When we arrived, the pool was closed for renovations without any advance noticed. Although we were allowed to use a neighboring hotels pool we still had to get permission and haul kids across a parking lot and check in with the hotel before being able to use it which became a process. We also found multiple food items and personal items from the previous people who stayed in our room and when I brought it up to the staff I was told twice we would get compensated for it and nothing ever came of it. We were compensated for the fact they didn’t notify us of the pool but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Things found on the floor such as sausage, chips, sunflower seeds, pacifier and more

I love this hotel there was a little hiccup in the beginning but 100/10 I love the new dining room for the free breakfast I love the breakfast The new automated system for the store is great The staff is wonderful very friendly welcoming The location is great close to target food options Shoe store if you forgot to bring some a bank to take out money to do Disney shopping And thanks to garden grove district to have transportation for the guest staying around the area Thank you embassy suites for the hospitality
