soft pillows. I had such a wonderful experience I made sure to sign up for the IHG rewards for our future stays. William and the other front desk attendees during our stay from 28th - 3rd were great! Thank you!

One suggestion, It will be more attractive if you can provide the option to include breakfast in the reservation and combine the total payment amount in the bill as some company only reimburse the room fee excluding breakfast. Our room had an AC that worked 70% of the time which was ok but this is a Holiday Inn and I expect top notch rooms. Also the shower had a very low pressure on top of a fairly large leak where the pipe and shower head connect while the water was on. I’ve had better experiences in other IHG hotels.

The bedsheets and pillow cases smells like cigarette, like I am at a casino, my pillowcase has a black stain on it, the sink is clogging and the only way that you can fix it is to take out the stopper or what you can call it. Otherwise, we were still able to sleep ok, it’s just maybe an oversight on their part.
