Only positive thing I can say is the A/C is really good. However, the room stank of cigarettes after being reassured that it was a non smoking room. I sprayed air freshener countless times and it didn't help at all, it was almost like someone was chain smoking right outside our window it was so strong we had headaches the whole time. The towels were full of holes and previous guest's hair, stains etc. The shower had what looked like mold or rust, shower head was caked in limescale so the water pressure was terrible. The elevator to get to our room was dirty, floors sticky, and stank of urine. The kitchenette's cupboard doors were barely hanging on, stove was rusted so we didn't use it. It was just such a terrible experience that we didn't stay the night and has to check out early.

Had to stay here for a 2-week stay due to being temporarily displaced. Staff was helpful. Accessibility for my disabled mother was accommodated. Fairly quiet most nights. And the bedding was top tier. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone needing any hotel stays.

They have you pay a $100 cash deposit then they steal your deposit on your check out date by charging you for a full day but you aren’t allowed to utilize the day. I was told by the Fresno police department to sue them and we also made a police report. We will definitely be suing it’s not about the $100 it’s the principle in how they are taking advantage of people going through hardship.
