Had issues with our reservation when I called to let them know it would be late check in they couldn’t find our reservation at first then found it, upon arrival they again couldn’t find our reservation and had to reenter our entire reservation, room felt dirty, need better cleaning, not enough towels, no hand soap, no kleenex, elevator felt unsafe and took a long time, buttons didn’t work very well, pictures online before visit very deceiving and not proper representation.carpets are dirty, running faucet in tub,

The property would’ve got five stars if the Jacuzzi was working. Otherwise the hotel was great another hotel. I stayed prior down the street.

There is fake advertisement of a shuttle being available. The hotel was even called and they said there was a shuttle to Disneyland and it was running. Upon check in to the hotel we found out the “shuttle” is not even associated with the hotel but it is completely separate and we have to access it using a useless app. We ended up needing to uber to the parks which was the opposite of what we wanted to do. Take any mention of the shuttle off the hotel posting

I really was looking forward to a nice room with a pool and jacuzzi to maybe get to use after work as I traveled to a near by convention for a few days. The ac was one of the nice things but did go off and on and the tv would disconnect lay messages all the time while you watched it. As for the pool, it was green and the Jacuzzi wasn’t very clean at all, I would got in it due to possible infection from the grossness of it. The overall building and grounds seemed to be falling apart and unsafe especially for handicap walk way barrier handle was loose, a lot of areas to trip and not very clean. I have never seen a hotel in such bad shape but yet they did serve breakfast everyday. That is one good thing. The noise levels were too high, the doors are very loud when they open and close and you can always hear the neighbors talking and snoring. Plus $5 a day parking. I believe this hotel would do better if they took care of their property and grounds a little better and should consider the safety of others including handicap. Maybe get new doors and insulation with clean water fixtures. Cleaner laundry towels that dont smell like mold and better pillows. I was really happy with other hotels closer by but they were all packed at the time. This one does have potential just needs some upgrades and help. The staff is kind and willing to help.

Room is quiet and clean. Elevator access is very slow. Hall way air is kind of stiff.

The pool was full of algae so no one was using it , hot tub was great

Room was nice. The hallway smelled not good. Breakfast definitely lacking but the coffee was good. Spa was not warm and they said they couldn’t turn it up at all.

Very wonderful room with additional sofa bed and nice bathroom. The lighting and coffee maker and extra faucet in the room was nice. Very well air conditioner worked too. Thank you. Parking is $5 and I found a spot very close to the room. The parking is also gated and the room key lets you in and out of the parking area.

The walls were thin and could hear other parties on phone with customers services so not good for light sleepers. The breakfast was basic - Coffee was the best part. Parking was reasonable especially since it was gated. The bed was comfortable

Room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast dining area was clean and well supplied. We enjoyed the pool area as well.

Check in was good and person upfront was courteous. The room seemed as it was half cleaned before our arrival. One towel only available so I had to go downstairs midnight for more. We did not have a chance to try their breakfast. The next day when we came back from Disneyland, we noticed an infestation of ants all over the room. They were coming from the bathroom. I’m going all the way to the coffee station and microwave station we cannot have food in the room whatsoever. We also noticed that the room had its trash cans emptied. And we had two new towels, but whoever came into a room did not take the time to make the bed. We had ants all over the bed as well so the second night was not pleasant. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS IT IS YOUR LAST OPTION.

There’s a bunch of coach roaches in their room and they refuse to refund and just try to swap you rooms

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Very clean and nice room.

Room is spacious, close to all amenities and restaurants, staff are very nice. They only clean your room upon request. Mattresses are old, too soft, not support your back at all. Pillows are too soft, probably old too. Blankets, towels are dirty.

Exterior looks very nice, interior is very outdated, room was dirty- definitely not vacuumed, we had aunts, breakfast was barely breakfast. Glad it was only one night.

Front desk and complimentary breakfast was nice. Of note, $5/per night on site parking. Bed was comfy enough after a long day. Do NOT recommend staying here for cleanliness. Hotel room had an odd smell including air coming from AC. Pillow had a hair on it. Area surrounding sink is dark brown marble granite and the area surrounding the sink bowl was noticeable black. Faucet handle of shower had mold on it?

My family and I reserved 5 rooms; 4 of them had ants crawling in the bathroom. The first night, both my sister and I had to change rooms due to Her A/C was not working and My room had ants crawling on my bed. We went out that day and when we came back at night, my sister’s bathroom had a colony of ants traveling from the top of the bathroom mirror trailing down to the trashcan by the toilet. She was moved to a different room but still had some ants in the bathroom. I hadn’t noticed any in my new room until the next morning when I went into my luggage. (It was left open from the day before) there were ants crawling in my luggage. I called the front desk to inform them and was told they will send maintenance up to look and change my room. Maintenance came and confirmed that there were indeed ants all over. I agreed to change rooms but requested the ants in my luggage get addressed. I was advised to fluff my belongings and nothing can be done. I asked about in house laundering services and I was told that this is nature and it happens and that I would need to pay for it myself if I wanted to utilize their washer and dryer. I asked to talk to a manager, I was told that he won’t call me because he’s out buying stuff for the hotel. I left my number with the front desk for manager to call. When I moved to my new room, I can smell the fumes of ant pesticide sprayed and was later given $6 to clean my clothes. The manager, Fernando L. never called me thus my request. Do not stay here!

The room felt unclean and had an odor. The staff wasn’t pleasant and had charges at the desk that wasn’t mentioned online.

I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels but let me tell you, this was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Every hotel I go to, I always lift up the sheets to spray bed bug spray. This hotel was the first hotel that I actually found one crawling around! I went downstairs to tell the receptionist and she switched rooms for me. Second room was no bugs found, but the comforter had a big yellow stain! The bathtub had dirt marks and a few of their towels had stains on them! This hotel is also very noisy you can hear cars driving all night long. I do not recommend this hotel! The only thing great about this hotel is, the staff! The front desk employees are very very nice! I have pictures and videos but Expedia doesn’t allow the option to post. Oh! Also, my room had a balcony that was unlocked. Good thing we saw it before my three year old son opened it. This hotel has a lot of potential to be great but they really need to work on their Cleanliness! Hire new cleaning crew.

The bathroom in our room wasn't very clean with hair in the tub. Dirty clothes were left under the bed. The door wouldn't close from the outside so you had to use both handles to close it. The fridge at breakfast that holds all of the dairy has a thermometer that read 60°. Definitely not worth the 8.2 rating.

I think overall the stay was average. The hotels exterior looked remodeled, but the interior is outdated. I could hear the people in the room beside us, and the bathrooms were also a bit on the older side. The breakfast way okay, I do think it’s overpriced for what it is, I expected something else from the pictures. However, there is a bus pass that you can pay for to get to Disney and it was $6 for the day so that was cool.

our stay was honestly fine but the only problems we had were there’s a bunch of gnats in our room. when we got here they were here and the four days we stayed they’re still here. second the shower is not hot at all by any means. cold showers are not my cup of tea. thirdly on our last day, i’m not sure if it’s people outside or next to us but even when we turned on the AC the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the entire room. it woke me up out of my sleep it was so bad. and i could make a better breakfast at home than they did here. sometimes it’s not better to be cheaper. other than that it was nice and close to disney which was our main priority.

This place has a great photographer because the pictures make it look way nicer than it actually is. The reality? Disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we checked in, the bathroom floor was completely flooded — water dripping from the shower made the whole area a soggy mess. As if that wasn’t enough, the floor by the AC unit was soaked too. I assume it was condensation, but either way, it was gross and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The staff? Not friendly or helpful. No greeting, no warmth, and definitely no hospitality. We were in Room 128, on the first floor — a terrible location. Why? Because the hotel laundry is right down the hall. The staff leaves the laundry room door wide open all day while using commercial-grade machines that are insanely loud. Don’t expect peace and quiet. Speaking of noise: the hallway vacuum sounds like a Mack truck. If you’re hoping to sleep in, forget it. Breakfast was decent — probably the only redeeming part of the stay — with a fair selection of options. But don’t expect your room to be cleaned unless you specifically request it from the front desk. Same goes for getting fresh towels. Bottom line: this hotel was a major letdown. Between the noise, the cleanliness issues, and the unwelcoming staff, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

We checked in early at 2:00pm and the guy at the desk was really nice to let us have a room early. Our room was nice and big on the 3rd floor with the balcony. My only complain is the bathroom needs more counter space for all our toiletries and the blind on the door to the balcony was dirty and only one chair for a room for 2 ppl. Overall it was great very convenient to everything. This is our second time staying there.

Rooms don't have closet. You need to ask to get ypur room clean, otherwise they will not do it.

The staff was incredibly helpful and amazing, but the room and breakfast were disappointing when we first arrived. Our room had a broken air conditioning unit, so we had to change rooms, which was fine. However, the breakfast in the morning was so bad that we didn’t even bother to stop by. Also the Disney shuttle does not pass by this location.

Chose for the central location, room rate, and property photos seemed nice; while room was clean, the carpet felt old and dank.. and the freeway noise kept me up all night (room 205). Front desk staff was professional, though not all that friendly.

We had a very nice stay. The room was very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great and the complimentary breakfast was better than most. Also the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

They were awful. A/c sucked the tub wouldn't seal. The whole bathroom was awful. They kicked my 16yo daughter out of her room because i wasn't there in the room with her. They messed up our reservations when we checked out of one room. It was a disaster.

It's an older property, that has had a lot of work done to the outside. The room was showing it's age, but was very clean. It is right next to the freeway, but the noise wasn't a problem. I like that it's parking area is locked at night. Nick at the front desk is outstanding. He was as friendly and helpful as any customer service person I have met in a long time. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel near the house of mouse...this is a good option.

It was happened to my family. When the A.C and the door were broken, the Front desk staff were not solve and did not connect to Manager. We were waiting 2 days and just received the answer Manager was not here. You can email to him . That’s all . And you know the email Front desk gave to me it was wrong. It failed to send . Never .. never come back

Easy check-in and checkout. Staff friendly and courteous. Always a pleasure to stay at this property for a quick weekend getaway.

Stay was good was very upset at the fact that I line here it said all fees and taxes included in price and when we got to the hotel we were charged with a deposit that we were thankfully barely able to afford and the front desk associate was very rude about it definitely need to adjust the fine print because it stated nothing about a deposit we though it was included like your website says

The stay was really nice m. The staff is friendly with late check in. The only criticism I had was that my first day the breakfast was cold, the second day the breakfast had not been refilled even though it was still within the time for breakfast. Seems like you need to get there at exactly the right time for breakfast to be good.

Front desk staff is very kind, and facility is older but cleanish, you have to pay for parking, it doesn’t state this anywhere. So the price on Expedia saying “what you pay” no hidden fees all things included in that price at booking, is an incorrect statement. They took a deposit and have still not returned it. Nobody ever said when it will be returned I don’t think I should have to call and ask for it.

We had an issue with the lock on our room and the staff helped us fix it and told us how to keep it from happening again. The bathroom needed some work, but we had a good stay

In a room with 2 queen beds there should be 4 towels, not 2 or 3. I had to use a hand towel after a shower. Coffee condiments for a 2 queen bed room should have more than one. The bathroom could use a fan and the halls needed a/c. Its a large hotel but only has one ice machine on the 1st floor. The staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent. Its conveniently located close to Disneyland.

Stayed here for my Disney trip. Good location, about a 12 minute drive to the parks. Breakfast was very standard (biscuits, gravy, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, and pancakes), nothing special. Not the cleanest but not crazy dirty, just some trash on the floor and had to ask for fresh towels due to stains.

Simple Hotel that is close to Disneyland but less traffic.

Room was standard room; nothing special but clean. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with the basics. One complaint would be that when we left, we were unaware that we needed our key card to open the parking gate. We tried calling the front desk and there was no answer and no one was at the desk when we finally went in. We found that could be a safety issue if we had to get out in a hurry. The staff was pleasant. We stayed for one night while we were at Disney. It was a good hotel to stay in. Took us about 10-15 minutes to get to Disneyland.

Stayed 2 nights, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to Disneyland Park and the price was perfect!

Central location makes visiting vacation spots like Disney and beaches very “doable”. Staff was great and my room was nice and clean.

Check in was at 3pm but arrived around 4:30pm. Unfortunately, my room was not ready because of low staff with housekeeping so its understandable but my kids and I were exhausted already. I would have been happier if they provided us with an alternative room but the clerks indicated that none were available especially since they didnt know when it would be ready. So we waited, and maybe 15min-30min, our room was ready. It was a good room, clean, usual items all available. Ice machine is only on the 1st floor. They had snacks, drink for sale in the lobby but pay with the clerk. Was really looking forward to breakfast in the morning but that was a disappointment on hot food provided. It started at 6/7am so we went down 1 hour later. They have:cereal bar, juice stand, bread variety, dairy items, fruit, and hot food. Sadly all the hot food was cold. Omelets, sausage, oatmeal 😩 Seems like the man just brought them from the fridge to warm up under the heating stand, so that indicated that its not freshly cooked. Great thing was the security for after hours. You can only enter the hotel, elevators with your room key. Overall, it was okay, the curb appeal of the hotel was pretty and the vending machine a plus but it was all okay. Didnt try the pool, gym, laundry.

The bathroom door paint is chipping. The shower was old and hard to turn on and it drained very slow. They don’t let you take your breakfast to your room. I really don’t understand why.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very nice and the bed was very comfy. When we went to get some breakfast, most of the hot dishes were empty so we really didn't eat anything. The biggest issue we had was the toilet seat. It was a wooden one and being a heavy set guy, as soon as I sat on it, it snapped and pinched me. I went to the front desk to let them know and they would send maintenance to fix it. Well we left for the day and when we got back, still wasn't fixed. Had to call front desk and 10 minutes later, they finally came to fix it (will another wooden seat). Other than that, it was a nice stay.
