The room was ran down and felt like a dive. It was located on the third floor where the elevator was broken. We had to hall our luggage up three flights of stairs. The front desk personnel seemed tired and bored. There was no quilt or duvet on the bed. The photos advertised are false false false. It was a dive. Not worth what we paid for.

Homeless people hanging out in front of room, Dirty floors outside the room lots of cigarettes butts on ground.. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on Expedia..Much better choice around the area….

The staff was extremely friendly, got me checked in quickly, and even called my room a few minutes after arriving to ensure I was satisfied with my room! The property has plenty of parking and a lot of lighting, is clean, the room was clean AND smelled sanitized! The beds are actually comfortable, and everything inside the room worked! Most definitely one of the better motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at!

Hotel was under renovations. Understandable. I didn't feel comfortable staying the night with transient people roaming around. there was a camper trailer on blocks next to a car that looked vandalized in the parking lot. Overall bad experience and a waist of money as I didn't stay the night.

For the most part ok clean and not run down. Couple of bugs. One disappointment. The permanent residents that live there don’t pick up after their dogs in the nice doggie area motel 6 has.

The hotel is in poor condition, things are breaking and the floors were not clean, had dust on them. They need to add no-smoking signs. They need to add seals to the doors and something under the doors to prevent particles from blowing inside. The tub and sheet were clean but shower curtain was not clean. Towels very thin, they could use better ones. Also there was no shampoo in the rooms, that seems odd. Elevator broken. The noise from the highway is loud and they need to find ways to prevent it from getting in the rooms, perhaps sunshades behind the curtains would help.

Soon as I walked in the room and turned the lights on I seen roaches, garbage on the floor, dirty disgusting room. Went to office & the nice guy there switched me to a different room, unfortunately it was just as disgusting as the first room. Roaches, trash, dirty sheets and towels, blood on bathroom floor, bathtub filthy. Door wouldn’t close correctly, looked like someone kicked it in or something. I will NEVER EVERRRRRRRRRRRRR again in life stay there, I ended up sleeping in my car because I was so scared of the room. And don’t even get me started on the ish that’s happening right in the parking lot….. smh do better Motel 6

I have bed bug bites from my recent stay at Motel 6. The bites itch without relief and are bleeding now. I better get scars from these. Comparing these bites to bites from the internet I am sure they are from bed bugs. I wore sleep pants and socks the first night and shorts an and no socks the rest of my stay. I reported this to the night front desk person and he said ok and hung up on me. I would like a credit for at least one night. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow. I know I travelociy will not disappoint.

The peep hole in the door had no glass in it and opened up to the outside. The door didnt close all the way. The window wouldnt lock. The outside was very dirty ans smokey.

The property itself was good. Only bad thing that they can’t control is the location of the hotel next to a freeway on-ramp so you get the noise of vehicles and motorists accelerating quickly with lots of noise.

Not the best experience here. Very noisy motel. We didn’t sleep a wink with all the walking, talking, activity all night long upstairs and outside. Basic amenities and clean, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

The front desk people are nice and friendly, but the place is NOT impressive. The bed matresses are thin and hard, the pillows are sparce and not soft. The supposed "dinette" feature is just a sink with high faucet, no burners, etc. This cabinet has doors without any shelving and there's no dresser with drawers for any of your clothes. It does have a full sized fridge with is great. But the internet SUCKS. It keeps dropping out and getting back on is challenging, and the speed is very slow. Forget streaming. The bathrooms have been remodeled nicely and the rooms have good lighting. The place is very noisy being right on the freeway and all units have exterior doors.

It was great the first two days, then the 3rd day my room power went out. When I came down stairs to tell manager, he began talking to me as if I was in convince at nd stupid( I'm a disabled person) and that I must unplug everything, he began yelling at me when I told him I only have my phone charger plugged in, he started cussing and screaming very loud, told me I must check out that he'll flip switch but I must go. He don't care that it's 3 am n I have no car to leave I asked what his bosssd number is he told me to piss off.. , he stormed off and I went to room n the power was still off, I was the only room on floor with no power, but he came to my room to check n there was no power n I had nothing plugged in n he applogize and got me a new room, the new room was great till about 10 am, when my power came on and off for about a hour I'm afraid Togo say anything to him.

Near lots of convenient dining options. Staff was very helpful. Ac broke and they came and replaced the wall unit right away. Great service by front desk representative Paul? Older gentlemen...... he HAD THE WHOLE AC UNIT replaced in under 30 minutes. Very satisfied would recommend

As soon we pull up to the parking lot we found shredded glass on the floor, cars with broken windows etc. there was a strong smell of marihuana when we were walking through the hallway towards our room. The room smelled disgusting ( that we got headaches from it), it was dirty, we found human hair in the sheets. There was no way we were going to be there sleeping on that nasty bed with dirty sheets with dirty stains and hair. We left like 5 minutes after we checked in and ask for a refund but the owner refused to give us a refund.
