The website description is not accurate. No ground floor rooms clean enough to use ( per mgmt). Elevator broken. Homeless all around ( not the the hotels fault). Pool without water.

Mold in the shower. Hair everywhere. Elevator was broke. Pool was broke. Kitchen was broke. Homeless people were sleeping and peeing in the stairs.

The conditions I encountered are completely unacceptable and do not reflect the images or descriptions you advertise. • The pool was completely empty and unusable. • The ice makers were filthy and covered in bird droppings. • The hallways had a strong smell of feces and urine. These unsanitary and unsafe conditions make the hotel unlivable and far from what was promised. I am shocked that the property is allowed to operate under such circumstances. I am requesting an immediate resolution, which includes a full refund and a formal acknowledgment of this complaint. Please advise how you plan to address these issues promptly.

This property is NOT SAFE. Meaning, you could be mugged or worse. I checked out immediately to find a safer hotel to stay at. The front desk staff were very nice. If you want a pool, there is not one. If you need an elevator, there is none (it is not running). The room itself was just fine for this price. Again, the issue is that it is NOT a safe place to be.

To start it off the elevator is out of service service. the front desk said.. the room not so great and it don’t help that my truck got broken into. They need better gates around there and the city won’t allow them to do that they said. And they got dummy cameras instead of real cameras !!!!!!!!!!!!!

There were no gym facility, pool, and Dining.

Paid for an upgraded room didn't get that the elevators didn't work.? The refrigerator didn't work.

This place was disgusting, it stunk like urine, the bathroom was filthy, there was mold in the tub, this place had roaches, there is no pool, and I felt unsafe staying here with my family. We booked for 3 nights and was only able to stay 1 night! The staff was friendly but this place needs to be shut down!

The room was beyond dirty.

This hotel shouldn’t even be open. There are signs everywhere stating if you don’t like how the room is please come back for a complete refund. The rooms are absolutely disgusting and not clean. The bathrooms are not clean whatsoever.

Place looks nothing like the photos. You could see stains on curtains, bedsheets, the mattress, and even the furniture. There was blood stains on the wall. Windows were broken and covered up with cardboard. Cockroaches were running around. Hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes, even the rooms I booked smelled - even though I booked for non-smoking. This place is a run down cheap option for long term stay for the locals. Worst experience ever. Do not book here.

This place was disgusting! The staircase smelled like human urine. The entire room was filthy. The shower curtain had mold all at the bottom and was yellow. The fridge did not work. This place was an all around NO. I would never stay here again.

Do not stay here, smells like damp smoke and possible mold weird smell. The worst part is infested with roaches, disgusting. I ended up getting another hotel after 2 hours of all the roaches smh don’t waste your money

Staff was friendly and informative. The room and halls smelled like a cigarette was lit all day long. There was roaches in the fridge and bathroom. The microwave was dirty. The fridge was very dirty, unplugged and had bugs inside. The tv only had 8 working chanels. The bathroom sink had a cigarette shoved inside and it sprayed water from the back of the faucet when turned on. The floors had crumbs from previous tenats i guess. There was a 10 minute window to refuse to stay there but with no other available rooms anywhere else, we didnt have a choice. Wont be back and do not recommend at all. Especially with kids

Didn't like that there were cockroaches in the room. The room was filthy around the baseboards and wall plugs. Only able to access the inside one time using the slide key. and only able to get into the room one time with the slide key. Had to have the help of workers to access the room. It was very noisy late into the night. Outside the building was very unkept . All in all I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone or ever stay there again.l

They played loud music all night. The refrigerator made noise all night. At 2am you could hear the people walking in and around the floor above of. They was a loud banging constantly throughout the night. Was not a good stay.

Everything is very outdated. It works but some of it feels like a slum. The buildings are separate so you have to drive to get to your entrance. There’s a gate code for parking but the key entrance to my building was broken and unlocked.

Reasonably close to the airport. Decent price. But, the room needs a mini fridge. Doesn't need to be stocked, just a fridge to keep drinks cold. Also, where's the ice machine? It's nice to have an in-room microwave, but ice machine.

It was a last minute book for 2 nights. PROS: Front desk was kind enough to let me book an hour early because I had to kill time and it was too hot to do anything outside. Check-in was quick, room was cold, so AC works, which is good, and bed was clean and comfy. CONS: The negative was that there wasn't a phone, no housekeeping service, no "do not disturb" sign, light bulb on one lamp was missing, not enough electric outlets, very few TV channels, smells bad in the halls, no ice bucket, no ice, and wall and microwave were dirty. On my 2nd night there, the neighbor was fighting at night around 9-10 pm - lots of yelling and slamming doors.

Staff was friendly and informative It was at night and we noticed that there were homeless individuals in the surrounding area where the hotel is located The Queen beds were clean and comfy The room had a coffee pot with complimentary coffee and cups, along with a microwave; however, the refrigerator was unplugged and hadn't been cleaned The TV and remote worked fine In regards to the environmeant of the hotel, we found it to be peaceful and quiet There was a refundable $50 deposit The hotel staff also accommodated my request for a room on the floor level We did have difficulty with the cards. It had to be swiped several times over before it would register and unlock Check in time was anytime before 12 AM Check out time was a bit confusing because the itinerary said between 10 and 11 AM I was told it was by 10 AM and my grandson was told it was by 10:30 AM It would be a good idea if they updated the information on there website Due to the hotel being a bit old, it had a musty smell which I liked because it reminded me of the old days and how buildings were built back then The price of $75 was reasonable for a 1 day and night stay for two people There were fast food and gas stations in the surrounding area within a few feet to a mile radius. And about 1/2 mile or so from the Valley Children's Stadium All in all, we would book a room there again Thank you for a pleasant stay

The room needs major renovations and new furniture. The tub was very uninviting and i chose not to use it. The TV had no signal even ater checking the cable connection. Non working elevator. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was large.

Room itself was good, though rather dark. Better lighting would be appreciated.

I liked the price of the room. I didn’t like the noise or the room keys not working well to let you in

The check-in experience was disappointing, as the staff seemed rather unwelcoming. The elevator was out of service, and the hallways and staircase had a strong, unpleasant odor. The access card provided to enter the hotel area was not working, and when I contacted the help desk for support, the call was abruptly disconnected after I explained the issue. I was eventually able to enter only because another guest helped me. While the pricing was reasonable, the overall experience was poor and I would not recommend this hotel.

You get what you pay, definitely inexpensive but the service was the worst part. The lady that checked us in, told the people ahead of us that she wouldn’t ever let her mom stay in this hotel. SMH.?

Front desk staff was amazing ,really quick check in,no mishaps . Prompt service and it was delightful. Room overall was to my satisfaction ,everything I needed was available.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I walked into the room there was grease all over the counter with a bunch of food crumbs everywhere. I called the front desk and asked if someone cleaned the room prior to us checking in and the rude man working at concierge responded with “I don’t know. I’m not house keeping”. I then proceeded to ask if they could clean the room and he said no one was working from housekeeping. There was also blood and hair on the lampshade like someone was beat with it. There were shady people walking around outside and the back door into the hotel is left open not locked. There was a woman screaming on our floor. There was a dead cockroach smushed into the wall. There was dust everywhere. There were stains on the blankets. I slept on top of a towel bc I did not trust sleeping on the sheets. The whole hotel was absolutely disgusting and I felt very unsafe the whole time.

The cost is good, but it’s nasty! We saw 5 cockroaches the first night. People entering their bottom floor rooms through an open window. The next morning we checked out and went to a different hotel for the rest of our stay. The owner only charged us for the one night and was gracious.

On the plus side, there was great water pressure and plenty of hot water. When things broke or there were other issues (and there were quite a few), the maintenance guy came right away. Kudos to him. Minuses: Too many things to list, but here are just a few: 1. The elevator did not work, so we had to hike all our stuff up to the third floor on the stairs. 2. The appliances are badly in need of updates: the lamp switches either were very tricky or did not work at all, so we had to unplug them to turn them off. The shower handle was difficult to turn (we are talking two hands and a towel when hands are wet). The fridge was so exuberant it wouldn't turn off and all our stuff froze (the hard-boiled eggs actually burst). Their solution: "Just turn it off when it gets too cold [and let everything melt and get all soggy and spoil]." 3. The shower drain was clogged with other people's hair which made it difficult to drain until I (yecchhh) pulled it out with my bare hand. In short, everything that is possible to be run-down is run-down. I stayed at this hotel 20 years ago when it was the Picadilly Inn University, and it was much nicer then; disappointed to see it having become rather a dump. Will not be staying there again.

Great customer service

Located in a seedy part of town. Was afrraid to go outside. Was nervous that car would be damaged. Noisy. Guests in upstairs room arrived around 3am and talked very loudly and stomped around the room for about 45 minutes. Refrigerator in room did not work. Floor was coming apart. Not very clean. Bugs in the room. Would not recommend.

Close to work and the airport

Place is old and dirty, entire hotel smells like weed. Stayed there for work with a coworker and both our cars were broken into (broken windows) cost me $400 to repair the 2 windows they broke on my car Coworker paid $280 to fix his window. Needless to say we checked out early and will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! don’t stay here unless you want broken windows.

The only good thing that I can say about this hotel is that it's just a 10 minute walk to the college stadium. Otherwise, don't believe the photos on the website. The staircase to the 3rd floor was chained off and padlocked. Manager woke us up at 4:30 am, wanting to discuss the problems. I didn't let him him. In the end, I received a full refund, thank goodness.

Fridge didnt work. Security doors were left open. Elevator doesn't work. Surfaces and floor poorly cleaned. But the price is right and it's right next to the college. It qas a fifteen minute walk to the library for my meetings.

Kind of sketchy, but so close to the college that it's worth it. The water got hot fast and the AC worked great. Security needs some improvement and they need to check in on the appliances.

I think it's more for students. Cause it's next to the University. So when we checked in, there was students. Playing hard games in the outside is okay. Needs to be kept a little better, but it was extremely quiet. And it takes a little longer for the rooms to cool down because they're big rooms.But overall if you want a quiet stay I recommend

At one time, this was a nice area. The area itself has deteriorated and the facility is showing it's age. That being said, the lady at the front desk was cheerful and pleasant, the room is big and clean, the bed was soft. Just don't leave anything in your vehicle overnight!

Dirty place and very unsafe area.

Based on my experience, this place was ready to be demolished. You would think that having multiple buildings and three floors, that one of them would have a working elevator. The restaurant which is pictured on line was closed down and not even breakfast. The pool was now filled with plants instead of water. I use a cane and have a very bad back, we had to climb up three flights of stairs. We finally got to our room, decided on a hot bath, turned on the fauscet and dirty water and rocks flowed out. Our worst stay ever!

There is no pool, no continental breakfast like it lists on Expedia, but customer service was great! A lot of paper signage on door and glass and no confidence from employee because the building needs to be updated. There is so much potential in this location and hotel. Would love to see it be renovated and gated.

Buzzed the bell when I arrived but it took a while to get service. Hallways were COLD, windows were open! One window screen on ground floor was cut, like someone had broken in. Clean enough on the inside. Stayed two days and never even SAW housekeeping, although I didn't need any. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST even though there website says they have it. I would stay there again short term, only because it was cheap and close to my daughter's apartment complex, but I wouldn't if I needed a long term stay and I would have made different arrangements for breakfast, being as I am diabetic and need to eat before taking meds..

Check in was smooth and easy, reasonable rates. Dislikes, pool not in service, and no breakfast. All and all decent place to stay for price. Oh ya , very large rooms!

None of the advertised amenities are available, no pool, no breakfast, no gym, rooms have foul smell even in non smoking room. Area surrounding the hotel also looks sketchy with lots of pedestrians roaming. Bathroom shower was cracked, and strained. Bathroom tiles were cracked and moldy. I chose this property because Expedia rates it a 3 star hotel, and states amenities where included. Save yourself some time, spend the extra $10 and go somewhere down the road.

Totally rundown property. No food service whatsoever although the pictures still show a restaurant. All the photos are completely misleading. Several areas reeked of either cigarette smoke or pot smoke. The room itself was clean, but there was only one lamp and one overhead light. The overhead light by the microwave/coffee maker, didn’t even work. Only one hanger in the closet.

Filthy! Run down! No ice, no smoking area, no chairs or something to sit on outside, no free breakfast as advertised, cockroaches, had to ask for housekeeping, only replaced towels and made the bed, did not change the sheets, people were loud in middle of the night, homeless camps all around property, dirty vents, smelled horrible, loud A/C fan, had to ask for more TP cause it's so thin, only give you one roll at a time.

Internet description of property is incorrect. There was no breakfast offered. Internet was not functional. Pool was closed. Ice machines and in room refrigerator were not functioning. Large rooms, but sparsely furnished. This was once a prime hotel, but has fallen into total disrepair.

Would be better, if breakfast was available
