The property was great. The staff was lovely. Transportation to the parks we did not care for the ART bus. Lyft was fine. My only problem was the hot tub was disgusting and I did tell the property manager.

Staff was very nice for the most part, breakfast is not included and us $20 but there are other options close by which was fine Parking was awful. It is $25 per day to park which would be ok if there was actually anywhere to park. 5 of the 7 nights we were there we were told to park in neighboring hotel or restaurant lots which were not close. Certainly not a big deal to walk a little bit but this was much farther and when I asked the hotel front desk they said, "we know, it's a problem." Everyone else working there was very kind and helpful.

Great hotel, clean and the staff was awesome. They are on the ART track although we had trouble with it in the morning to Disneyland. Coming back at the end of the night was no trouble but we did end up having to share an Uber with another couple to get there in the morning after we paid due to it not coming to the hotel until after open when we were trying to rope drop even though it was supposed to start an hour and a half prior to open. Not anything the hotel did wrong, but is something to note if you’re planning on staying there and utilizing the ART shuttle to Disney.

Stay was overall good. Would stay here again. Amenities were okay. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Gym was nice, offered more equipment than the average. Everything from checkin to the room seemed clean. Room was spacious. Bar drinks were over priced for some weak drinks. Parking was $25, during the day there's plenty of parking, during the night it's hard to find parking

Hotel was great convenient area but parking was not. I had issues finding a spot. I had to drive around for about 30 minutes. I did let the Hotel know and they were very nice about trying to fix it.

I stayed at the property but a week ago and the room was not the cleanest, and I stay at multiple places around there so far this one needs a little bit of attention to detail to make sure there’s no period pads left behind from previous tenants. After checking the mattress we found on the cover of the mattress what looks like bloodstained or poo stains on the mattress cover , all the front desk clerk did was give us another sheet , no mention of replacing , not even a apology , we went on a family trip for my sons bday to Disneyland this was disgusting , there was no plan of action whatsoever .

We enjoyed our stay! They were accommodating and helpful when needed. Only issue is another guest had a dog who didn’t stop barking and the hotel didn’t really do anything about it. We got one of the accessible rooms which was nice for the space, but the bathroom was horrible because every shower flooded the floor. The tv was also really nice.

I wish i could say our stay was good but it wasn't. House keeping came into our room while my toddler and i were fast a sleep and wouldn't leave. The front desk didn't know why they were even going into our room. It was very under staffed for breakfasts and the person took our order and we waited 45 min for him to say something happen and he will put a new order in. My toddler was left without food and they did nothing to make the situation better.

We traveled with a highschool sports team of 50 athletes and several adults. The hotel staff were extremely well organized and helpful with check-in, accommodations for us to gather to feed the athletes, parking our bus, answering all our questions, and check-out. We will stay there next time the team is in the area!

Nice, clean and comfortable. Very close to Disneyland. It’s walkable to the park. The Uber rides are inexpensive if you decided to use that service. I do want to thank house keeping and Marjoree P. for locating my daughter’s watch that she left in the room after checkout and shipped back to us. They went above and beyond to do that for us. The location is fine and the people are nice but they do know how to deceive you. At the end of my stay, they wanted to charge me for parking although I had no vehicle. Today I get a charge for breakfast even though I was told repeatedly it was part of my stay. I just called them and told them they are very nice while misleading people on charges. I just wonder how many times they get away with charging people for things they don't use or are suppose to be complimentary.

Room was nice but , when checked in the front staff was a little rude . I didn’t know I needed to pay for parking and then had to put a 150.on the card and was told it was for parking and if anything went wrong. Just think that needs to be explained better when staff comes in or books the appointment. Thanks

Close to freeway. Great dining options in walking distance. Not close walking distance to Disneyland park which is why most everyone stays for. The shuttle bus that comes and goes every 30 minutes, does not come and go every 30 minutes. More like every hour and this in February. O and it is no longer free. You pay to pay the guy who gets paid. All said and the facility was good staff excellent.

Room was really clean and quiet. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Loved the hotel. The morning breakfast buffet costs about 15.00 but its worth it. Excellent breakfast. You have to pay 25.00 to park overnight but this is basic among all the hotels. Loved how they had shampoo/conditioner and liquid soap in the shower for us to use in case we didnt bring any.
