The elevator was broken and we had a 3rd floor room and I had a knee injury and my daughter hurt her ankle so we had to limit trips down stairs. Because of the broken elevator we weren't able to go to the pool (which was the reason we picked this hotel) or go down early for breakfast. By the time we got to go to breakfast they were out of plates, juice cups and milk for cereal, the eggs were cold. It is supposed to be smoke free but our whole floor smelled like pot.

My car was broken into the staff was not remorseful and only commented how I was parked in handicap parking spot due to being able to see my car from the window. I had never stayed there before parked backed in very tight between two cars. My purse and mini book bag were snatched from the broken window luckily they didn’t enter the car. I would not advise staying here staff did not care at all and seemed aware or not surprised at the situation. There was also a loud rude couple that were slamming doors and yelling down the hallway. The staff never said anything to them. after experiencing a robbery in their parking lot right in the front of the building they continue to try to charge my card all day like over 20 times just absolute no remorse and then threaten to not release the camera footage to the police if they didn’t charge me

Pool and jacuzzi were very dirty. Elevator floor was all broken with visible nails and staples exposed, major safety hazard. Carpet in room 219 was very dirty. Carpet was vacuumed however very dirty smell and feel.

The common areas need a little sprucing up. The jacuzzi was cold. The elevator give a significant jolt when stopping on the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was fine.

Hotel was nice and in a good location but was surrounded by construction and literally right next to a train. Pool was nice, but very overfilled when we went in. Breakfast was nice with great options. Staff was friendly whenever we ran into them. Hotel itself needs some TLC. Multiple leaking spots in ceiling on different floors. Multiple spots across hotel need new carpet. The only elevator had cracks in the linoleum and made it look very sketchy to ride on. Was very surprised that the windows were not more sound proof being next to a train track, we heard every train that went by for 24 hours, including at 1 and 3 AM.

Well.....we were very disappointed that you had no carts for guests to use to get luggage and other items into their room and being handicapped with knee issues, it was very difficult. So we used the chair in our room with wheels to being items that were heavy into our room as we did not want to leave anything in the car so we won't be staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites again. We did like have a couch to sit on.

Hotel was clean and near a freeway. It is near a train station so you can hear the train. It wasn’t too bad nor was it frequent, just something to be aware of. Breakfast was pretty typical continental style. There are some food places nearby that are convenient. Room was clean and the dining area was also kept clean and stocked through breakfast.

Biggest like of this property is the pet friendliness. Lots of dogs stayed here besides ours. I would also love to mention how awesome and friendly the staff were to me and my guests. Room was very spacious and had perfect amenities. Overall a wonderful room for an affordable price. Thank you.

The carpet feels so filthy and after i showered, and walked barefoot on the carpet, my feet were dirty!. There was black hairs on the counter and sink in the bathroom. The people in the room above us were very noisy. Sounded like they were jumping off the bed and running around at 1am. The bedding is so thin, felt like we were sleeping under just a sheet instead of blankets. And train horns going off in the middle of the night. We will NOT be staying at a La Quinta again.

Misleading - Hotel is NOT as good as Photos are displayed here on Expedia (by the Hotel Management). Very OLD inside, Corridor and Room carpet have bad smell and Dirty. Shower was very old. Also, Hotel is hiding that facts that Constructions are going on around hotel, and direct streets are blocked. So it is very difficult to actually reach to the hotel. Morning Breakfast was OK, as I found the other La Quinta places.

Everything from the common area to our rooms lacked care, maintenance and cleanliness. The couch/ sofa bed in one of our rooms looked so disgusting that we didn’t dare sitting on it. Every object in both rooms looked as if they came from a thrift store, with scratches and dings all over. Going into the shower and finding out that there wasn’t even a drop of shower jell in the bottle. There were also trash from previous guests underneath one bed.

Everything seems dirty! The carpet was dirty- my kids feet were black. It was a dark room. Lights were barely bright. The bathroom floor felt dirty. We kept our sandals and crocs on.

Bed was uncomfortable. Firm but you can tell uneven. Firm but with a pillow top would have been better. Saw a small roach. A/c was older but still worked. No fan in bathroom so after shower everything including the floow was wet. Other than that it served it's purpose as a stop over night. We have been to other La Quintas and they were much better.

No extra pillows, beds are uncomfortable with too old mattress . Lighting was bad in room and too much noise due to lack of insulation you can hear the train and even your neighbors.

La quinta was your average stah with basic amenties for anyone that will not be a hanging out in the hotel. The room smelled veey musty and a bit like cigarettes tjough it was non smoking. The furniture was stained , the elevator was extemely unpleasent with a poor smell , we saw some roaches alive and dead. Front desk was fairly pleasant , but i did want to note the older gentleman was such a gem .It did the job for us to rest our head at night and leave for the whole day.

I’m a LaQuinta fan but not this one. It was extremely noisy all night long with frequent trains, trucks, big equipment. Racetrack type car, noise, and a very loud air-conditioning unit in my room. I have also found the mattresses in LaQuinta’s to be extremely comfortable, but not this one. My disappointments were a surprise, considering that I think this is a fairly new LaQuinta. The breakfast area is nicely designed, but very poorly organized as to food and utensil placement, cups, etc. This is all specially inconvenient for me as I am semi handicapped and use either a walker or a mobility scooter. Parking and access is good as it is just off the freeway and quite convenient in that regard. On my next travel I will stay in Modesto/Salida LaQuinta instead as I have many times before, and never been disappointed in anyway.

The hotel was fine and the front desk guy did accommodate my room request close to the elevator. However, I asked for a wake up call at 5:30 a.m. and it never happened. Luckily I used my phone or I wouldn't have gotten up for a very important interview and it could have been a disaster. Someone called 20 minutes later to ask if I had received my call. I said NO and he said he was checking as he was making breakfast. Seriously if you're going to say you're doing a wake up call then do it. It's not that hard.

I originally reserved the room to stay for 1 night but changed my mind and that same evening asked the front desk guy if I can stay for another night and he assured me that it will be no problem at all and I can keep my room and the same price for the second night as well. He asked me to pay for the extended stay, which was completely fine by me, but I forgot my wallet upstairs, so he told me not to worry and simply pay in the morning at the front desk. Next morning when I approached the front desk to pay, there was another person and when I was about to pay for the extended stay, she notified me that the room is not available anymore and they are fully booked. Funny thing is that she told me that she saw the note that was left by the front desk personnel from the previous night and she completely ignored it. So, they simply gave away my room, even though I put the request to extend my stay for one more night. I end up staying at a different hotel in the same area that night which was a hustle and caused me to waste a lot of time instead of enjoying my mini vacation.

The area is not great, but not sure what to expect in Fresno. There was a lot of construction around it so it was a little hard to get to. The elevator was a little rough too.

The staff was very welcoming and considerate of our needs the morning breakfast was also very good. Everything was great about this property, except it's location. It's literally next to a railroad crossing. Throughout the day and towards the evening, we heard the loud horns each time a train passed the intersection. This is not the ideal place for someone who is looking for a good rest.

Nice staff. Unsecured, unsafe building. The back door wouldn't easily close and was left open both nights. The staff wouldn't fix the light above the bathroom mirror. Breakfast was disgusting. Very few food options and a juice machine that didn't work. Often, there was no staffing at the front desk, again making the facility incredibly unsafe. Worst...LaQuinta...ever

Room are okay, well cleaned, but need some updates. Room doesn’t have phone to call the front desk, room upstairs are loud room upstairs kid running early in the morning round 4am could not sleep. Wifi is ok key card ; is horrible we didn’t know, the card will de-activate if your phone next to the key card something like that, this is the 1st time happened to me to all hotels I have been booked and when i ask the front desk to replace the card he sounds mean, hes not friendly. I feel he doesn’t want to do extra work. Breakfast: food are okay, but orange juice machine are broken, no milk for the kids, only thing we have is lemon water taste okay. Oh coffee is cold and tastes watery, I can’t taste coffee flavor more on water. Overall: Just okay

Was okay, sheets are clean. Place to rest your head after a long stay. Breakfast bar had a long line because it opened at 7 and everyone rushed dow. To go to the event.
