Breakfast was cold. Started at 0600, we were on 9th floor and could hear chairs moving in the breakfast room from 0600, didn’t want to be awake that early. Lifts took forever to come. No laundry facilities working even though reception told us where they were but that they were all out of use on each floor that had them

The elevator situation wasn’t ideal. It took forever to get up and down them. And the breakfast was nice was very crowded. I thought it would be nice that the pool area was open until midnight but it was overrun with children and very loud. Other than that the room was amazing and the property was very clean. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a little store to buy anything from. I could see that there used to be one but it was empty and blocked off. It would be beneficial to bring that back!

Overall, our stay was good. However, the fire alarms went off twice while we were there. Both went off a day apart at the same time (6:55am). They were false alarms, but we were never informed why they went off. It is extremely difficult to find parking. Every night we had to drive around the parking lot for 10-30 minutes waiting to see if someone would leave so we could park. There were two staff members that were not friendly. The breakfast was okay, the sausage was not good. Also the elevators took forever, we had a stroller so we couldn’t take the stairs. We would wait 10-20 minutes for the elevator. They also are small and don’t fit a lot of people. Most of the time after waiting, we would have to wait again since we couldn’t all fit into 1. Also I don’t think they should make their guests pay for a shuttle to Disney.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was great! We upgraded to the fireworks room, but unfortunately it rained the whole time, so they were cancelled, but the view was amazing! The staff was awesome, clean rooms and the breakfast was good. Many restaurants nearby. Shuttle to park for small fee. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and great breakfast. Good location to Disneyland. Big rooms. Only problem is two elevators take forever when busy and could not locate a staircase that takes you to main lobby. The stairs I found take you out of building completely. Also ice is not on every floor but still 9/10.

The room was in good condition However when I arrived the room I reserved was no longer available so instead of having 2 beds like we were supposed to we had one bed and a couch bed which the couch bed was the worst thing to sleep on for two nights. The hotel was so crowded with people taking the elevators took so long that a few times we ended up using the stairs which was not easy from the 8th floor and all our luggage but after waiting for 20 minutes and not being able to get on one we gave up.

Loved the complimentary breakfast!!! Pool access was perfect! Parking was available, however all spaces were very tight. The suite we stayed in was perfectly comfortable!! Overall great stay!!

There was a live cockroach in my room. I sent a text to the front desk and told them I could not sleep. They could not refund me because I paid through a 3rd party. The room was clean otherwise and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the shuttle was nice.

The hotel is well located close by Disney, the staff are friendly but the hotel itself is in dire need of a good refurbishment. While the entrance hall and dining hall are fine, the upper floors are less than spotless.The carpeted floors are not very clean, our shower was leaking, splashes on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom, it could really do with some upgrades for the price paid.

The Embassy was a great place to stay, years back. It has lost its luster. First day, a roach ran across the bathroom. Later we found ripped linens and broken shower rods and ripped shower curtains. The last day, the tub started to back up. At least the coffee and breakfast were decent.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Such a good size, super clean, super comfortable, and a great breakfast! And loved the cocktail hour. One thing to be aware of is the shower tubs, there’s no grip on them and I slipped and fell out of the shower and had to cut vacation short.

While the remodel is nice, certain things remain very old: - pull out couch is horrendous. You can not sleep on it, totally sags. Tried the mattress on the floor and was “livable” with a topper and extra blanket - bathroom door very beat up - no bathroom fan - set room temp at 67 but would not go lower than 71 I do really like the room set up and would stay there again, but they need to fix the pull out couch to make it suitable for more than 2 people.

Upon check in, we were not greeted by anyone at front desk and there were several ladies up front. I stood there for several minutes until they finally looked up and I just walked up. Still was not greeted. Was given a room by an elevator which disrupted my sleep all night as I heard people who had arrived from Disneyland from 10pm-2am. It was awful. I was able to change rooms but only after I lost hours of sleep and put a damper on my vacation plans the following day.

My husband and I stayed here for the first time and we liked it. The room was spacious and comfy, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. The $350 deposit at check-in caught us by surprise (maybe listed online and we missed it) so be aware. The only small downside was the shower setup the shower head was little high up and some water escaped the curtain onto the floor. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough to close out the gaps and I had to keep the shower head towards the wall but Overall though, it was a good stay close to Disneyland. We caught uber there, but if you want to walk I think it’s about a 20-25 min walk. Depending how fast you walk lol. We wanted to do rope drop so we caught uber just to get us there quicker!

We love staying at the Embassy brand…this stay was not one of the best. Air conditioner was so loud we turned it off the whole time. The toilet mad so much noise. The shower went hot, cold, hot, cold the whole time. The room was near the elevator, need I say more😩

It was great place to stay. Big thing for me was that the room I was in only had local channels, It was not a smart tv and we couldn’t Log into our streaming service’s. For it being a suit we figured it would be modernized.

Checked in late, may daughter forgot her toothbrush the receptionist told us there was a target nearby, we might want to check there. Then when we did get to the room none of the beds had pillow cases. Took 3 phone calls and over 30 minutes to get pillow cases. Absolutely not the service I’m used to with previous embassy stays - I will not go back.

I have stayed at this property for years. But this time the air conditioner in the room wasn’t working properly, the sink plunger got stuck, and the toilet plugged a couple of times. After five nights, we were offered a room change for the last couple nights. I really appreciated the night guy for making the switch. Staff was friendly.

Normally this hotel is pretty good. But this time our room and service was below average. We we got our room the beds did not look maid well. Looked messy. The top sheet had a rip in it by the seam. Our towels were very thin. They also did not clean our room when we left for the day. We had to go down and get towels to shower for the morning. I always recommend this place but no more after this visit. My room ac broke down every single day and I was here 4 days. They would fix it in the day time and it will breakdown by midnight and I suffered the heat thur the night. The bed mattress is overdo for replacement. I came home with pain in my back. When I requested to move room I was told there is nothing he can do about it since all the bed mattress was the same. And tbey have maintenance to fix the ac. Being disturbed with maintenance everyday made me more frustrated and couldn't nap or sleep comfortably and I really hate it here for the staff's poor service. I requested towels no one brought towels till my 3rd day they forgot the first two days never made it and front desk had none. I use to like it here not no more. Breakfast is cut down by 30%; no more fountain drinks, no ice machine during breakfast.... It was a diaster stay for me and this is my favorite place once upon a time. Dont deserve pay for this. I didn't get any rest it was saddening and heartbreaking that I will not be returning here. Its hot here especially room 1105 just give up.

We did not know about the airport shuttle. My fault. Our room was cleaned by 11 each day and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was all I could ask for and had a great variety. The staff was amazing. They had great attitudes and were very service oriented. Each and every staff member was super friendly and on point to help in any way that they could. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back next year!

Well, Embassy overbooked, so they sent us to Hampton Inn, next door for one night. We felt that Hampton Inn had better beds, and had a kitchenette, which Embassy did not. Embassy was slow to service any extra towels and toilet paper. So we rated the room , average. TV was basic. But being on the 11th floor on 4th of July did offer us a nice view of all the areas fireworks, including,at a distance, Disneys fireworks.

Great hotel for getting to Disney if you are okay walking...our child is 10 so a 30 minute walk was not an issue but there is also a shuttle for when you are too tired. Wonderful hot breakfast breakfast that set us up for the day so we made sure to take our time and fill up. The pool was great for unwinding at the end of the day and the hotel is close to several shops and restaurants.Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Loved that fact that you are really close to the park ! The rooms were nice and clean. Beds are comfortable truly appreciate sleeping in a comfy bed after being all day at Disney ( not complaining) but truly appreciate. Will be our new place to stay when visiting Disney. Oh, and happy hour and breakfast never disappoints!

We just stayed 2 weeks here so I have a pretty good impression. This hotel is pretty solid for a budget family option. The rooms are huge. The breakfast included and the nightly reception with snacks and drinks is great. It is however lacking in some areas like, housekeeping isn’t very good, and the pool area needs work. The elevators are not sufficient, there’s always a long wait. I’d recommend it for the price though.

The main reason I stayed here was because of the breakfast buffet. And I was so disappointed that it’s really gone down hill. The choices were as minimal as a holiday inn. On our last night there our neighbors were loud and obnoxious. The carpet in the room was soaking wet when we checked in at the entry of the bedroom and the tub was barely draining.
