Pool was well maintained. The fire alarm went off one night about 5 times, before the repair person showed up. Took them about 2 hours to respond to front desk call. The people at the front desk were very concerned for the guests. There was no fire.

There is ni protein option for breakfast, but there are nice lots of options for breakfast. . The 24/7 coffee is cold. This is the only place i stayed at with cold coffee. But the breakfast coffee is hot. The tub has crack, and was leaking. Have to vacate the room first to the lovby then got a new room. Did not even upgraded us for the inconvenienve. It is not our fault that they gave us leaking tub. Wasted our time moving our stuff down to the lobby then gave us a new room. So inconvenient. Just one night. So tired and wanting to rest already.

Friendly staff and clean room. The elevator was a little shuddery. Good breakfast and breakfast lounge. We brought our small dog and there were no issues, although the designated dog relief area was very small.

The pool was closed and that is one of the reasons we booked out stay with you. We did not find out until check in that it was closed and with 2 kids and temp well over 100 degrees they were excited for the pool but ended up disappointed

Staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time of our stay, so there was some residual smell of paint and the second floor was not available for guests. The elevators seemed a little sketchy as they constantly beeped for seemingly no reason, and there was audible knocking when they operated. The rooms themselves were nice enough looking, but the beds felt like cheap spring mattresses as the center had already sunken in a bit yet it felt quite uncomfortable to lay on overnight. The bathroom completely lacked a fan or proper ventilation so the mirror was unusable after a shower for quite some time. Made it difficult to get ready (brush hair, shave, put on makeup, etc.). The A/C wall controls were completely unresponsive so we had to operate the controls directly on the unit, which seemed very dated and loud. Breakfast provided in the morning was actually pretty good and there's coffee, water and fruit (apples, oranges and bananas) offered around the clock for guests to take.

It was me and my family's first time in Fresno. We really enjoyed it. The maintenance worker gave us recommendations and that was about it for any interaction with anyone who worked there. At least for me. When we walked in, they just looked at the computers/desk. The room was cozy and quiet. TV was great, you can use netflix(your own) and was nice quality. The bathroom, is small... :/ there were stains in the bathtub where bleach was left to take away mold so it was like red pinkish and then by the upper area near the body wash and shampoo had a huge black mold underneath the caulking. The shower head is comfortable loads of water coming out, water pressure was nice. Outside is pretty and comfortable. Inside, felt a bit unwelcoming. Other than that, I would definitely stay again, maybe just in another room.. hopefully. Willing to give it another chance for sure!

Uncomfy bed- bed was broken so every time I moved you could hear a crack. Dirty bathroom- floor had some spills on it. Fridge was never cleaned out so had last person to stay food. They never come in to clean during your stay- never refreshed the coffee in the room or towels. Def have stayed in a lot nicer hotels for the price - exp the one across the street from this one. Room right by the highway so loud- paper thin walls.

We stayed at the property to attend a wedding. I had called ahead of time to ask if I could have an early check-in. The guy said it was fine and not to worry about it. When I arrived around 2pm at the property they told me they had nothing available for me and the woman helping me at the desk really just didn’t give a crap for what had happened. I tried to explain to her that we had just driven 2 1/2 hours we had to be at the wedding by 3:30 and basically told me there was nothing she could do. While sitting waiting for a room another person was being checked in and I walked up behind her and I said I thought that we weren’t allowed to check in, she then told me she would see what she could do. She told me that if I got a double room I could check in right now. I said that was fine because we had to get ready. As we were going up the stairs, we had seen a house keeping finishing cleaning a king room it was just extremely frustrating as I paid for a king room, and had tried to be considerate by asking if it was OK if we checked in early and basically was shoved off and dismissed. I understand nothing is perfect, but it would’ve been nice if she seemed like she cared a little bit.

Emili checked us in and was so charming and helpful. Even though it was late she was able to accommodate our request for some basic drinkware (we had a long day of work and travel and needed some wine) the hotel was clean, safe and even though we didn’t need it - there were restaurants within walking distance.

Pet policy unclear. I was told if I booked through Hampton Inn. It explain the policy. But third party doesn't. I checked in was told I would only be charge $25. There was to mention of the 75.00 pet fee. I checked my account and the 75.00 charge was there I called and it was explained there is a 75 dollar clearing fee for pets. If I had known .or if posted at front desk. I could have made a choose yo stay or leave..Over all the hotel is nice and clean staff is amazing Just wish it was said, Yes the young lady knew I had a dog. She said, she was going to bring something and put on my door.
