It was an ok stay. Lot of noise from the guests and mainly booked because it’s has pool and hut tub. But hot tub didn’t even work. You are better off staying at a motel.

Hotel was clean and well-kept as always. Ice machine o third floor was out of order the total time I was there. A working ice machine on my floor is the only thing that was wrong the whole trip. Otherwise, no issues.

This is an older property, but it is up. Kept very well. The price was perfect in the location was great for us as we were going all over Los Angeles and Orange county. The breakfast was excellent, the service of the people was really great as well. I was also able to easily print off my boarding passes before we went to the airport. I got changed for the laundry room from the front desk, everything was great. The only thing I could maybe complain about is that there's only one elevator in the building that functions. It does help you to get acquainted with those around you. And the people that stay there were lovely as well. Also, there is a Walmart just down the street, a Target a little further down the street, as well as a post office. It's about 25 minutes from Disneyland. Great place to stay

The staff here is lovely and friendly. The property was good in that we definitely felt safe. The building is quite old and run down. Our bathroom had some mold and pain chipping and falling in the shower & wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Parking is great and was easy to get each day. They offer a ‘free breakfast’ and both days we were there that consisted of some hard boiled eggs, stale danish, yogurt and cereal. No pests, and the AC was ice cold. Not terrible but extremely average in spite of the rating. Price and staff definitely made the rating what it is. Overall - not bad.

This is an older hotel that needs a good renovation, but the room is clean and comfortable and has a microwave and a refrigerator and a good working shower and a comfortable bed. We are initially given a room that wasn’t cleaned yet so we had to redo the process of checking in. But the parking is free and it was only 20 minutes from Anaheim Stadium And we would stay there for again.

Turning the bathroom light on/off also engaged/disengaged the loud fan. The bathroom light was also controlled by a motion sensor, such that taking a shower resulted in the light (and fan) turning off unless you periodically wave your arm beyond the shower curtain toward the motion sensor. The bath towels seemed sized more for children than adults. I was only able to engage the shower while standing in the tub due to angle requirements when pulling the knob out to start water flow. Pulling while standing next to the tub felt like I was going to break the knob off. I did not have a privacy flyer to hang on the door knob, so I did asked the front desk to keep house keeping away until after I checked out. Nevertheless, house keeping knocked on my door every day of my stay and tried to enter, despite me speaking loudly toward the door that I did not want service. The walls are thin enough such that I could hear neighbors snoring and street noise, even on the 4th (top) floor. The gym has some machines but the only viable one seemed to be a treadmill. There were no weights or anything for effective strength training - only a bit of cardio in a poorly ventilated room.

Hotel is in nice quiet area. Customer service was great! Room was nice and clean. The bathroom is outdated. The shower head is extremely low. Im 5’6 the shower head was the height of my forehead, I had to squat to get water on the top of my head. I could old imagine how hard it was for my husband and son who are over 6 feet. Other then that it was a nice stay.

Out of all my stay at this location this trip was the worst one. Ask for a pack n play n they give me a dirty pack n play very unacceptable. Got change to a different room because I didn’t like the floor in 1st room,the room I got moved to the toilet was leaking I ask for maintenance Wednesday n I had to keep going to front desk to remind them I never see maintenance until Sunday the day before I checked out. The table in the room was so wobbly.

Just about every aspect of the stay were excellent except for the room key situation. Your room key is also needed to enter into the hotel from the back parking lot. During our 9 day stay we made six trips to the front desk to get new keys, and no I didn't keep them next to my cell phone. The last few trips I was getting 2-3 keys at a time. Nothing more frustrating them keys not working.

I've alwqys been happy with Wyndham Hotels so far. Unfortunately, the stay in Fullerton was not so great this time. The reception staff was quite disinterested and unfriendly. Unfortunately, there was no smile, no short hello or goodbye upon departure or arrival, although we said goodbye nicely every time. Such small things make the service "rounder". The only friendly bright spot was the nice lady at breakfast. Very friendly and always a smile on her lips. So the boring breakfast tastes all the way better. Fruit would also be great, as would omelette (from my point of course, also convenience product are fine). The air conditioning in the room was super noisy, the duvets were quite thin and uncomfortable, and i wasnt able to use the save because is was not possible programming. The bed was very loud and cracking. Everything was quite old. The cleaning of the rooms was good.

Cody at the front desk, excellent; polite and very accommodating. Stayed 7 nights and when he was not working, some evenings the staff are not there at the desk and there is no bell to ring. Wait is long. Parking near the entrance of the building is an issue at night. If you park in the back of the building, the entrance is locked after 9pm and you have to walk to the front to enter. Breakfast staff are really nice and help you with food when it is crowded. I stay every year and noticed some rooms are renewed with new carpet/floor.

Yes. The only issue was the walkie- talkies the maids had were very loud while they were in the hallways. Also, cleaning began promptly at 9am, even on weekends when I would have liked to sleep in but the walkie- talkies and loud conversations by the cleaning staff made that impossible. Parking is free. This hotel is no frills.. it’s better than a hotel 6 but it’s not a Hilton. It’s safe and quiet. There are many places to eat within walking distance. I’ve stayed there in the past and never had a problem. It’s good value for the money.

The location is excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby. Free parking is a big plus and property appears clean and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out was quick and drama free. The rooms could use updating but otherwise they seemed clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

In general it’s OK or good except the following: coffee tastes like water; breakfast area is locked outside the breakfast hours, so we can’t get simple things like tea, napkins, folks, etc; breakfast area is way too small for this hotel.
